A CIA Deputy Assistant Director (name redacted) wrote to Lloyd Berkner that the Air Force wanted the Robertson Panel report declassified; CIA, Robertson and Goudsmit agreed to release only the paragraph 2 conclusion and recommendation 4a, and Berkner was asked about use of his name 'granted that Agency connection with the Panel is withheld.'
A 24 Nov 1978 memo from CIA's Deputy Director for Administration John F. Blake says Casey, a former OSS officer then at Rogers & Wells, had filed several FOIA requests for OSS documents for a book on clandestine operations against Hitler, including all JEDBURGH team reports; CIA 'cannot... give him additional special priority' and recommended his call go to Public Affairs.
In a 3 Jan 1958 letter to Samuel Goudsmit, CIA's Philip G. Strong wrote that Hynek 'sat with the Panel for part of the time, but was not a regular member of the group and did not sign the report', while Lloyd Berkner was a regular member and a signer.

Randy Barnes and Scott Ramsey metal-detected a glass-like translucent ball-shaped gadget near where the bodies lay; pawn-shop XRF found gold, rhodium, iridium and more, X-ray showed a hexagonal core, a professor found arsenic, and the rhodium/iridium readings were machine defaults.
A man at Walker AFB kept a daily ledger of up to 200 people on the recovery, a road had to be cut, and recovery witnesses said they were debriefed daily.
Air Force documents prescribe contacting the radio station and newspaper first when dealing with witnesses, and WWII newspapers had their own intelligence officers vetting news.
Tailless-aircraft designer Ernst (Alexander) Lippisch came to the US after World War II and worked for Collins Radio Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where the speaker says a Skunk Works existed.

San Juan County commissioner Benson Leeper was picked up early one morning and taken to Hard Canyon Road, returned disheveled, and told his wife Ruby what he saw only on his deathbed.
Dozens of pinon trees at the site were cut, de-rooted or broken, and the military later replanted trees in straight rows; physical evidence of the crash remains at the site.
Turner's 3 August 1977 statement on MKULTRA says the cryptonym became public through Frank Olson's drug-related death, and that Olson leaped from a New York hotel window about a week after unwittingly consuming LSD. This documents the CIA's own account; the manner of death remains disputed.
Oil-field workers Doug Nolan, Ken Farley and Bill Ferguson were at the site that morning; Scott Ramsey interviewed Nolan in 2003 and Nolan said the response was a rescue mission.
CIA records on the MKULTRA safehouses identify 'Morgan Hall' as George Hunter White's alias, used for the Subproject 16 New York account and the safehouse work.

Scully's Dr. G group included J. Torrence Tate of the University of Minnesota and Carl Highland, who retired in 1948 after a Southwest trip; both studied in Germany; Tate drove there in March 1948, held a press conference promising unlimited fuel and food, then left defense work for philanthropy.
Scully's book described detecting and destroying enemy submarines (as with MAD gear used on U-boats off North Carolina), technology the speakers say was still top secret in 1950.
Scully's unnamed 'Dr. G' source was Leo GeBauer according to the host and Cahn's exposé, but Scully's daughter says the main Dr. G visitor was someone else; Steinman coined 'Dr. G' for the group, and Scully ghostwrote and never named him.
Scully's book describes petroglyph-like writing, mirror-like sunglass material, a hidden porthole, flat-screen-like items and disc-like data items inside the craft.
Structured craft and green orbs were seen near Los Alamos and Cuba, NM about six weeks before 25 March 1948, and Dr. Lincoln La Paz told Cuba residents they were meteorites; police Andrews and Sandoval met in Cuba and Sandoval followed a leaf-like craft toward Aztec.

TTSA announced an ADAM project (Acquisition and Data Analysis of Materials) in 2018, with materials sent to contracted labs including Puthoff's EarthTech; no Los Alamos link was found.
Brown says ARV was used once in the briefing, a FOIA search for 'advanced reconnaissance vehicle' returns TRW documents, and the alien-reproduction-vehicle reputation traces to McCandlish and Greer.
UnprovenHandling: film reportedly destroyed (1965)
An archival record (AF Form 1350) listed a 1955 film titled Blue Room Radarscope, and a 1991 FOIA reply from the DOD Motion Media Records Center said the film had been destroyed in 1965.
The 1971 Accidents Measures Agreement, Article 3, obliges immediate notification when missile warning systems detect unidentified objects that could risk nuclear war.
The Air Force replied to a FOIA request that it had no records of a Blue Room at Wright-Patterson, after earlier requests (Bill Moore, 1980) were forwarded to the Aeronautical Systems Division.
The Air Force established the Air Technical Intelligence Center on 21 April 1951, and in July 1961 it was re-established as the Foreign Technology Division.
The host says the CIA used remote viewing in a program called Stargate and that it is still going. Reference summaries say the program was ended and declassified in 1995 after a review; that source is secondary and the vault already holds a graded note on the CIA Stargate program.
DocumentedHandling: directive text withheld (classified placeholder)
The Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency is the DoD executive agent for the Foreign Materiel Program, governed by DoD Directive S-3325.01, which is classified.
Speaker: Allen and John Foster Dulles worked with Rockefeller and a German named Schroeder at a New York company that funded Nazi Germany; JP Morgan also backed it.
In 1971 the Foreign Technology Division published an English translation of Pyotr Ufimtsev's edge-wave diffraction theory, which Ben Rich's Lockheed team used to design the F-117A.
Host describes briefing images: 12 metallic orbs over ocean on FLIR, CENTCOM cuboid of orbs, OPIR saucer in cloud, NORTHCOM jellyfish at the border, SOUTHCOM Tic Tac near a vessel; Brown adds MASINT-correlated EM signatures and size taxonomy.
Per Brown, the briefing is a 12-15 slide PowerPoint for senior leaders describing an operational SAP for worldwide UAP intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, with four case studies, drafted around 2018; it does not state UAP appear around WMD sites.
Brown says the file was a working draft with placeholder slides and no proper portion markings, and its file history shows recent edits by people he knows.
The Space Force created the National Space Intelligence Center in June 2022 as Space Delta 18 at Wright-Patterson, built from two squadrons transferred from NASIC.
The guest says the Navier-Stokes equations are about 200 years old and that the Clay Millennium problem asks whether smooth initial conditions in three dimensions can develop singularities. The Clay Mathematics Institute does list Navier-Stokes as an active, unsolved Millennium Problem and says the equations date from the 19th century. The exact singularity phrasing was not checked.
Guest says insiders report US agreements with a non-human third party: reserved US areas, access to chosen humans, oral-tradition history dating to Truman/Eisenhower; Legacy members split on disclosure.
The former DOE and CIA official claims he time-traveled to 15th-century Mount Athos, lived as a monk there, and was afterward identified as the historical monk Odios Maximus.
Host says DeLonge writes about the WCC and pseudonymous Maynard Corporation, Semossa places it as the group behind UFO issues, and Brown revealed an illegal international group holds the issue.
Speaker: Brown in the 1950s said a Bahamas group took his IP, that UFOs are 'ours and theirs', and told daughter Linda to filter fluttering-leaf sightings.
The guest says Mario Woods and a man named Michael were abducted at Ellsworth Air Force Base in 1977. A UFO site publishes a written account by a USAF veteran named Mario A. about an apparent abduction at an ICBM site, but base and date were not confirmed and no official record was found.
Brown says he co-founded Vanguard Enterprise, a nonprofit supporting UAP whistleblowers, with Dylan Borland; Nussbaum joined; donations via Givebutter are tax-deductible.
During World War II NASIC's precursor became T-2 Intelligence under the Air Technical Services Command, which captured German and Japanese aircraft including Operation Lusty's German jets.
The guest says Canadian radio engineer Wilbert Smith found a document alleging that John von Neumann and Vannevar Bush were on a team reverse engineering the Roswell crash. Smith's known 1950-51 memo names a UFO study group headed by Bush, via secondhand embassy inquiries.
In Lecture I of The Varieties of Religious Experience (1902), William James calls Quaker founder George Fox 'a psychopath or detraque of the deepest dye' from the point of view of his nervous constitution.
The host says written language is about 10,000 years old. Reference summaries date the earliest writing (Sumerian proto-cuneiform) to roughly 3300-3400 BCE, around 5,300 years ago.
Alabama Air National Guard airmen flew CIA-backed Bay of Pigs combat missions while Kennedy denied US military involvement; four died, acknowledged 1987
The CIA passed pistols and carbines to Dominican dissidents who were plotting to kill Trujillo; Bissell approved pouching machine guns, which were never delivered.
The June 2009 BAASS monthly: 'as of June 30, 2009 BAASS has forty five full time employees and six part time employees in addition to the administrator', some transferred from Bigelow Aerospace engineering. It hoped 'in the next month' to hire the first year's 'full complement of staff (approximately 50-60 personnel)'. Kelleher has said the team was about 50 by the end of May 2009; the monthly puts it under that a month later.
D175 pp26-32 reproduces a summary 'excerpted from the report of an investigation conducted by personnel assigned to DIA' of the November 2004 Nimitz Carrier Strike Group UAP observations, using the term Anomalous Aerial Vehicle (AAV). It records that the USS Louisville had 'no unidentified sonar contacts' in the area, that a pilot refused CVIC's attempt to collect his tapes, and that a set of tapes was 'turned into the intelligence section'. That places the Nimitz case inside the DIA contract's deliverables by November 2010, seven years before the December 2017 NYT story.
BAASS's November 2010 self-assessment: 'Between 2008 and 2010 BAASS was contracted by the Defense Warning Office of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to create, staff, and equip a new organization in order to examine and analyze the threat to national security associated with advanced aerospace technology', under DIA contract HHM402-08-C-0072. Most public accounts name only DIA, not the office.
Draft 'Guidelines for Interagency Handling of Space Vehicle Fragments': NASA receives and identifies fragments of space vehicles that land in the US, except DoD-launched ones; 'To insure prompt analysis for intelligence purposes', NASA and other agencies deliver to DoD 'fragments (including whole vehicles) which are readily identifiable or suspect as coming from vehicles launched from foreign countries'; after analysis they go to NASA custody pending return to the launching country. 'Whole vehicles' means foreign-launched space vehicles, not UAP.
The June 2009 report says the BAASS administrator designed a highly secure underground vault at the Bigelow Aerospace facility in North Las Vegas, 'in line with a BAASS priority to pursue and acquire recovered hardware and biological samples from the corporate world and/or from private individuals and groups located elsewhere, including in Brazil.' The report shows the plan and the priority, not that any material was obtained.
The December 2008 BAASS Project Management Plan says BAASS personnel 'have a list of about ten individuals who have worked in various parts or have been affiliated with the programs involving retrieval of advanced aerospace hardware or of associated biological material', and that 'It will be of great importance for DIA to contact these individuals.' BAASS offered to supply names and contacts. The plan names no one, and does not show that such programs existed.
Item 9 of the plan: 'Under the premise that biological material of potentially non-human origin has been recovered', DIA would 'lobby via interagency connections for access to medical samples' for BAASS forensic staff at AFIP, Fort Detrick (USAMRMC, USAMRIID) and Dugway's ATEC. The recovery is stated as a premise, not as fact.
DocumentedHandling: Access withheld: BAASS lacked Need to Know for classified archives and key contacts (2009)
The November 2009 BAASS report's conclusion: 'Many of the important BAASS projects, including Northern Tier, entry into classified archives, Project Oral History, as well as contacting key people in the military and private sector are on hold because BAASS currently does not have the Need to Know for this information.' BAASS and the sponsor had taken 'tentative steps' to contact USG organizations 'that may have access to material and archives'.
R. W. Hale's 29 May 1963 memo to Dr. Welsh records Frutkin's view that 'DOD and AF want to use NASA for a 'cover' but have no intention of letting NASA do anything but return some pieces', that a White House statement 'would scare people needlessly', and that State wanted to point to NASA as the responsible agency. The subject is space-vehicle fragments.
The Northern Tier team, formed in late April 2009, split work across Minot AFB (ND), Loring AFB (ME), Malmstrom AFB (MT) and the Wurtsmith area (Oscoda, MI). It asked what 1975 systems and records survive, noted AFOSI reporting that 'civil police' responded, and filed FOIA requests: Wurtsmith/Malmstrom accepted and pending, Minot returned for narrowing.
An 11 June 2009 memo quoted in the report: 'Project Northern Tier is one of the sponsor's top priorities', aiming at 'a comprehensive analysis of the events associated with NT', and 'Keep in mind this is a sponsor requirement, and therefore, is not solely focused on the BAASS tech areas.'
Biondi and Malanga's team announced in March 2025 that SAR processing showed eight vertical hollow shafts about 648 m deep beneath Khafre's pyramid. This grades only that they said so.
Guest's own analyses report iron veins with iron, nickel, platinum (35% in one sample), rare earths, gold and electrum, and thorium in Red Pyramid staining.
Guest's central thesis: Step, Red, Bent, Great and Central pyramids ran a methane to ammonia to urea and sulfuric/hydrochloric acid chain powered by lightning.
Louis Amiable, a Grand Orient officer, wrote in his 1897 history of the Paris lodge Les Neuf Soeurs that men 'au premier rang parmi les acteurs du grand drame révolutionnaire' joined it late: Sieyès, Bailly, Petion, Rabaut-Saint-Étienne, Brissot, Cérutti, Fourcroy, Camille Desmoulins and Danton. For most of these he claims only 'sinon certitude absolue, du moins grande probabilité', because the names come from the counter-revolutionary Barruel's list, which he judges reliable where he could check it against Grand Orient records. The source's broader 'many leaders were Freemasons' is not established; the Grand Orient's own history says many Masons left the lodges once the Revolution began.
The Department of Energy has its own intelligence agency, the Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, a statutory Intelligence Community member.
Michael Dempsey, Deputy DNI for Intelligence Integration and Obama's intelligence briefer, moved on to Northrop Grumman as vice president for government affairs.
DOD permits major defense contractors to include allowable IRAD costs as indirect expenses on defense contracts to the extent the IRAD is potentially of interest to DOD.
The source says Eric Davis worked at the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) and the Aerospace Corporation. Not yet confirmed from a fetched record.
The source says the survey of scientists' definitions of life showed no consensus and that the definitions cluster with AI-generated ones. The paper used LLMs to score and cluster 68 human expert definitions and to write a consensus definition for each cluster; it reports 'emerging consensus', not none, and does not cluster expert definitions with AI-written definitions of life.
Grusch said James Clapper controlled elements of the crash retrieval issue, supported by PDDNI Stephanie O'Sullivan (also: Grusch discussed managing crash retrieval).
The source says West was the contractor on MKUltra Subproject 43 (University of Oklahoma; hypnosis and dissociative states). The CIA file for Subproject 43 redacts the contractor's name; the identification is not yet confirmed from a fetched record.
An NRO document released in June 2022 about 6 May 2021 Sentient data described a tic-tac shaped object likely not a sensor artifact or focal plane anomaly.
Northrop's aeronautic systems division is one of three contractors alongside Boeing and Lockheed Martin with classified RDT&E and access to GOCO Air Force Plant 42.
Between 1990 and 1997, TRW engaged in five separate schemes that increased costs the US government paid TRW (at least five IRAD fraud schemes in the 1990s).
Congress labeled Sandia Laboratories a DOE FFRDC under the 'Department of Energy National Security and Military Applications of Nuclear Energy Authorization Act of 1980'.
The EBD refers to a UFO crash retrieval in the El Indio Guerrero region of Texas on 6 December 1950, with recovered materials sent to the Atomic Energy facility at Sandia.
The source says the FBI seized Phillips's 1976 term paper (and that a page was removed from the library copy). Accounts conflict: Princeton Alumni Weekly (2006) says the FBI sent an agent to campus as a precaution for his safety; a Princeton student-history page says the work was confiscated. Wellerstein (Restricted Data, 2021) says the paper was never seized by the government or the FBI.
The source says the Grand Orient of Italy expelled P2 (1976/1981). The Anselmi Commission report contradicts this: the 1976 suspension was requested by Gelli himself as cover, and in 1981 the Grand Orient drafted rules to readmit P2 members.
The Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office reports directly to a Board of Directors chaired by the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (USD(A&S)), per the official af.mil fact sheet.
The source attributes the 1940 voluntary self-censorship of American fission papers to Vannevar Bush. The records say it was proposed by Gregory Breit at the National Research Council in April 1940 and run by the NRC's Reference Committee, without government participation; Bush is not named as its organizer.
Los Alamos' Z Division (weapon ordnance) moved to the Sandia site near Albuquerque, completing the move in February 1947, and became Sandia Laboratory.
Vault terms were run against CourtListener RECAP full text. Only the two people terms (Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell) hit the Epstein dockets themselves. On 2026-10-09 89 of the 90 other vault terms were searched directly inside all six priority dockets (Giuffre v. Maxwell, Jane Doe 43 v. Epstein, US v. Epstein, US v. Maxwell, Doe 1 v. JP Morgan Chase, USVI v. JPMorgan). Nine documents matched, every one was opened, and none refers to a vault subject: OCR, stemming and ampersand artefacts, one manuscript passage about an alien-abduction film, and a broker-dealer named Wilson-Davis & Co. All-of-RECAP co-occurrence counts are grouped and 26 terms still lack one. Separately, the DOJ's ~3.5M-page investigative release (Dec 2025–Jan 2026) was NOT searched — this pass covers the court record only — and is the real remaining corpus.
The popular story: a single CIA program, run by Frank Wisner from the late 1940s with Phil Graham as industry contact, that steered major US outlets (Wisner's 'Mighty Wurlitzer'). The name in this sense first appears in Deborah Davis, *Katharine the Great* (1979), without sources. The documented 'Project Mockingbird' is something narrower: a 1963 wiretap on two columnists. CIA–press relationships themselves are documented (Church Committee); the single named program is not.
The source says the Farm Hall transcripts never mention Die Glocke or red mercury. Not yet confirmed by a full-text search; the excerpts checked show neither term.
Arthur Lundahl, director of the National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC), presented the U-2 photographs of the Cuban missile sites to President Kennedy; McCone's notes of the 18 Oct 1962 meeting record that 'Lundahl presented the most recent photography' and that the President questioned him about it.
Basque populations carry the RH-negative gene (the RHD deletion) at a frequency above 50%: Cavalli-Sforza et al. (1994) note that the Basques have 'more than 50% RH-negative genes', and a 2004 PCR study of 127 French Basques found an RH D-deletion frequency of 0.511, 'exceeding 0.50, as typically described from several decades'. This is a gene frequency, not the share of people who are Rh-negative. The source's 'world's highest' and '~25-35%' phenotype figure are held separately.
Chinese media reported that Tianjin Binhai airport was disrupted again on the evening of 12 Sep 2024, the night after the drone closure. Xiaoxiang Morning Herald, citing an aviation blogger, reported no departures after 8 pm with most arriving flights circling; NTDTV, citing VariFlight data, reported no flights in or out from 8:10 to 9:46 pm and 18 diversions, and quoted airport customer service citing 'public safety reasons'. No official airport statement on 12 Sep was found in the sources checked.
The Architect of the Capitol states that directly beneath the Capitol Crypt is a space where Congress had hoped to place the remains of George and Martha Washington; their graves remained at Mount Vernon, and no one has been buried in the Capitol.
The source says Diana Mosley was arrested while breastfeeding; her son Max was born on 13 Apr 1940, eleven weeks before her arrest. Not yet checked against a fetched record.
From 1979 to 1985, Don Kerr served as the fourth director of Los Alamos National Laboratory. In 2009, Kerr joined the board of trustees of the Mitre Corporation; in 2015 he became vice chairman, and he was chairman from 2018 to 2021 (not chair from 2009, as Gerb states). He died in Denver on July 13, 2025, at the age of 86.
Per Sokolov and Platov (Skeptical Briefs, Dec 2000), official government letters from the nations of northern Europe to Academy of Sciences president Anatoly Aleksandrov asked whether the 20 Sep 1977 phenomenon came from Soviet weapons testing and whether it endangered the region's environment. The letters themselves have not been fetched.
The Scottish Rite's own descriptions of its House of the Temple state that it has 33 outer columns, each 33 feet high, and that Adolph A. Weinman sculpted the two 17-ton sphinxes at the entrance.
U.S. Northern Command ended the searches near Deadhorse, Alaska and on Lake Huron in February 2023 after they 'did not locate debris' from the objects shot down on 10 and 12 Feb; Arctic conditions and sea-ice instability hampered the Alaska effort. No public account of what the Alaska object was has been found in the sources checked.
The source implies MacLure handed the directorship to Winston Beauchamp in 2024. The af.mil biography of Jennifer M. Orozco lists '2022–2024, Director, Security Special Program Oversight and Information Protection' (Deputy Director 2020-22; Deputy CIO from 2024), so she, not MacLure, held the post immediately before Beauchamp (September 2024). The succession runs MacLure (from August 2019) → Aquinas/Orozco (2022-24) → Beauchamp (Sep 2024) → Liddiard (Aug 2025). Identity link: Jennifer Aquinas (2023 NDIA speaker) and Jennifer M. Orozco are treated as the same person because their bios carry the same career text and ExecutiveGov names her 'Aquinas-Orozco'.
The source says 22 of the Washington Monument's memorial stones are Masonic. The counts in print disagree: NPS chief historian Gary Scott (Scottish Rite Journal, June 1997) gives 22, from 14 Grand Lodges and 8 individual lodges; The Builder (July 1915) lists 24 'From Masonic Bodies' out of 151 stones; our tally of the NPS memorial-stone list finds 21 from Masonic lodges and grand lodges (20 if Florida's unlabeled 'Grand Lodge' stone is not Masonic). The figure depends on who counts and when; no single count is established.
Air Force veteran Dylan Borland, sworn before the House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets on 9 Sep 2025, testified that around 0130 one night in summer 2012 he saw an approximately 100-foot equilateral triangle take off near the NASA hangar at Langley AFB. He said it made no sound, interfered with his phone, looked 'fluid or dynamic', and ascended 'to commercial jet level in seconds'. That he said it under oath is documented; the sighting itself is uncorroborated.
Bosley says C.V. Wood co-founded the Mind Science Foundation with 'Tom Swift.' The Foundation's own history says Tom Slick established it in 1958; Wood, a close friend, financed it after Slick's death in 1962.
At the SSCI open threat hearing on 12 Mar 2013, Senator Wyden asked whether the NSA collects 'any type of data at all on millions, or hundreds of millions, of Americans.' DNI James Clapper answered 'No, sir' and then 'Not wittingly.' The published transcript (S. Hrg. 113-89) does not record an oath being administered.
The source says the phone contact ran to about 20 calls a day. That Maheu and Hughes worked by phone and memo is documented on the sibling record; the call count is not yet checked.
The source dates a Lake Agassiz/Nipigon outflow to roughly 12.8-12.9 ka, crediting James Teller. The literature puts the ~12.9 ka eastward drainage through the Thunder Bay area and the Nipigon drainage at about 11.3 ka.
The source says Girard was raised non-religious. The record so far shows only that he was an agnostic as an adult before converting; his upbringing is not yet checked.
The source says Maheu ran Hughes's Nevada operations for about 15 years. The Las Vegas Sun obituary gives 13 years of service in all, with the Las Vegas period running from 1966 until he lost the job in 1970.
The 1971 memo is on NAA file 3092/2/000 under a cover minute signed '(O.H. TURNER) Hd. Nuclear Branch' and dated 27 May 1971, addressed to the Director of the Joint Intelligence Organisation. The attached US paper carries the text later re-released as PURSUE CIA-UAP-019. Researchers give his first name as Harry; the file does not. The 25 May 1971 date some researchers give is not on the file.
Bosley's hypothesis: after MISS was folded into Mercury, the Air Force kept a continuing classified crewed spaceflight program (and Apollo 11 was not first). No record found.
A Reuters dispatch from Ottawa dated 31 Aug 1954 reports that Deputy Minister of Transport Baldwin announced the department was abandoning its flying-saucer effort and that the Shirleys Bay observation post had just been closed: 'Nothing, so far, in the observations from this post justified further government spending.' Smith said he intended to continue privately. The source's 'shut down two days later' (i.e. 10 Aug) is not established; the dispatch dates the announcement to 31 Aug.
Bosley describes the Kuiper Airborne Observatory's New Zealand crews as military-looking and the flights as suspicious beyond their astronomical purpose. This is his own reading; no record addresses it.
The content of DNI Clapper's 12 Mar 2013 answer to Senator Wyden. In a 21 Jun 2013 letter to Chair Feinstein, Clapper called the answer 'clearly erroneous': the NSA was collecting Americans' telephone metadata in bulk.
All 93 vault terms were run through the ICIJ Offshore Leaks reconcile API, which covers the Panama, Paradise and Pandora Papers, Offshore Leaks and Bahamas Leaks. The database indexes entity names (people, companies, addresses), so topic terms can't match. Two real hits: Jeffrey Epstein as a director of Liquid Funding, Ltd. (Appleby data, St. Thomas USVI address) and Banco Ambrosiano Overseas Limited (Bahamas registry, incorporated 23 Mar 1971). Everything else was a namesake or a substring match.
Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, sworn before House Oversight on 22 Jul 2024, testified that the 13 July attempt on Trump 'is the most significant operational failure of the Secret Service in decades', that 'On July 13, we failed', and that she took 'full responsibility for any security lapse.'
An unattributed clip in the video says the Senate Intelligence and Armed Services Committee and other senior officials had no idea of [the Helendale plant's use as an ARV staging base]. The referent is an editor insertion from Greer's claim in the line before.
M.S. Cann and G.M. Andrew of Northrop Norair published a paper on electro-aerodynamics in supersonic flow (Gerb's drag-reduction reading is interpretation).
Corso stated 1958 to 1962 oversaw the golden age of US Army R&D, where Army assets, universities, laboratories, and private industry were leveraged to reverse engineer non-human technology to bolster the US war machine.
Fouche claimed he gathered knowledge that defense contractor EG&G was awarded an indefinite contract for Project Red Light to support the DOE and military.
Los Alamos inventors patented a nuclear-heated rock-melting (subterrene) tunneling drill (US 3,693,731, filed 1971, issued 1972). 'Numerous patents' is not established by this one record.
In 2003, Northrop Grumman settled a US government False Claims Act case (inherited from TRW, brought by a whistleblower) for $111.2 million. The 'almost $200 million today' inflation figure is not graded.
Several testimonies over the decades beyond Eshler, Miller and McDonald's four anonymous engineers have labeled Northrop Grumman as participating in UFO crash retrieval, reverse engineering, and material exploitation.
Shapiro told Eshler factions within the US possess extraterrestrial vehicles and that he had even studied one at close quarters (introduced in 1989 by Bobby Ray Inman).
The Aerospace Corporation has additionally been implicated in UFO legacy programs and served as a place for employment for AATIP physicist and Wilson-Davis meeting member Dr. Eric Davis.
Wilson claimed in 1963, as a captain in a tactical fighter squadron out of Wright-Patterson AFB, he was assigned to the Majestic 12 and promoted to major.
Wilson would state the Northrop, Lockheed and McDonnell Douglas RCS facilities were connected with Area 51 and other sensitive locations via underground train systems.
Wilson would state US clandestine military operations began flying the TR-3B reverse-engineered triangle, and an orange-golden glowing anti-gravity disk.
Gerb describes an unnamed 412th Test Wing officer ('Ed,' sourced via Greer) on an alleged ARV (alien reproduction vehicle) test program, with 30-40% of Air Force acquisition budget authority allegedly diverted to it.
Under 'Guardian Angel,' FBI agents were embedded in Air Force SAPs from late 1979 to secure, recover and protect unacknowledged black programs; a related arrest (Cavanaugh) occurred in 1984.
A newspaper report (Erath County, TX, 17 Apr 1897, per farmer C.L. McIlhany) claims 'S.E. Tillman' and 'A.E. Dolbear' stepped off an airship. Samuel E. Tillman (West Point chemistry professor, later superintendent) and Amos Dolbear (Tufts physicist) were real people, but name-dropping real people is consistent with the era's hoax/tall-tale newspaper columns.
Danny Casolaro chased 'the Octopus': a claimed cabal linking the Inslaw/PROMIS software theft, the October Surprise, BCCI and Iran-Contra, with the October Surprise element tied to Riconosciuto/Earl Brian.
Trey's Law, named for abuse survivor Trey Carlock, bans nondisclosure agreements in child-sexual-abuse settlements. Missouri and Texas (signed June 2025) passed versions; Texas joined California, Missouri and Tennessee in prohibiting such NDAs (Tennessee's 2018 law predates Trey's Law). As of February 2026, Alabama, Georgia and Oklahoma were considering similar laws, and there was 'not currently a federal law analogous to Trey's Law'. The source's further states and federal sponsor are not confirmed in the source checked.
In 1940 an NRC 'Reference Committee' (Breit's fission subcommittee) quietly held back fission papers; papers submitted in 1940-41 did not appear until 1946.
'Content-only' is a defined SAP designation meaning the program contains information only and either has no associated funding or its funding is managed as part of the normal corporate budget process.
Cameron describes a 6/9 July 1959 session at NPIC in Washington: a Navy commander, taught automatic writing by Maine contactee Frances Swan, 'channeled' the entity Affa; Lundahl and others reportedly saw a saucer from the window; Blue Book chief Robert Friend was called in, and a general then said 'another agency has it, hands off.' Support is Robert Friend's own 1974 on-film account; a CIA memo describing this has never surfaced publicly, though Cameron says Jacques Vallée holds an 11-page copy.
Cameron says a 1968 LBJ-era presidential UFO study, pressed by James McDonald, concluded UFOs were real metallic objects; he has about 100 of roughly 250 photographed pages, obtained via a third party with no stated provenance.
The 30 Sep 1971 US-USSR Agreement on Measures to Reduce the Risk of Outbreak of Nuclear War (Art. 3) requires each side to notify the other 'in the event of detection by missile warning systems of unidentified objects.' A later protocol on message formats and the 'ATOM 222/333' codes Gerb cites are not checked here.
McMoneagle describes an NSC-tasked 1979 session describing a huge twin-hulled submarine at Severodvinsk, later 'confirmed' roughly 114 days after. Transcript analysis shows correct impressions mixed with errors, repeated re-tasking, and monitor cueing. The Typhoon submarine was launched in Sept 1980.
A Nature reader poll (7-16 Oct 2024; 2,012 respondents, not all researchers) found 120 of 2,005 answering (6%) preferred Trump and 1,717 (86%) preferred Harris. It was a self-selected online reader survey, not a random sample of scientists.
Bender, Kofman, Agüera y Arcas and Levin (arXiv 2025; Biological Theory 2026) collected 68 short definitions of life from hand-picked experts and used three LLMs to score their pairwise similarity, cluster them (8 clusters in the combined analysis) and write a consensus definition per cluster. The authors report 'emerging consensus'; the source's 'no consensus' and 'clusters with AI-generated definitions' are a separate, contradicted record.
Sheehan recounts an organized-crime story from his Boston legal career: an old grocer refused fire insurance from the Angulo brothers, whose enforcer Mikey Angulo ordered the murder of the grocer's pregnant daughter, shot through a phone-booth window, reported in the Boston Globe.
Cameron alleges a CIA 'weird desk' handling UFO and paranormal reporting passed from Lundahl to Kit Green to Ron Pandolfi, citing Green's remark that it took about 10% of his time.
The allegation that a Casey–Iran deal delayed the 1980 hostage release until after the election, as an arm of the wider 'Octopus' theory (Riconosciuto/Brian $40M claim); Craig Unger's Den of Spies (2024) argues the evidence for it was discounted, while Sean Munger (Feb 2023) called it unfounded weeks before the Barnes report.
Sheehan's account, via Trafficante (hearsay), and others allege that a Castro-assassination team (exiles/Mafia, CIA-linked) was redirected to kill Kennedy — the 'S-Force' theory tied to the Nixon–Hughes–Trafficante account and the Bayo–Pawley raid.
Sheehan says the Bayo-Pawley raid (June 1963) on Pawley's yacht Flying Tiger II carried Life photographer Dick Billings, who later became HSCA staff, and that mill owner William Dully told Johnny Martinez of a plan to kill Kennedy.
Sheehan says a UFO knocked out all ten Minuteman missiles at Malmstrom AFB during the Echo Flight 'No-Go' incident. USAF disputed UFO sightings at the time; the official cause has since been given two conflicting ways.
Sheehan describes an Air Force officer at Vandenberg who filed a report of a craft firing laser beams at a rocket carrying a dummy nuclear warhead, causing it to fall into the ocean, and who later presented a recreation at the National Press Club in May 2023.
Grusch's claim, relayed by Gerb: a White House SAP designated 'non-covert action' falls outside both the covert-action reporting statute (50 USC 3093) and the DoD SAP reporting statute (10 USC 119), since 3093 covers covert action and 119 covers only DoD SAPs, leaving non-DoD White House SAPs in a reporting gap.
Bosley's claims of a classified parallel USAF crewed spaceflight program, and that Apollo 11 was not the first crewed landing, are his own hypotheses with no documentation cited.
Online theories alleged additional participants or a coordinated operation behind the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The FBI said it was pursuing 'every lead.'
Hancock and Carlson say a cosmic impact around 12,900 years ago triggered the Younger Dryas and a '1,200 years of hell on Earth.' The Younger Dryas Impact Hypothesis (Firestone/Kennett et al., 2007-) is actively contested: Holliday et al. (2023) published a comprehensive refutation, and Sweatman/Moore/Powell and others have published rebuttals (2024-26).
Bosley cites (via Levenda) a declassified plan to project a 3D Jesus image over Havana. This is not found in the Operation Mongoose documents checked (NSA/FRUS).
Per anonymous sources, a hidden special security office at McLean used nonofficial-cover staff instructed to call themselves 'lollipop manufacturers' if audited, with funding skimmed from acknowledged MITRE/Navy projects.
Sheehan cites a 1992 Pentagon planning document as advocating US global dominance. The leaked 1992 Defense Planning Guidance draft (Wolfowitz/Libby/Khalilzad) called for preventing the re-emergence of a rival superpower.
A presidential executive order cannot declassify Restricted Data, because RD is governed by statute (the AEA), not the executive-order classification system.
Whether the pulsed-RF backpack device HSI bought in Jan 2026 (or a device like it) caused Havana Syndrome incidents is not established; DoD testing is ongoing and officials are split on the link.
The interview credits a session with locating Dozier in Padua. Italian police actually found him through informants; the viewing information didn't reach them in time, and the Padua match itself is disputed in transcript analyses.
Richard Queen was released on 11 July 1980 for multiple sclerosis, which the interview frames as a viewer's hit. Viewing records mention Queen in the Metrinko sessions; a Harary/SRI session (via Psychology Today 2004 / secondary accounts) described 'nausea... one side of his body... damaged... on an airplane in the next few days.' Queen's health was already in the news at the time, and the specific 'rhymes with a face card' wording attributed to the session was not found in the sources checked.
Gerb claims AATIP was an unfunded informal group used by Clapper and the National Security Council as a controlled-disclosure cover, fronted by Elizondo, with To The Stars Academy and a 'Clinton as disclosure president' plan as part of it, partly consistent with the documented Podesta-DeLonge emails.
The USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group had unexplained radar/visual 'tic-tac' encounters in Nov 2004; AAWSAP/BAASS began investigating in 2009 after an F-18 pilot on staff raised it; the case became public via the NYT in Dec 2017.
UnprovenHandling: only 37-38 of ~100 AAWSAP/BAASS technical products released; most remain withheld
AUTEC, the Navy's undersea test range, exists and is 'part of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) headquartered in Newport, R.I.' (navy.mil excerpt via E). The Bahamas/Andros location rests on E's paraphrase of the same story, and the Tongue of the Ocean location is not stated in the source read.
Gerb claims that after the 1994 SAP reorganization, a control group of 'just over two dozen' people (a 'committee of 27') ran the program, held together by Cheney until 2009 and then Clapper.
Sheehan says Kennedy ordered anti-Castro paramilitary bases in Florida closed post-crisis; Frank Sturgis's Swan Island base then attacked a Russian ship in Havana harbor in defiance, and JFK/RFK sent helicopter gunships and US Marshals to shut it down and arrest Sturgis under the Neutrality Act.
The Grand Lodge of New York carried about 480 lodges (about 20,000 members) in 1825-26; after the Morgan affair and the anti-Masonic excitement it had 82 lodges (about 3,000 members) in 1830 and only 48 lodges in good standing in 1832. The source's 'membership fell from about 480 to about 82' confuses lodge counts with membership.
Sheehan recounts that Paul Bennewitz, observing UFOs near an AF test range in Nevada in the mid-to-late 1970s, was targeted by AF counterintelligence officer Richard Doty, who fed him disinformation later spread into the UFO community, coinciding with stealth-bomber testing.
A 'directorate of the AFSWC became the core of the Air Force Weapons Laboratory'; Kirtland's history traces that line to Phillips Laboratory, 'which in turn became part of the present Air Force Research Laboratory'. Air Force Materiel Command was 'Established as Air Force Materiel Command, and activated, on 1 Jul 1992', and 'integrated the missions of former Air Force Systems Command and Air Force Logistics Command'. The lineage to the Weapons Laboratory runs through an AFSWC directorate, not the whole AFSWC.
The claim that Albert Pike was a member of the Ku Klux Klan. There is no documentary proof; his biographer states this 'will probably never be known.' The video hedges the claim but leans toward it.
Albert Pike's remains were moved to a vault in the House of the Temple in 1944 under a special Act of Congress; a 1953 Act did the same for John Henry Cowles, so he is also entombed there.
Edward C. 'Pete' Aldridge Jr. was undersecretary of the Air Force (1981-1986), serving as both Secretary of the Air Force and NRO Director, Secretary of the Air Force from 9 June 1986 until 16 December 1988, chief executive officer of The Aerospace Corporation from 1992 to 2001, and Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics from 2001 to 2003 (that last post sourced to Wikipedia only).
Sheehan says Allen Dulles was BBH's general counsel before becoming DCI. Dulles's documented firm was Sullivan & Cromwell; the BBH-counsel claim appears only in partisan secondary sources.
The host raises Annie Jacobsen's account that an EG&G engineer source (O'Donnell) said the Roswell crash was a remote-controlled craft built by Stalin using Josef Mengele's surgically altered children, and separately that US military performed comparable child experiments.
Hancock argues an advanced Ice Age civilization coexisted with hunter-gatherers and was erased, citing evidence under the Sahara, the Amazon canopy, and drowned coastlines (his Yonaguni dives). No accepted material evidence for such a civilization was found in the sources checked.
Vallée says he has seen an unclassified Raytheon memo to the Navy explaining the famous UFO infrared footage is a device readout (not a photo), from a different aircraft, and the other pilot was never interviewed.
Günther et al. (PNAS 2015) sequenced eight individuals from El Portalón cave, Atapuerca, dated 5,500-3,500 years before present; these early farmers show the greatest genetic affinity to modern Basques, suggesting Basques and their language may be linked to the Neolithic spread of agriculture rather than being a Mesolithic isolate. The source's 'not a refugee population' is its own paraphrase.
Directed by Jefferson, Andrew Ellicott reproduced Pierre L'Enfant's manuscript plan for engraving; Philadelphia engravers Thackara and Vallance (and Samuel Hill in Boston) engraved it in 1792, and it was published without attribution to L'Enfant. The source said Ellicott engraved it himself.
Apffel cites approximately 400,000 US churches, ~$550B/year in domestic and ~$1.1T/year in global Christian giving; the underlying sources for these figures were not shown.
Apffel states that only about 6 cents of each dollar donated to churches is spent outside the church walls; the methodology behind this figure was not shown.
In November 2018 Bloomberg reported, citing industry insiders, that Apollo Fusion planned mercury-propellant satellite thrusters and had shared the plan with potential customers; the company declined to comment on its technology. At COP-4 (second segment, Bali, 21-25 March 2022) the Minamata Convention added 'propellant for satellites and spacecraft' to its Annex A phase-out list with a 2025 date.
Merged plot claims (arrival, 50-year concealment, elimination of war/disease/poverty, demonic reveal of Karellen, children absorbed into the Overmind, end of Earth) — all accurate to the novel.
In 1953 the CIA picked Arthur Lundahl 'to direct the program which later became the National Photographic Interpretation Center', and he was NPIC's director 'from its inception to 1973' (CIA Studies in Intelligence).
A leaked BAASS 10-month report (dated 30 Jul 2009) describes a plan for a 5,000 sq ft underground vault 'to acquire recovered hardware and biological samples from the corporate world.' Authenticity of the leaked document is accepted by many analysts but not independently confirmed.
On 1 Dec 2020 Attorney General William Barr told the AP: 'To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election'. US attorneys and FBI agents had followed up specific complaints.
Sheehan recounts that Betty Hill was shown a star map during her alleged abduction, was hypnotized to recall it, and that researchers later matched it to the Zeta Reticuli system.
Bhoja's Samarangana Sutradhara, dated by its editors to the first part of the eleventh century, describes a light wooden 'great bird' with a mercury engine heated by fire in its belly that carries a man far through the sky, and a larger temple-like wooden vimana driven by mercury. A few verses earlier the text says it gives only the 'seeds' of its machines and withholds their construction for secrecy, not from ignorance. These are descriptions in a text; nothing shows such machines were built.
High-voltage asymmetric capacitors produce measurable thrust in air (the Biefeld-Brown effect); mainstream physics explains it as electrohydrodynamic ion drift.
Josef Blumrich recorded Hopi informant White Bear Fredericks for *Kásskara und die sieben Welten* (1979). The book exists; the original tapes have not been located, and the account rests on a single informant as edited by Blumrich.
Bosley claims San Bernardino served as a rail hub for the Hindu-German Conspiracy's arms traffic; this is plausible geography but no specific shipment record was cited.
Bosley identifies the unidentified woman found dead in a lake on 19 Nov 1915, buried as 'Cora Stanton', as Etta Place, the Sundance Kid's partner and a Secret Service/Pinkerton agent, based on description and a missing-persons listing with no DNA or document confirmation.
Bosley says that requesting the 1915 coroner record in 2009 triggered overt surveillance and a warning from an episcopus vagans, per his first-person account.
Bosley frames the Bennewitz case as NSA/AFOSI perception management (citing Greg Bishop's *Project Beta*), and says 'if the public thinks it's aliens, that makes my job easier' — an insider's statement of a disinformation tactic.
Bosley's bios confirm ex-FBI counterintelligence/surveillance work starting 1988 (with Russian training), then service as an AFOSI special agent, totaling about 19 years in national security. His claimed title 'chief of double-agent operations at Wright-Patterson' was not found in the sources checked.
Bosley says his 1989-90 FBI Russian-language class at the Fort Meade annex was used, unwittingly, as remote-viewing training targets, and that Lyn Buchanan 'smiled and nodded' about it. This is his first-person inference with no document.
Bosley says his father worked on late-1950s USAF anti-gravity platforms (the 'Wilsons') and was later 'suppressed by hypnosis,' per a superior officer's account.
Bosley says his uncle, a 44-year intelligence veteran whose own mentor was James Jesus Angleton, taught him necromancy and told him a 1996 Antarctica story about 'machinery under the ice,' which Bosley reads as a source test ('inking the water'). Bosley's own reading of the story as deception is itself an inference.
Rees-Mogg said Britain had suspended habeas corpus in the Napoleonic era; Carlson replied 'No, buddy, you did that during World War II.' Parliament did suspend it in 1794 (34 Geo. 3 c. 54, citing a conspiracy to introduce the 'anarchy and confusion' of France), during the war with Revolutionary France, which predates Napoleon's rule; further suspensions followed in 1798 and 1817 (not separately fetched here).
Sheehan says BBH investors held stakes in Krupp and IG Farben. What is documented is Union Banking Corp (Prescott Bush a director) holding Thyssen-linked assets, seized 20 Oct 1942; a Krupp/IG Farben stake is not established.
C.V. Wood became director of Southern California activities for the Stanford Research Institute in 1950. In 1953 SRI's Harrison 'Buzz' Price analyzed ten sites and recommended Anaheim; Wood then joined Disneyland as its first employee and general manager and supervised the land's selection and purchase. Bosley's 'Wood picked the site' compresses the two roles.
Sheehan says the CIA burned Abu Ghraib torture videos after Congress ordered them produced. The record contradicts the identification: the tapes the CIA destroyed (Nov 2005) were black-site interrogation tapes (Zubaydah, al-Nashiri; Thailand 2002), not Abu Ghraib footage.
McAfee names the CIA among agencies whose staff 'cannot be fired.' This is false for the CIA specifically: 50 U.S.C. §3036(e) lets the Director terminate any officer or employee whenever the Director deems it necessary or advisable in the interests of the United States. This power was used in 2025 to fire 50+ CIA/ODNI staff after EO 14151 (John Doe 1 v. ODNI).
Sheehan says DEA agent Kiki Camarena was killed by an Operation Condor assassination team based in PEMEX security (headed by a former Bush Zapata Oil partner), and that he personally interviewed ex-CIA deputy station chief Joseph Burkholder Smith about a Buenos Aires meeting where a Colombian cocaine pipeline into the US was planned to fund covert wars.
Cappy infers from the scarcity of publicized Chinese military UFO cases that reports are being suppressed or destroyed — an argument from absence, not a documented destruction of records.
They Flew: A History of the Impossible (Yale UP, 2023) by Carlos Eire covers Joseph of Cupertino (and Maria de Agreda) using period sources; Pasulka's specific claim that Eire lacked the original trial transcript she says she obtained from the Vatican is not independently confirmed.
Carlson notes American troops are on British soil (US forces are indeed stationed in the UK) and frames this as Britain having 'no sovereignty,' which is rhetorical framing rather than a checkable fact.
The BUF held no seats in Parliament and was not the parliamentary opposition (Labour was in the wartime coalition government), so calling it 'the opposition party' is not supported by the historical record.
Carlson frames automatic Selective Service registration as evidence that a draft itself is being prepared; a draft still requires a separate act of Congress, so intent beyond registration is unproven.
Carlson says pregnant women were sent to prison; this specific detail was not found in the sources checked, though a nursing mother (Diana Mosley) was interned.
Carlson's central thesis is that the point of the war is to change British and American society and end civil liberties — an inferred intent, not a sourced claim.
Sheehan says Carter sent CIA Director Bush a message demanding UFO information on Nov 19, 1976, and Bush refused, telling Carter he had no need to know.
Riconosciuto alleged, in material Casolaro investigated, that $40M was paid to Iran to delay the hostage release as part of the October Surprise, involving Earl Brian. Brian denied it.
Catherine Austin Fitts' figure of '$21 trillion missing' refers to unsupported accounting adjustments at DoD/HUD from 1998-2015, not money that was actually spent or is unaccounted-for in the sense implied.
The claim that Manson's unrevoked parole reflects protection as an informant or asset. It rests on one Los Angeles official's opinion to O'Neill; no document.
UnprovenHandling: no disclosure regime for PLA UAP reports; official attributions given, evidence withheld
The card notes China has no public reporting channel for PLA pilots and no released case files, and that official attributions (drones at Tianjin, balloon at Hangzhou, nothing at all for the 2023 Shandong object) come without released evidence.
Sheehan describes Christic losing its Iran-Contra racketeering suit in Miami (dismissed 1988; ~$1.03M Rule 11 sanctions, affirmed) and losing its tax exemption, and earlier winning the Silkwood case. Documented: dismissal, sanctions, IRS revocation (1992, IRS citing political activity), and the 18 May 1979 $10.5M Silkwood verdict. Caveats: Christic was founded in 1980, after the verdict; the Crowe & Dunlevy / Walsh-firm link is unconfirmed. Bush ordering the revocation is split into its own record.
Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon cleared a Signal message through DOPSR (approved 1 March 2024) and released it publicly; he told DOPSR he had 'redacted the name of the alleged gatekeeper' of a program said to involve 'recovered off-world technology'. Whether the message mentions 'SES-2' is held separately.
The claim that Cleopatra's Needles (obelisks) stand in two former British colonies. This is a slip: London, one of the cited locations, is not a former colony.
Clifford Irving's 'autobiography' of Howard Hughes was a fabrication. Irving's wife, Edith Irving, opened a Zurich bank account for the publisher's advance using a forged passport in the name Helga R. Hughes; Hughes surfaced in a telephone conference with reporters to repudiate the book and say he had never met Irving. In March 1972 the Irvings pleaded guilty to conspiracy in federal court, and in state court to conspiracy and grand larceny; Irving served 17 months in federal prison.
Ben Barnes (NYT, Mar 2023) said John Connally toured six Mideast capitals (Jul–Aug 1980) asking leaders to tell Iran to wait on releasing the hostages until after the election. The trip dates are corroborated; the message itself is not.
Gerb theorizes DOE emergency-response and nuclear-forensics teams (NEST, NF-MAP, Office of Secure Transportation, Special Response Teams) are used for UFO material recovery and transport under Atomic Energy Act authority.
Eric Davis states, on the record for the first time, that the Wilson-Davis notes are 'real, legit, 100% accurate,' and that a handwritten original exists. This is the author's own first-person confirmation; there is no government authentication and Admiral Wilson has not confirmed it.
Maj. Gen. Dawn Dunlop commanded the 412th Test Wing (the first woman to command an Air Force test wing) and in August 2018 took over the DoD Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO). She was removed as SAPCO director on 31 May 2019 amid inspector general investigations; an IG report released in 2020 found she created a toxic environment there. The source's exact 412th dates (Aug 2009-Mar 2012) are not confirmed here.
In an email to John Podesta dated 25 January 2016 (subject 'General McCasland', released by WikiLeaks), Tom DeLonge wrote that after Roswell 'they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago.' This records what DeLonge wrote, not that it is true.
Charles Dellschau (1830-1923) drew airships attributed to a 'Sonora Aero Club.' After his death the notebooks went to the Washington Street dump in Houston, were bought by junk dealer Fred Washington, and Dominique de Menil bought four of them in 1969; in 1972 Pete Navarro bought one for $65 and then the remaining seven, and he reads the code 'DM=X' as 'NYMZA', a secret society. The club's story comes from Dellschau's own notebooks; whether it was real is unresolved.
Bosley reads Dellschau's bell-shaped 'generator cone' drawing as a proof-of-concept precursor to the Nazi 'Die Glocke.' The drawing exists, but Die Glocke itself has no WWII-era document behind it (Witkowski 2000, citing one unnamed source) beyond visual resemblance.
Diana Mosley was arrested on 29 Jun 1940 under the same regulation as her husband and detained at Holloway; she and Oswald were released in November 1943 and placed under house arrest.
Steven Spielberg's 2026 film Disclosure Day is a fiction feature (not a documentary); Vallée describes it as showing no UFOs onscreen except a shape at the very end.
Bosley claims Disneyland's carousel sits at a telluric-current intersection and functioned as a 'psychotronic device,' disengaged by its 1982 relocation. Telluric currents are real geophysics, but the 'psychotronic device' claim has no support beyond his hypothesis.
In 1965, security for certain special access programs was retained by the military service rather than passing to the Defense Investigative Service when it took over other contractor security; GAO reported that such carve-out contracts had grown to 'probably several thousand' by 1983.
Dr. Donald Kerr became the fifteenth NRO Director in July 2005, was confirmed by the Senate on 4 October 2007 as Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and served in that position until January 20th, 2009. Wikipedia counts him as the 14th NRO director; the Bush White House archive and the Potomac Institute say fifteenth.
Dorey offers his own theory, labeled as such, that the CIA discovered Epstein in the late 1990s and 'taxed' him for information rather than exposing him.
Puharich said ELF exposure 'goes for the DNA' and causes cancer within 24 hours, citing a Navy study in Science (1984) finding maximum mutagenesis at 60-76 Hz.
EO 10501 (Eisenhower, 1953) set three classification levels and abolished 'Restricted'; EO 11652 (Nixon, 1972) and EO 12356 (Reagan, 1982) further revised the system.
Davis says eight decades of reverse-engineering effort produced only an understanding of materials, with nothing reproduced and no working propulsion achieved; the program staff were engineers, not physicists. This is consistent with his 2024 SOL remarks. Gerb characterizes this as 'program protection.'
Kiriakou and Dorey say Epstein's early business partner J. Stanley Pottinger (a former DOJ civil-rights chief) advised an Iranian banker on embargoed arms shipments in the early 1980s.
Court-released flight logs show a set of Epstein flights in Africa in September 2002, with a landing in Dubai (that detail sourced to GoLocalProv's reading of the logs only), listing Bill Clinton, Ira Magaziner, Naomi Campbell, Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker. In Ghislaine Maxwell's 2016 deposition (unsealed 2024), counsel read a log entry listing 'President Clinton, Kevin Spacey, Chris Tucker, Jeffrey Epstein and the initials GM' for 21 to 27 September 2002; Maxwell said she did not remember the dates but remembered the trip. Contemporaneous coverage places Clinton, Spacey and Tucker in Africa that week: News24 (25 Sept 2002) reported Clinton 'travelling through Africa, accompanied by actors Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker', having visited Ghana, Nigeria and Rwanda, and IOL (27 Sept 2002) reported Spacey and Tucker with him at the University of the Western Cape. Clinton's spokesman Angel Ureña said in July 2019 that Clinton took four trips on Epstein's plane in 2002 and 2003, 'two to Africa', with Clinton Foundation stops; the statement does not date either Africa trip. Spacey has said he was invited by Clinton on the 2002 humanitarian AIDS trip and met Epstein there.
Eric Wesley Davis received a PhD from the University of Arizona in 1991 (dissertation: 'Diffusion in the Io plasma torus and its relation to the torus spatial structure') and his publications are listed by EarthTech International. His NIDS and Aerospace Corporation roles are a separate, held record.
Eric H. Wang was an Air Force engineer who moved from Wright-Patterson to Kirtland (office moved to Kirtland/Sandia in 1956) and died in 1960; a 1970 DTIC symposium honored him as a pioneer of Air Force protective construction, tied to the Upshot-Knothole structures work.
Sheehan says Eric MacLeish (who settled Mack's Harvard dispute) also initiated Boston's first Catholic clergy-abuse litigation, took a large cut of settlements, and required victims to sign secrecy agreements — the host's 'double agent' framing, which Sheehan endorsed.
Sheehan says all Senate Republicans except Mitch McConnell support the UAP disclosure bill, and that he personally met with Rep. AOC and Rep. Matt Gaetz about it.
Sheehan says F. Lee Bailey was court-appointed to defend the Boston Strangler (Albert DeSalvo). UPI reporting shows Bailey defended DeSalvo (inserting himself via inmate George Nassar's tip, arguing DeSalvo was the Strangler but legally insane), which understates 'court-appointed'.
Online commentators alleged foreign (Israel-linked) involvement in the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The FBI director publicly addressed such theories while a suspect was in custody; no such involvement has been documented.
In May and June 1954 Mrs. Guy A. (Frances H.) Swan of Eliot, Maine, produced fast handwritten messages she attributed to beings named AFFA and PONNAR; retired Rear Admiral H.B. Knowles, who watched a session on 26 May, sent them to the Chief of Naval Intelligence, Rear Admiral C.F. Espe, on 27 May 1954.
A 24 Jul 1986 GAO review found Lockheed's regular programs 'well managed' but special-access-program (SAP) documents 'not well managed,' with the Defense Investigative Service failing to adequately inspect them; GAO issued a follow-up report to the Secretary of Defense in Aug 1986 on the need for inspections, and a 1987 follow-up on corrective action.
GAO's NSIAD-86-191 report found 1,460 discrepancies out of about 40,000 secret and top-secret items across 53 document substations; as of 19 Jul 1986, of 235 items investigated, 224 were accounted for and 11 were unresolved (7 'inadvertently destroyed,' 4 not located), with 1,225 still open.
The Insider, Der Spiegel and 60 Minutes (2024) reported GRU Unit 29155 officers geolocated near Havana Syndrome incidents, with bonuses for non-lethal acoustic/energy weapon work.
Tim Gallaudet is a retired rear admiral who served as Oceanographer of the Navy / Commander, Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command, and later as acting NOAA administrator.
Gary McKinnon fought US extradition for about 10 years until UK Home Secretary Theresa May withdrew the order on 16 Oct 2012 on health and human-rights grounds. His claim of seeing 'non-terrestrial officers' is his own account, unverified.
Sheehan says Walker ran Brown Brothers Harriman, was succeeded by Prescott Bush as CEO in 1924, and that Allen Dulles was BBH's general counsel. Documented: Walker was GHW Bush's maternal grandfather; Walker ran W. A. Harriman & Co. and retired at the 1931 merger that formed BBH, where Prescott Bush was a founding partner. Not supported: 'BBH CEO' and a 1924 succession. The Dulles-as-BBH-counsel clause is split into its own record.
George Washington laid the Capitol's cornerstone on September 18, 1793, in a Masonic ceremony with Maryland and Virginia lodges, an inscribed silver plate, corn, wine and oil to consecrate the stone, and a 500-pound ox barbecued afterward.
The video calls Gerald Bull a 'Belgian inventor' killed by Israel; Bull was Canadian, killed in Brussels on 22 Mar 1990 (Project Babylon). Mossad is the prime suspect and some Israeli officials have claimed responsibility, but the case is officially unsolved.
Gerb calls it 'Nixon's 303 Committee,' but the 303 Committee was created under Johnson (NSAM 303, 1964); Nixon's oversight body was the 40 Committee (1970).
Repeated outburst floods from Glacial Lake Missoula carved the Channeled Scabland of eastern Washington between about 18.5 and 15 ka. The source's pairing of these floods with a Lake Nipigon drainage at 12.8-12.9 ka is graded separately.
Sheehan says David Grusch testified under oath that the US possesses a non-human extraterrestrial spacecraft, that DNA tests on recovered bodies show non-human origin, and that the Senate Intelligence Committee holds those DNA results.
Under a 2012 deferred prosecution agreement HSBC admitted at least $881M of cartel money moved through it and that it failed to monitor over $670B in wires from HSBC Mexico; it paid $1.92B; no individuals were charged.
CIA historian Gerald Haines's 1997 paper states that U-2/OXCART flights accounted for over half of UFO reports from the late 1950s through the 1960s, and that the Air Force misled the public about it.
Sheehan says remote-viewing scientist Hal Puthoff met with President Clinton, and that Laurance Rockefeller was separately involved in disclosure-policy discussions.
Hancock and Carlson describe mainstream archaeologists as 'gatekeepers' who suppress evidence for an advanced Ice Age civilization. The counter-evidence here (Holliday et al.'s refutation, the SAA letter, the Gunung Padang retraction) is published, citable, and argued in the open, unlike withheld government records, so this is treated as framing rather than a documented suppression case.
DocumentedHandling: Kammler's US custody files remain largely withheld/unreleased; FOIA requests filed via MuckRock
SS General Hans Kammler was taken into US Counter Intelligence Corps custody in 1945, was questioned at Gmunden (per a 1949 Packe report), and his fate and later files remain largely unreleased.
A 3-member Harvard committee chaired by Arnold Relman (editor of the New England Journal of Medicine) reviewed John Mack's UFO-abduction work over 15 months and took no adverse action (Aug 1995).
Sheehan alleges a covert Air Force/DoD/CIA program to smear officials investigating UFOs, including ordering military officers who filed UFO reports to undergo psychiatric exams (some evaluated by John Mack).
Kalush and Sloman raised the claim that Houdini was murdered by spiritualists; the Houdini family sought exhumation in 2007 (with Dr. Baden) but it was not carried out.
Kalush and Sloman (2006) argue Houdini worked for the Secret Service and British intelligence; they admit imagined dialogue in their book, and reviewers call the claim speculative.
Hughes married Jean Peters at Tonopah, NV on 12 Jan 1957, registering under the fictitious names 'G.A. Johnson' and 'Marian Evans'; Peters filed for divorce in 1970.
In 1800 Benjamin Henry Latrobe wrote to the Joint Committee Appointed to Prepare Measures to Honor the Memory of General George Washington (19 Dec 1799 - 14 May 1800) proposing 'a Pyramid, upon a base of 13 steps' containing 'one chamber, 30 feet square, in the center of which is a plain sarcophagus or tomb'. His watercolor design survives at the Library of Congress. The pyramid was a freestanding mausoleum, not a tomb inside the Capitol; the source's title merged it with the separate plan for a tomb beneath the Capitol Crypt.
Oswald Mosley was arrested on 23 May 1940 and held without charge or trial. The University of Sheffield's catalogue of Simpson's 18B research papers says that in May 1940 'Defence Regulations 18B and then 18B (1A)' were passed, under which Mosley and his wife were interned; 18B(1A) covered members of organisations judged subject to foreign influence or control. Over the whole war 1,847 orders were made under 18B, 'some 750 or more relating to members or past members of the British Union' (A.W.B. Simpson). The source's '747 members interned with Mosley' is not supported as stated; the 750 figure is a war-long total. Carlson's 'opposition party' framing is not graded here.
Documented · occurredHandling: removal protections for policy-role staff are being narrowed via Schedule F / Policy-Career reclassification since 2025
McAfee said career agency staff cannot be fired by elected officials. Since the Pendleton Act (1883) most federal jobs have been merit-based with removal protections; this was true in 2021. Since 2025 those protections have narrowed for policy roles: EO 14171 (20 January 2025) reinstated the Schedule F order (EO 13957); OPM proposed rules in April 2025 and issued a final rule (published 6 February 2026, effective 9 March 2026) placing about 50,000 positions, about 2 percent of executive-branch employment, into Schedule Policy/Career, outside the usual adverse-action procedures. Agency heads and commissioners, who are appointed, are removable.

Pentagon officials described recovery efforts after the February 2023 shootdowns. Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder, 10 Feb: after the object was taken down off northern Alaska, 'U.S. Northern Command is beginning recovery operations now.' Assistant Secretary Melissa Dalton, 12 Feb (briefing hosted by Ryder): 'intensive efforts to collect debris in the remote locations where they have landed.' Secretary Austin, 13 Feb: 'In Alaska, the object landed on sea ice,' with weather dictating recovery timelines. The source attributed the sea-ice remark to Ryder; the transcript shows it was Austin. What the officials said is documented; the outcome is graded separately.
Franz von Papen, the German consular official in San Francisco, had Krupp's Hans Tauscher buy arms intended for revolutionaries in India; they went via Texas to San Diego and onto the schooner Annie Larsen, later found docked at Hoquiam, Washington, while the British intercepted the SS Maverick at Singapore. The San Francisco trial ran 155 days (20 Nov 1917 to 24 Apr 1918) and cost the US government $450,000. The source placed the seizure off San Diego; secondary accounts give both 8,000 rifles (the 9 Jan 1915 rail shipment to San Diego) and 10,000 rifles (the Annie Larsen's cargo); neither figure is yet confirmed from a fetched record.
Jacques Bergier ran a WWII scientific-espionage network (Marco-Polo), was captured, and was imprisoned at Mauthausen concentration camp from Nov 1943 to May 1945.
In January 2015 Gallaudet received an email on the Navy's secure network containing the Go Fast video (then classified, now declassified) from a Theodore Roosevelt strike group exercise involving multiple near-midair collisions; by his sworn account it vanished from his and all other recipients' accounts the next day, and the incident was never discussed again.
In 1976 Princeton physics student John Aristotle Phillips wrote a 34-page paper laying out a crude plutonium bomb design using only unclassified sources, to show that nearly anyone could do it. Whether the FBI seized it is a separate, held record.
Psychiatrist Louis Jolyon 'Jolly' West corresponded with Sidney Gottlieb (cover name 'Sherman Grifford') from 11 June 1953, two months after MKUltra began, proposing drug and hypnosis studies, and at the University of Oklahoma sought permission to take money from the Geschickter Fund, which the CIA later acknowledged was a Gottlieb cut-out. Whether he was the redacted contractor on MKUltra Subproject 43 is a separate, held record.
In 1967 West ran what he called a 'laboratory disguised as a hippie crash pad' in a house on Frederick Street in Haight-Ashbury, staffed by graduate students; it opened in June 1967.
Cupertino's 17th-c. canonization process produced sworn depositions Pasulka says she obtained and had translated, with numerous witness signatures documenting reported levitations — the records document testimony, not the physics of the events. Reused from prior card's finding.
Sheehan says JFK and Khrushchev traded 18 secret letters carried by Norman Cousins, with Pope John XXIII involved, aiming to disassemble both nuclear arsenals.
Kiriakou infers that Epstein must have had White House protection during the Iran-Contra period (1981-85), reasoning in part that no FBI counterintelligence file was ever opened on him.
Kona Blue was a proposed (never approved) DHS special access program tracing to AAWSAP/AATIP, intended to receive material; AARO confirms the proposal existed but records no material and no funding.
Banker Kurt von Schröder (a partner at Cologne's J.H. Stein, not the London/New York J. Henry Schröder banks) hosted the 4 Jan 1933 Hitler–Papen meeting that led toward Hitler's chancellorship.
Holland Lodge No. 8 (New York) minutes show Major Pierre (recorded as 'Francis') L'Enfant balloted for and accepted as a candidate on 17 April 1789 and entered as an Apprentice on 5 June 1789; the minutes for the rest of 1789 show no Fellow Craft degree. Original claim: entered as an Apprentice on 17 April 1789.
Gerb claims LaPlante was dual-hatted at MITRE and Air Force acquisition 2015-17; the record shows he was Air Force acquisition chief 2014-2015, then joined MITRE as SVP/GM from Apr 2017, with no overlap shown.
Sheehan describes Gen. Yamashita burying 176 troves of Axis-looted gold in the Philippines (~$100B each), Ed Lansdale torturing Yamashita's driver and recovering 12 troves (~$1.2T at $32/oz), then Truman/McCarthy/MacArthur placing the gold in a Brown-Brothers-Harriman-run Geneva trust (International Credit Bank) to fund covert operations via gold certificates outside congressional appropriation.
Levin said minds are patterns in a non-physical 'Platonic space,' and that brains and bots are interfaces minds 'ingress' through, with nobody 'creating' consciousness.
Lockheed Martin sold its Enterprise Integration Group (EIG) to Veritas Capital for $815 million, completed Nov 2010, citing organizational conflict-of-interest concerns; the unit later became SI Organization, then Vencore, Perspecta, and Peraton.
Lockheed Martin took a $950 million charge in Q2 2025 on a classified aeronautics program, as reported by Breaking Defense; Gerb himself does not tie this charge to UAP.
Gerb's sources allege Lockheed's Tonopah 'Site 4' stores 'the interesting stuff' and that reverse-engineered craft were tested there, linking to Richard Dolan's 'Advanced Group Six' leak claims.
In March 1975 Rep. John Conlan moved in the House Science and Technology Committee to bar further NSF funding of the 'Man: A Course of Study' (MACOS) social-studies curriculum; the committee chair requested a GAO review the same month, and the fight widened to NSF's whole precollege science-education program. In response NSF stopped funding curriculum implementation projects and cut curriculum development, rather than ending it.
The March 4, 1969 MIT research stoppage led to the separation of the Instrumentation Lab (announced 1970), which became Draper Labs and was divested from MIT in 1973.
Per anonymous sources, MITRE and the Navy track an undersea object roughly 10 city blocks in size near the Bahamas that launches and recovers smaller craft (the 'Tic Tac factory'); it appears as an opaque blob and is described as not hostile.
Per anonymous sources, MITRE has led a Navy waived unacknowledged special access program since 1958, exploiting Roswell technology into 'war-altering' capabilities, with partners ONI, NAVAIR and NAVSEA; sites include Pax River (hub), NSWC Dahlgren, and 'NAWC 23' at Love Field, TX; contractors include Raytheon, L3Harris and Lockheed.
Per anonymous sources, in 2011 MITRE stopped briefing newcomers on the program's history after the CIA joined it, and in 2017 MITRE lost control of the program to James Clapper's intelligence-community portfolio.
MITRE was founded in 1958, spun out of MIT Lincoln Laboratory for the SAGE air-defense system, with Robert Everett coming from the Navy's Whirlwind project.
All ten Minuteman missiles of Echo Flight at Malmstrom AFB, under commander Col. Arie Arnoldson, went into a 'No-Go' (disabled) status on 16 Mar 1967, per archived contemporaneous USAF messages.
The Manhattan Project ran under strict compartmentalization of information, with broad policy set by a small Top Policy Group (Bush, Conant, Vice President Wallace, Stimson, Marshall) reporting to Roosevelt.
Per federal parole files obtained by Tom O'Neill, Manson (released Mar 1967) broke parole repeatedly without revocation; his San Francisco parole officer Roger Smith, with a caseload reduced to Manson, ran the Amphetamine Research Project at the Haight-Ashbury Free Medical Clinic.
Martin Marietta completed its $3.05 billion acquisition of GE's aerospace business on 2 Apr 1993 and bought the General Dynamics Space Systems division (Atlas) in May 1994. The source put both in 1993.
Sandia Corporation became a wholly owned subsidiary of Martin Marietta (later Lockheed Martin) in 1993, and so ran Sandia National Laboratories until 1 May 2017, when a Honeywell subsidiary took over.
Gerb speculates that Mary Sturtevant (Lockheed VP, ex-CIA/NRO, ex-Senate Intelligence staff alongside Christopher Mellon) may have helped block Ryder's transfer.
Matthew 'Quake' Sullivan, an Air Force intelligence officer and Grusch source, died 12 May 2024 in Falls Church, VA, ruled an accidental mixed-drug overdose, before he could give a congressional interview; Burlison referred the death to the FBI (16 Apr 2026).
McAfee's conclusion, drawn from the regulatory-volume and job-protection points above, is that the deep state 'does control America.' This is his framing/conclusion rather than a discrete checkable fact.
McAfee said federal agencies issue about 20 regulations for every law Congress passes. CEI's Unconstitutionality Index averages 22 rules per law over 10 years (18 in 2025), drawn from Federal Register counts, matching the order of magnitude.
McAfee said roughly 200,000 regulations have been issued since 1975. CEI counts 223,623 final rules since the Federal Register began itemizing them in 1976, through 2026 — the same order of magnitude.
McAfee frames regulatory volume as having 'far more impact' than legislation itself; this is his own judgment, not a measured comparison in the sources checked.
The claimed session count is unverified as a total, and tasking volume in fact came from many different agencies, not the CIA alone. The 1995 AIR/CIA program review found no evidence the program had provided actionable intelligence; researchers split on whether any effect exists (Utts pro, Hyman skeptical).
McMoneagle treats continued agency demand for sessions as evidence of accuracy; the 1995 AIR/CIA review's actual finding was that the program was unfalsifiable in operational use, i.e. demand does not measure accuracy.
The memoir's full title is *Out of the Shadows: Revealing the Truth About Non-Human Intelligent Life* (William Morrow/HarperCollins), with cover tag 'the most senior US official to investigate UAP.'
Sheehan says missile flights to the west and east of Echo Flight also lost missiles during the March 1967 Malmstrom incident. Archived contemporaneous USAF messages confirm the Echo Flight No-Go itself but the multi-flight involvement is contested.
A federal court enjoined The Progressive from publishing Howard Morland's H-bomb article on 26 Mar 1979. After the Madison Press Connection published Charles Hansen's similar letter on 16 Sep 1979, the Justice Department dropped the case (17 Sep), the Seventh Circuit vacated the injunction (28 Sep), and the article ran in the November 1979 issue.
The Kuiper Airborne Observatory was a modified Lockheed C-141A based at NASA Ames, Moffett Field (mid-1974 to fall 1995); from 1986 Christchurch, New Zealand was its usual base for extended (typically 6-8 week) southern-sky deployments.
Documented · occurredHandling: CIA's role in the Condon study photo analysis was withheld from attribution under its own condition of assistance (1967)
NPIC, under Lundahl, assisted the Condon UFO study in 1967 with photo analysis; Lundahl stipulated that any NPIC work for the committee 'must not be identified as CIA work' (Haines 1997).
Bosley says Armstrong gave 'two interviews' ever; in fact Armstrong, while reclusive, appeared at anniversaries, testified to Congress, and gave some interviews (e.g., ABC, a 2012 CPA interview).
Plastic spring/network systems with occasional resets learn to find better-than-random solutions to constraint problems, with no natural selection or design ('natural induction').
At the close of the 'lookback' window created by New York's Child Victims Act, more than 900 child sex abuse claims (924) had been filed against the Diocese of Buffalo, more than twice the largest number ever filed in a U.S. diocese bankruptcy proceeding since 2004. The source said the window is 'driving diocesan settlements'; the source checked documents claims and a bankruptcy proceeding, not settlement totals.
Sheehan says VP Nixon chaired the NSC's 5412 covert-action subcommittee and, via a secret call to Howard Hughes, had Hughes's lawyer Robert Maheu assemble a Mafia assassination team (Roselli, Giancana, Trafficante) against Castro, cleared by CIA security chief Sheffield Edwards.
Garry Nolan co-authored 'Improved instrumental techniques, including isotopic analysis, applicable to the characterization of unusual materials with potential relevance to aerospace forensics' with Jacques Vallee, S. Jiang and L. G. Lemke, Progress in Aerospace Sciences 128 (2022) 100788.
Nolan describes childhood experiences: small figures in his bedroom and a silent lit craft over the trees around 1972-73, a memory triggered by the Communion book cover.
The late Pleistocene saw the extinction of 35 genera of North American mammals; the last appearance dates of 16 of them securely fall between 12,000 and 10,000 radiocarbon years ago (approximately 13,800-11,400 calendar years B.P.), and the chronology can be characterized as a synchronous event. The source framed the window globally as 13,000-11,000 years ago; elsewhere the timing differs, and the cause is not settled by this record.
ODNI's June 25, 2021 Preliminary Assessment on UAP found unusual flight characteristics in some incidents not explainable by known US or foreign adversary technology, while cautioning that data quality limits firm conclusions.
Program researchers reportedly interviewed dozens of neighbors in concentric circles around the ranch, unannounced, and collected corroborating testimony including from sheriff's department and BIA personnel.
The program's data warehouse (Capella) was designed around 10-12 separate databases for different data types, and its refinement work was interrupted before completion.
Documented · occurredHandling: official 'drone' attribution given, supporting detail withheld
On the evening of Wednesday 11 Sep 2024, Tianjin Binhai International Airport stopped takeoffs and landings, citing 'public safety concerns caused by drone' (announced around 7:33 pm); 29 flights were delayed and eight cancelled, affecting over 3,000 passengers, and some flights diverted to Beijing. Normal operations resumed the next morning. The official attribution is a drone; no further detail was released in the sources checked. Reports of a second night of disruption are a separate record; the 'lit objects' framing is held separately.

On 12 Feb 2023 the maritime development authority of Qingdao's Jimo District said it had spotted an 'unidentified flying object' off the coast of Rizhao City, about 62 km southeast of Qingdao, and that authorities were preparing to 'shoot it down'; fishermen were asked to stay safe, photograph it and help collect debris. The authority confirmed the notice was authentic. No announcement of a shootdown or identification appears in the sources checked. The video places the object at the PLAN base on Jiaozhou Bay; the reports place it off Rizhao, not at the base.
The video places this incident at 'Changzhou, Hubei' with 160 witnesses and a 30mm cannon. It is widely reported from Chinese state media (CNTV) as occurring at a military aviation school in Hebei (Cangzhou/Qing county), with roughly 140 witnesses and a 20mm cannon; the pilot asked to fire and was refused, and the object broke off at 12,000m when the jet ran low on fuel. This is a single-source state-media account with no released records.
Around 9pm on Saturday 20 Aug 2011, several civil aviation pilots reported a huge glowing object above Shanghai to the East China Air Traffic Control Bureau, and observers in Beijing photographed an 'expanding round white cloud' that faded within minutes. A Beijing Planetarium official said it 'might be caused by the substances emitted by military devices or satellites'; an amateur astronomer suggested a rocket or satellite launch. Jonathan McDowell's launch catalogue (GCAT, which includes suborbital and missile tests) lists no launch between the 18 Aug 2011 failures (Ekspress AM-4, Long March 2C/SJ-11-04) and 22 Aug; classified missile tests may be absent from any public catalogue. The source's '10+ pilots' is reported as 'several'.
At about 4 a.m. on 20 Sep 1977, residents of Petrozavodsk reported an enormous star-like light that sent pulsed shafts of light to the ground and spread over the city 'like a huge jellyfish.' Juliy Platov and Boris Sokolov, who ran the Soviet study of UFO reports from 1978 to 1990, wrote in 2000 that its cause was the launch of the satellite Kosmos-955 from the Plesetsk spaceport. The sighting reports and the attribution are documented; no anomalous object is established. Whether Nordic officials wrote to the Academy of Sciences is held separately.
On 5 Jan 1994 the Deputy Secretary of Defense, then William Perry, changed DoD special access program (SAP) management: the plan formalized SAP approval, termination, revalidation and restructuring through the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC) and established a Senior Review Group (SRG) to support it. The source does not say SAPOC itself was created on that date.
Reich claimed a universal life energy, 'orgone', that his accumulators concentrated to treat disease (including cancer) and his cloudbusters used to change weather. No scientific confirmation; FDA testing found the accumulators ineffective.
Law no. 17 of 25 January 1982 (the Anselmi law, Gazzetta Ufficiale 28 Jan 1982) implemented the constitutional ban on secret associations and, in article 5, dissolved the P2 lodge. The Grand Orient of Italy's own expulsion of P2 is a separate, held record.
Michael Riconosciuto alleged in a 21 Mar 1991 affidavit that the PROMIS software was backdoored, at the Cabazon reservation, and sold to foreign governments. He was arrested 8 days later on drug charges he calls a setup.
Boris Giuliano, head of Palermo's Squadra Mobile, who had met Sindona's liquidator Giorgio Ambrosoli in Milan (Ambrosoli was murdered 11 Jul 1979), was shot dead by Leoluca Bagarella at the Bar Lux on 21 Jul 1979; Bagarella's life sentence became final in 1997.
Cameron cites a private video in which Pandolfi says 'there's been a breakthrough... a number of us will go into the next world and come back,' which Cameron reads as referring to a 'portal.'
The core American Cosmic narrative: blindfolded transport, a long-worked dig site, and pop-culture proximity (X-Files). Reused from the prior card's finding — Pasulka herself frames it as 'I don't believe this, but these two guys believe it.'
Pasulka says she spent years researching in the Vatican's Apostolic (formerly 'Secret') Archive and at the Vatican Observatory, reading canonization testimony.
Maria de Agreda (1602-1665) is a documented 17th-century Spanish nun reputed to have bilocated to the American Southwest ('Lady in Blue'), corroborated at the time by Franciscan missionary Alonso de Benavides; Pasulka discusses her in American Cosmic.
Merged family-testimony claims: father's USCGC Bittersweet service in Alaska, an alleged football-field-sized submerged object, electrical failure, and ~4-hour immobilization.
Paul Richards, former national chair of the Fabian Society, said on Jacob Rees-Mogg's State of the Nation (GB News) that Britain would have to 'lock a few people up' (pro-Russian voices, people not wanting to 'go to war for Burnham') and look at things like conscription. The clip aired 21 Sep 2026; GB News later deleted it from its site, though copies circulate.
Vibia Perpetua was executed in the arena in Carthage on 7 March 203. The Passion of Perpetua and Felicity records that at the gate, when the women were compelled to put on the dress of the priestesses of Ceres, Perpetua refused. Sections 3-10 were written in Latin by Perpetua herself before her death, 'as she left it written with her own hand', which makes it one of the earliest pieces of writing by a Christian woman. The source said 'the earliest'.
Gerb names Peter Highnam (ex-DARPA deputy/acting director, now principal deputy for critical technologies under the Pentagon's R&E chief) as a current senior legacy figure.
DoD IG FOIA pages show AIG Randolph Stone invited Phillips and OSI commander Brig Gen Bullard to a classified pre-evaluation discussion on 18 Feb 2021 (a follow-up to SASC FY21 NDAA UAP Task Force report language), and Phillips met again without Bullard on 4 Mar 2021, with his input shaping the evaluation's methodology.
Gerb frames Phillips's 2001-02 post (Consolidated Adjudications Facility Program Security Officer, OSI PJ, Langley AFB) as protecting Air Combat Command SAPs.
Steven Dick's postbiological-universe hypothesis (cultural evolution outpaces biological evolution, yielding AI-dominant civilizations) is a real, published SETI-adjacent argument addressing the Fermi paradox.
Disputed attribution. A line attributed to Albert Pike in an 1875 letter, usually given as 'I took my obligations to white men, not to Negroes. When I have to accept Negroes as brothers or leave Masonry, I shall leave it', is widely reprinted, but no original letter has been located in the sources checked, and two wordings circulate ('to' vs the source's 'from' white men). Unproven: the attribution is neither confirmed nor shown false. Not part of the Taxil/Mazzini hoax corpus.
In Plato's Republic, the soldier Er dies in battle, is presumed dead, and revives to describe an afterlife journey — often cited as an early NDE account.
The southeastern Bay of Biscay continental shelf preserves at least 12 submerged marine terraces and former shorelines, from about -13 m to about -90 m, formed at past lower sea levels since the Last Glacial Maximum and now drowned.
Sheehan says Christic lost its tax exemption on Bush's order. The 1992 IRS revocation is documented (IRS cited political activity); a presidential order is not.
Gerb claims UFO program funding comes from haircuts off other black programs, contractor R&D (Northrop/Lockheed, 2005), agency cutouts (e.g. E-Systems), Forest Service or BLM money, and even criminal enterprises (per Grusch on Fox).
Gerb claims program-protection 'antibodies' exist across Air Force OSI's special projects office (Phillips/Russ), DARPA's Security & Intelligence Directorate (he alleges past directors did 'wet works'), the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's information-protection directorate, and the DOE's intelligence office.
Project Winterhaven was a 1953 proposal by T. Townsend Brown's foundation for a joint-services research contract on 'electrogravitics', with emphasis on military applications, including charged disc airfoils scaled from 2 ft up to a 10 ft disc at 500 kV. It was a proposal; this record does not establish that the services funded it.
The publisher's marketing blurb says Stratton learned of UAP incursions over nuclear weapons sites, leading him to co-found AAWSAP; it says he discovered an '80-year cover-up' of non-human intelligence hidden from Congress and presidents by 'powerful gatekeepers.'
John Ramirez said he had a 25-year CIA career, including chief of the ELINT Analysis Branch and chief of base at an overseas technical collection site.
Andrew Michael Ramsay's oration traced Freemasonry to the crusaders ('Our ancestors, the Crusaders…'). The Grand Lodge of BC&Y dates its delivery to 27 Dec 1736 in Paris, 'long thought to have been delivered on 21 March 1737'; it was printed in 1741. It names crusaders generally; Ramsay mentions the Templars only once, in a later posthumous work, and the Templar lineage came from later rites.
Randall Walden was a flight test engineer at Edwards/Pax/Nellis, led Special Studies (chief, Special Studies Division, Air Force Red Team), then directed the Rapid Capabilities Office including the B-21 program, and now sits on the Aerospace Corp board (2023).
The clip says Reagan's 1990 memoir An American Life calls Israel the 'instigator and prime mover' of the Iran arms deals; the book exists and covers the Israeli channel (Kimche, Nir), but the quoted wording was not located.
Ingo Swann, one of the first SRI remote-viewing subjects, was an OT Level VII Scientologist, and Harold Puthoff, who ran the work with Russell Targ, was a Scientologist at the time. Pat Price, another SRI subject, credited Scientology with opening new vistas and abilities of self to him, in a profile reproduced in a CIA-released file. No fetched record gives Price's Scientology level.
Weinstein hypothesizes Renaissance Technologies (Stony Brook, Brookhaven) is a candidate for a modern secret physics program, while stating 'I'm not saying that I know.'
René Girard developed mimetic theory and the scapegoat mechanism; until about 1961 he was a self-declared agnostic, then converted and became a practicing Roman Catholic.
In a January 2025 interview with Matt Gaetz on One America News, Rep. Tim Burchett said: 'They tell me something's moving at hundreds of miles an hour underwater... as large as a football field, underwater,' adding 'This was a documented case and I have an admiral telling me this stuff.' He did not name the admiral. This documents Burchett's secondhand account, not the object. The source's '200 mph' and 'sonar' specifics are not in this report.
Rep. Eric Burlison sent MITRE a 10+ page letter of legislative interrogatories, dated 22 May 2026, addressed to CEO Mark Peters and to Christopher Land.
Sheehan links Reps. Mike Turner (OH-10, near Wright-Patterson-adjacent contractor Radiant) and Mike Rogers (AL district, near Redstone) to a 'Prompt Global Strike' program allegedly using recovered/reverse-engineered technology to propel nuclear missiles, worth trillions in future patents.
When an RhD-negative mother is exposed to RhD-positive fetal red cells, she develops anti-D antibodies that cross the placenta and destroy fetal red cells, causing hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn. Its incidence has decreased substantially since Rh immune globulin (anti-D prophylaxis) was introduced in 1968.
Doty's role as a documented AFOSI disinformation source targeting Bennewitz and others is independently established per the vault's existing Richard Doty record; his recent on-air acknowledgment is Pasulka's secondhand relay and is not itself corroboration of any further UFO claim.
Richard Doty, who as an AFOSI special agent at Kirtland AFB handled the 1980 Bennewitz case, has publicly admitted feeding disinformation to Paul Bennewitz and other UFO researchers. This record grades that he said so; per house rules nothing Doty says corroborates anything else.
Sheehan says DCI Richard Helms was 'indicted' for lying to Congress about the Phoenix Program's death toll and separately ordered MKUltra files destroyed. Correction: Helms was not indicted. He was charged by criminal information and on 31 Oct 1977 pleaded nolo contendere to two misdemeanors (2 U.S.C. §192) for failing to testify fully to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee about CIA activity in Chile, not Phoenix; fined $2,000, suspended two-year sentence. The 1973 MKUltra destruction order is documented.
Riggs Bank pleaded guilty in Jan 2005 to one felony count of failing to file suspicious-activity reports on accounts of Augusto Pinochet and Equatorial Guinea officials; $16M fine ($41M total penalties); absorbed by PNC (May 2005).
Per Rob Jones' theory relayed by Gerb, after Kona Blue failed Lockheed offloaded the material inside the $815M EIG sale, with Robert Cardillo later joining Peraton's board; the sale and board seat are documented, the material transfer is not.
Sheehan says Lansing, the Dulles brothers' uncle, dispatched troops to Russia in 1918, that the Dulles brothers shaped Versailles reparations, and that BBH investors held stakes in Krupp and IG Farben. Documented: Lansing's role in the 1918 Siberian/North Russia interventions (FRUS) and Foster Dulles's Versailles reparations work. The Krupp/IG Farben clause is split into its own record.
Maheu was Hughes's right-hand man and alter ego for 13 years, holding his power of attorney, and in that time saw Hughes two times (Las Vegas Sun). By Maheu's own account these were glimpses: he never met Hughes face to face, and they worked by phone and memo (Press Democrat obituary).
The clip repeats the claim that Robert Maxwell was pushed off his boat; his burial on the Mount of Olives is confirmed, but his death is officially undetermined/accidental.
Davis says Roswell debris, from the Foster ranch near Corona, was 100% from a non-human crash. USAF's 1994/97 reports attribute the debris to Project Mogul, and AARO's historical record report found no evidence of a non-human crash.
Nikolai Fedorov (1828-1903), a teacher and librarian at Moscow's Rumyantsev Museum, held that humanity's goal should be to overcome death and resurrect the dead; Russian Cosmism was influenced by his thought. Konstantin Tsiolkovsky met Fedorov at sixteen and is described as one of his students. The source said Fedorov 'founded' the movement; the sources checked say it was influenced by him.
Lockheed VP James Ryder proposed transferring alleged 1950s crash material from a Lockheed facility into a waived special access program under DIA, via the proposed Kona Blue program; CIA Directorate of Science & Technology deputy director Glenn Gaffney is alleged to have blocked it. Support is DOPSR-cleared statements by David Grusch and Luis Elizondo, and a document package Rep. Tim Burchett entered into the Nov 2024 hearing record (author unknown).
Davis says Lockheed VP James Ryder proposed a 'material divestment' plan to transfer 1950s material to DIA via AAWSAP, which CIA Directorate of Science & Technology official Glenn Gaffney blocked; the $22M AAWSAP appropriation was originally meant to SCIF Bigelow facilities for the material. AARO records a similar transfer allegation and reports the ex-CIA official denied it, with no material found.
An Air Force office history records a 2018 interview (William Davidson) describing 'outside activities' in other agencies under Air Force administrative control, said to have started 'in Pete Aldridge's day.'
SAP oversight flows from component SAP offices, to the Office of the Secretary of Defense's SAP office, to the DoD SAP Central Office, to the oversight committee (SAPOC) and its Senior Review Group (est. 1994).
SAPs fall into three types (acquisition ~75-80%, intelligence, operations & support), overseen respectively by the defense under secretaries for acquisition, intelligence, and research & engineering.
Sandia Corporation established the Tonopah Test Range in Nevada in 1957 for AEC weapons ballistics testing. From 1982 the Air Force's 4450th Tactical Group flew the then-secret F-117A from the Tonopah airfield; the Pentagon acknowledged the aircraft in November 1988.

Sheehan traces cash skimmed from Las Vegas casinos through New Orleans banks to Miami and says it funded Watergate. This pipeline, beyond the documented Ogarrio checks, is Sheehan's synthesis.
Sheehan says Bob Bigelow called John Mack around 1995 about a dimensional-portal/tall-being sighting at Skinwalker Ranch; unmarked helicopters and unbadged personnel then removed his scientific team, beat some of them, and damaged equipment.
Solomon Andrews offered his dirigible to the federal government in September 1862, tested a prototype in 1863, and renewed the offer in August 1863 in a letter to President Lincoln. After his petition reached Congress, Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton convened a committee (Special Orders No. 119, March 16, 1864) to consider its feasibility and report to the House Military Committee. On March 21, 1864, Henry (Smithsonian) and Col. Woodruff examined a model in the Library room of the Smithsonian; Henry recorded that the inventor proved the balloon can be steered. The committee's conclusions are in a separate document (Henry Papers Doc. 220) not yet read.
Speculative Masonry grew out of medieval stonemasons' guilds, as documented in the Old Charges (Regius manuscript c.1390, Cooke manuscript c.1410-50). This is scholarly consensus; the video's specific 'Shropshire 1430' framing conflates the two documents.
Split-twig animal figurines dated ~4,200–3,100 BP were cached under capstones in a few of ~150 surveyed Grand Canyon caves; some are pierced by miniature spears. The makers' cultural attribution is still debated.
Jay Stratton says he co-created DIA's AAWSAP with Jim Lacatski, then created AATIP ('really just an interagency working group'), and directed the UAP Task Force. His publisher bio corroborates the roles claimed, and Travis Taylor corroborates the UAPTF role.
In an earlier talk (per the Murgia transcript), Stratton describes an encounter with a cloaked, 'predator-like' being. A Psicoactivo video covering this was removed after a copyright strike.
Stratton says he had Public Affairs announce 'unidentified' in 2019 to avoid miscalculation with adversaries who might think the objects were American. The 2019 Navy 'unidentified' statements are real; his personal directing role is not independently confirmed.
Stratton says 'none of the people you routinely see making the rounds on podcasts... had responsibility for conducting the US government's UAP investigations. I did,' read as a jab at Elizondo and other whistleblowers.
Stratton says he wrote and signed the UAP security classification guide, and that because of this DOPSR 'took nothing out' of his memoir that was UAP-related.
Stratton's reported career spans 32 years across Army, Air Force, Naval Intelligence, State, Joint Staff, OSD, and STRATCOM, including DIA roles as Chief of Air and Space Warfare and in the Defense Warning Office; he retired at the SES (two-star equivalent) level.
Stratton's memoir *Out of the Shadows* publishes 13 Oct 2026 via HarperCollins/William Morrow; a TV series adaptation is in development with Terence Winter and Dan Farah.
TWA won a default judgment of roughly $145M against Hughes in 1970 because he would not appear, but the Supreme Court reversed it in 1973 (Hughes Tool Co. v. TWA); the video omits the reversal.
The 'Tar Desardon' the speaker describes (paleontologist, WWI, coined noosphere/Omega Point, Church suppressed his theological writing, died Easter Sunday) matches Pierre Teilhard de Chardin exactly (mangled ASR transcription of the name).
Bosley says Tate's father was an Air Force colonel tied to LeMay. The record shows Paul Tate was a Lt Col in Army intelligence (23 yrs). The LeMay link is Bosley's recollection.
Taylor said UAPTF work was roughly half budget/advocacy for Congress and the White House, and half reverse-engineering analysis of existing sensor data.
Taylor said a specific unexplained case occurred during his UAPTF work that he cannot describe because of NDA and non-released-government-information restrictions.
In a 2022 Inside The Black Vault interview, Travis Taylor said: 'to my knowledge I haven't seen a UFO in a hanger somewhere yet, but you know I'd be happy to get one and start reverse engineering it.'
Taylor said the FBI was on call at Skinwalker Ranch for surveillance, describing a 'men in black' arrangement to catch people 'operating outside of constitutional authority.'
Terry Phillips, formerly executive director of the Air Force Office of Special Projects in AFOSI, was named Leidos senior vice president and chief security officer in January 2022. His later move to Northrop Grumman is held separately.
Terry Phillips, SES, has been Executive Director of OSI Special Projects (PJ, 427 people at 41 offices) and Air Force/Space Force SAP Security Director since Jan 2017.
The CIA document from McMoneagle's 22 May 1984 'Mars 1 million BC' session (pyramids, giant people, a dying world) exists and was released in 2017; it was a Monroe Institute training session. Its existence does not establish that its content is accurate.
The concrete 'Henge' at the Wenceslas mine, claimed as a test rig for the Bell, is a standard industrial cooling-tower base, a structure common across Europe.
Sheehan says George Bush (as 5412 committee head) coordinated an 'off-the-shelf Enterprise' via NSC aide Donald Gregg and CIA officer Felix Rodriguez (running the Ilopango airbase for weapons/cocaine smuggling), and that it was Shackley, not Oliver North, who put the Enterprise together.
The War Zone (Rogoway, 2019) cites US Patent 2,463,517, 'Airborne Corner Reflector' (filed 1945), as a possible mundane explanation for cube-in-sphere sightings like Graves'. It is unproven whether that identification is correct for the specific case.
The 1896-97 mystery airship wave began with the Sacramento sighting of 17 November 1896, reported by the Sacramento Bee and the San Francisco Call; it did not begin on 1 April. That undercuts an April Fool's Day origin story, but not hoax explanations generally (liars' clubs, newspaper competition).
The 1909 Arizona Gazette described a Smithsonian-backed Grand Canyon cavern with Egyptian-style artifacts found by G.E. Kinkaid. No record of Kinkaid, 'Prof. Jordan' or the dig exists; the Smithsonian denies it; no cave has been located.
Merged Fatima phenomenology claims: dates (May-Oct 1917, monthly on the 13th), attendance (~70,000), sun phenomenon, and contemporaneous secular-press coverage (O Seculo).
The Farm Hall transcripts record the secretly bugged conversations of ten German scientists interned in England in 1945. The 'Die Glocke' (Nazi Bell) story was first described in Igor Witkowski's 2000 book Prawda o Wunderwaffe and popularized by Nick Cook's The Hunt for Zero Point; the 'red mercury' story dates to no earlier than the late 1970s (Skeptoid traces the term to at least then; Chris Camp places the story's start in the late 1980s Soviet Union). Both came decades after 1945, so the transcripts cannot refer to either by those names. This is an argument from dates, not a full-text search; 'Glocke' is also an ordinary German word for a bell. The source's 'released in 1992' date is not asserted here.
Gerb said in June 2026 'we still don't have the Ruppelt film.' The item is a reel-to-reel audio recording catalogued as 'AF-ATIC-FILM, 03/52' (Beacon Hill Study, labeled 'flying saucer talk', Ruppelt as briefer); 'FILM' is the archive label, not motion-picture footage. Rep. Burlison sought it from MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and it was released in PURSUE Release 06 (18 Sep 2026) as a 65-minute audio recording (DOW-UAP-PR160) of Ruppelt's 26 Mar 1952 Boston presentation, with the companion transcript DOW-UAP-D154.
Gerb ties a 1953 Kingman UFO recovery to the Upshot-Knothole nuclear test series, involving SRI's Edward Doll and ARDC's Eric Wang, per Stansel testimony.
Section 142 of the 1954 Atomic Energy Act allows transclassification of Restricted Data, and the 'Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information' (TFNI) category was named in 2010.
The memo released as PURSUE Release 03 item CIA-UAP-019 ('Australian Dept of Defense Scientific and Intel Aspects of the UFO Problem', 12 Jun 2026) is officially described as 'dated to 1971, an Australian review of the USAF Project Blue Book' and 'released by the National Archives of Australia.' Its text says the US 'chose to support six universities and government agencies' in gravity research and names gravity research centres including the Institute for Advanced Study and Princeton. Authorship by Harry Turner is graded separately; the fetched text does not show his name.
AFI 16-701 does not state that a content-only designation removes congressional reporting; new compartments/sub-compartments below an established SAP are approved at the Air Force SAP Central Office (SAF/AAZ) level with no congressional notice specified, while establishing a new SAP itself does require congressional notice after 30 days.
Gerb says an Army Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit existed, per Army FOIA replies acknowledging a unit by that name with records reportedly transferred, though details are thin and 'leaked' IPU reports are unauthenticated.
The Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies, funded by Robert Bigelow, studies consciousness survival topics including NDEs, reincarnation, and mediums.
Louis-Philippe d'Orléans, Duke of Chartres (later Duke of Orléans and 'Philippe Égalité'), was elected Grand Master of French Freemasonry in 1771 and presided as the Grand Lodge was reorganized as the Grand Orient de France in 1773. He repudiated Freemasonry in February 1793 and the Grand Orient accepted his resignation on 13 May 1793. Whether many other revolutionary leaders were Masons is a separate, held record.
A whistleblower, via The New Republic, said the FBI probe of the Charlie Kirk assassination was delayed about a day by the FBI director's aircraft use.
Carlson says the US has put in place the 'mechanics' for conscription. The FY2026 NDAA (signed 18 Dec 2025) makes Selective Service registration automatic from 18 Dec 2026 using federal data; a draft itself still requires a separate act of Congress.
The third secret's planned-1960 opening, subsequent decades of non-release, the 2000 Vatican release, and the official interpretation tying it to the 1981 assassination attempt are all documented.
David Ovason's thesis that the Federal Triangle and other DC landmarks align with the constellation Virgo. This is not accepted by historians, though the many zodiacs present in DC art are themselves real.
The claim that the French Revolution was a Masonic plot, organized by Freemasonry as an institution. The video itself states there is 'little if any evidence' of the order fomenting the revolution as an organization, despite the overlap in membership.
In 1717, four London lodges came together to form the Grand Lodge of England, the standard founding account (marked by the 2017 tercentenary, though some historians now question the details).
The claim that Gunung Padang is a 25,000-year-old man-made pyramid, featured in Ancient Apocalypse, rests on a paper that was retracted on 18 Mar 2024 because the dated soil could not be tied to human construction.
The Hand of Irulegi, found in 2021 and announced in November 2022, bears the oldest known Vasconic inscription; one word, 'sorioneku', resembles modern Basque 'zorioneko', though 3 of 5 words are disputed.
Sheehan cites the Horten brothers as having developed flying-saucer-type craft for Nazi Germany. The record contradicts 'saucer': the Horten Ho 229 was a flying-wing jet (Smithsonian). The central claim ('saucer aircraft') fails; the flying-wing fact stands as a caveat.
The House of the Temple, headquarters of the Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction, at 1733 16th St NW, was designed by John Russell Pope, built 1911-1915, and modeled on the mausoleum of Halicarnassus, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.
Elector Karl Theodor of Bavaria issued an edict on 22 Jun 1784 prohibiting all secret associations not authorized by the government, followed in March 1785 by an edict aimed at the Illuminati specifically.
Oswald Mosley was arrested on 23 May 1940 and Diana Mosley on 29 Jun 1940; both were released from prison in November 1943 on the grounds of his ill health and placed under house arrest. The detentions rested on Regulation 18B and its May 1940 subclause 18B(1A). By 31 Dec 1944 only 65 detainees remained, out of 1,847 orders made in total (Simpson). Carlson's 'held for the whole war' does not fit the Mosleys or most detainees.
The 282-foot Nabila, built in 1980 for Adnan Khashoggi and featured in Never Say Never Again, passed to the Sultan of Brunei when Khashoggi needed to liquidate his assets; the Sultan sold it to Donald Trump in 1987 for $29 million, and it became the Trump Princess. The source said the transfer followed a loan default; the source checked says Khashoggi sold it to liquidate assets.
The NPS's Washington Monument: A History, Appendix D (web page last updated 18 Nov 2003) lists the memorial stones landing by landing and gives a total of 190 stones. A later NPS release on the Irish plaque says 193; counts vary by page and date.
The US Navy (Eldon Byrd, Naval Surface Weapons Center) ran a 1981 project studying electromagnetic devices for riot control and similar biological-effects uses, with Adey, Persinger, and Beck as contractors.
Pasulka describes her team's archival research on Neda (Necedah, WI, per witness Mary Ann Van Hoof) and Bayside apparitions turning up MIB-style witness accounts.
Chen Li's 2019 conference paper, calling unidentified air conditions a 'severe challenge to air defence security,' was reported by SCMP on 4 Jun 2021. The video's 'starting in 2021' framing is actually the date of the press report, not the paper.
The video says the PLA's AI system flagged outliers matching the 'five observables' framework. This was not found in the SCMP reporting checked and looks like the narrator's own framing.
Sheehan says his negatives of the Ramey memo show text about bringing 'the disc' to Wright Field with bodies, proving the object wasn't a weather balloon, and that dozens of witnesses saw bodies that weren't human mutants.
The Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office reports directly to a board of directors made up of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, the Secretary of the Air Force, the Air Force acquisition assistant secretary, the Chief of Space Operations and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (as of 2020).
The SAA sent an open letter to Netflix on 30 Nov 2022 calling the series false, disparaging, and linked to racist ideologies. Hancock published a rebuttal.
Starting May 8, 2026, the Trump administration released declassified UAP-related government records in successive tranches (five as of Sept 2026) through the PURSUE portal.
Weinstein interprets the Turner memo as showing the 1950s-60s 'golden age of general relativity' was secretly cover for gravity-shielding research at US universities (IAS, MIT, Purdue, Indiana).
The UAP Disclosure Act (2024) cites Atomic Energy Act exemptions and an 'over-broad interpretation' of TFNI as mechanisms blocking release of UAP records.
The Navy-assigned patent 'Craft using an inertial mass reduction device' (US 10,144,532, inventor Salvatore Cezar Pais) was granted after the Naval Aviation Enterprise CTO, Dr. James Sheehy, wrote to the USPTO examiner that 'China is already investing significantly in this area' and that he 'would prefer we hold the patent'.
Union Banking Corporation, with Prescott Bush a director, fronted for Fritz Thyssen's interests and was seized under the Trading with the Enemy Act on 20 Oct 1942.
The Air Force's 1958 'Man In Space Soonest' (MISS) crewed-capsule plan later became NASA's Project Mercury. Bosley's further claim that the Air Force never stood down crewed spaceflight is a separate record.
Operation Osoaviakhim moved more than 2,500 German specialists (over 6,000 people with families) to the USSR in October 1946, versus 'more than 1,600' brought to the US under Operation Paperclip (1945-59): roughly 61/39 for those two programs, close to Bosley's 60/40 split.
After Banco Ambrosiano's 1982 collapse (the IOR was its main shareholder; Calvi found hanged under Blackfriars Bridge), the IOR paid $224M in 1984 'in recognition of moral involvement', expressly not an admission of liability.
Sheehan says the Vatican refused a request (via the Congressional Research Service effort he worked on) to access its archives on UFO/extraterrestrial topics, twice.
The Washington Monument was completed on 6 Dec 1884 by placing an 8.9-inch, 100-ounce pyramid of solid aluminum atop the capstone; the aluminum apex is inscribed 'Laus Deo' ('Praise be to God'). The monument's cornerstone was laid on 4 Jul 1848 by Grand Master Benjamin B. French, using the Masonic gavel Washington had used at the Capitol in 1793 (the video says 'trowel').
The claim that the Washington Monument's height (555 ft 5-1/8 in) equals 6,660 inches, used for a numerological reading. The arithmetic is wrong: the actual figure is about 6,665 inches.
The episode presents Die Glocke as a mercury-filled counter-rotating bell ('Xerum 525'), lethal to nearby life, tied to a time project ('Kronos'), with ~60 scientists executed to keep it secret.
The Smith memo's content, that UFOs were studied by a 'small group headed by Dr. Vannevar Bush,' is secondhand: the memo credits 'discreet enquiries through the Canadian Embassy staff in Washington.' Researchers (Bray, Friedman, Good) later tied it to Smith's separate notes of a 15 Sep 1950 conversation with Robert Sarbacher; those notes are not yet fetched here.
Davis says the Wilson-Davis papers came from a DIA HUMINT 'mole-hunting document production' process involving Burkhalter and Doner. This is his account of provenance for other leaked documents.
Zeitoun apparitions ran April 1968-May 1971 above a Coptic church, drawing large interfaith crowds; the scale (hundreds of thousands to millions, per varying sources) and the extent of official government 'acceptance' vary by source.
The episode cites a Basque word 'Atlantika' for a lost homeland and fishermen's ancient names for drowned valleys as evidence linking Basques to Atlantis.
The claim that the eye-in-pyramid (Eye of Providence) on the dollar bill is a Masonic symbol. It is a myth: the eye was proposed by non-Mason Pierre Eugene du Simitiere in 1776 and adopted in 1782, well before common Masonic use of the symbol began (roughly 14 years later). Benjamin Franklin, the only Mason on the design committees, had his design rejected.
Nolan calls the public analysis of the sample 'garbage... like a high-school senior' and says a classified, fuller version exists that 'nobody can get.'
Reused from prior card: no published peer-reviewed isotope analysis of this specific sample exists; Nolan's quoted statement is Pasulka's secondhand relay, and she says his position has evolved.
The silver plate placed during the 1793 Capitol cornerstone ceremony has never been found, despite searches in 1893, the late 1950s (metal detector), and 1991 (USGS soil augers).
Francisco and Jacinta Marto died of influenza-era illness as children, Francisco on 4 Apr 1919 at 10 and Jacinta on 20 Feb 1920 at 9 (the Vatican's biography records bronchopneumonia and her death in a Lisbon hospital); Church accounts say Our Lady had told them she would take them to heaven soon. Their cousin Lucia dos Santos became a Carmelite nun in Coimbra (d. 2005), and Fatima remains a major pilgrimage site: about 100,000 people attended her 2006 reburial there.
Filmmakers (American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders, Netflix 2024) matched a witness sketch of an unlisted visitor to room 517 to ex-military-intelligence (psywar) officer Joseph Cuellar, based on the sketch match and comments from Cuellar's son.
The video describes Maheu as a former CIA agent; he was actually former FBI, and his firm did covert contract work for the CIA, including the Castro/Mafia plot, which Maheu testified to.
The video claims the house the XF-11 crashed into belonged to Nuremberg's chief interpreter 'Charles Meyer'; the crash actually hit three houses on N. Whittier/N. Linden, one belonging to actress Rosemary DeCamp, and 'Charles Meyer' is not confirmed.
The video draws on the Gemstone File's claim that Aristotle Onassis secretly controlled the Hughes empire; the Gemstone File is an unsourced 1970s manuscript.
The video suggests fingerprints could have been faked and the 1976 body identified as Hughes (who had arrived under the alias 'John T. Conover') may not have been him, without offering evidence for this.
The video says a secret Soviet investigation concluded the Petrozavodsk phenomenon was unexplained. The Soviet scientists who ran the 1978-1990 study, Platov and Sokolov, wrote in 2000 that its cause was the Kosmos-955 launch from Plesetsk. A 1977 preliminary report for the Academy reportedly said the data did not allow the phenomenon to be satisfactorily understood (Wikipedia; not fetched here), so 'unexplained' fits that early report at most, not the later study's conclusion.
The video's title frames the episode as exposing a Vatican cover-up of 'the most evil crime in history', but the Vatican comes up in the episode only as the model of church governance the US system copied, not as the subject of the segment.
Sheehan says Shackley was CIA Saigon station chief who ran the Phoenix Program (targeted killings of alleged VC infrastructure), financed in part by Vietnam drug proceeds.
Sheehan says Shackley served in the Army's 101st Counter Intelligence Corps when Gehlen surrendered, became his translator, brought him to Fort Hunt, and that Gehlen went on to lead West German intelligence (BND) for 26 years as the CIA's chief Soviet source.
Community speculation reads the 'most senior US official to investigate UAP' marketing tagline as shade directed at Elizondo, implying rumored friction between Stratton and Elizondo.
Peter Thiel co-founded Palantir and was an early Facebook investor/board member, which Pasulka frames as ironic given his 'surveillance is the Antichrist' argument.
After his House testimony, three submarine officers/enlisted personnel told Gallaudet of torpedo-like underwater objects closing fast and forcing emergency-deep maneuvers before slowing into their baffles and leaving; an acoustic-intelligence captain reported two similar cases off Japan.
Sheehan describes Trafficante selecting 15 former Havana shooters for an assassination team code-named S-Force, trained at a ranch in Waha, Mexico by Carl Jenkins.
Vallée's synthesis: witness accounts from Trinity (Aug 1945), Socorro, and Valensole describe roughly a dozen small (child-sized) entities, breathing air normally and walking on two legs.
Independent UAP researchers/journalists identify Pasulka's pseudonymous 'Tyler' as Timothy E. Taylor, a longtime NASA/Cape Canaveral mission controller; Pasulka does not confirm the identity on-air, citing research ethics. Some accounts describe him as Space Force-affiliated rather than NASA, an unresolved discrepancy.
NRO launch patches are documented as using classical/esoteric imagery and Latin mottos, which corroborates the general practice Pasulka describes; the specific Cape Canaveral invitations and Tyler's own patches are her uncorroborated account.
Weinstein suggests UAP may be nation-state weapons, or visitors who took an interest after noticing human nuclear weapons (the 'North Sentinel Island' model).
Sheehan describes a 64-page UFO disclosure bill: agencies had 300 days to digitize records, the National Archives 180 days to release them, and a 9-person review board with a $20M budget, nominees drawn partly from the New Paradigm Institute.
Churches, integrated auxiliaries and conventions of churches are automatically exempt from filing IRS Form 990, so donors cannot see salaries, boards or spending.
From spring 1940 American physicists voluntarily withheld fission papers through a National Research Council committee proposed by Gregory Breit, without government participation. In 1942 the Soviet physicist Georgy Flyorov noticed that no new fission papers were appearing in American journals, concluded there was a secret project, and in April 1942 wrote to Stalin urging a Soviet bomb program. The Bush attribution in the source is a separate, contradicted record.
The Second Vatican Council opened on 11 October 1962 and closed on 8 December 1965 (Pasulka said 1961); it was convened for the Church's 'aggiornamento' (updating) and, in Paul VI's closing words, the 'moral and religious renewal' it set out to promote.
The video's claim that footage of the Tianjin sightings was deleted 'everywhere' rests on a single social-media user's comment, not a documented purge.
Karl Gotthelf von Hund founded the Rite of Strict Observance in 1751 and died in 1776. The video reverses these: it states the rite was 'created 1764' and that von Hund 'died 1751.'
Walter Franklin Prince (1863-1934), a clergyman who had been pastor at Methodist and Episcopal churches in Maine, investigated mediumship, telepathy and psychometry 'with a strongly critical eye'. He denounced the Boston medium Mina Crandon ('Margery') as a fraud in Scientific American, and in 1925 left the ASPR to join the rival Boston Society for Psychic Research. He sat on the Scientific American's 1924 committee investigating 'Margery', alongside William McDougall, Daniel F. Comstock, Hereward Carrington and Houdini. The source's further claim that he founded the Boston society is not confirmed in the sources checked.
The claim that the streets of Washington, D.C. form a pentagram. The host debunks this himself: the lines don't close (Rhode Island Avenue), and Mount Vernon Square was empty until 1902.
Weinstein claims Jeffrey Epstein moved to Zorro Ranch to be near retired Los Alamos physicists, implying a DOE counterintelligence failure. Epstein did cultivate scientists; that this was specifically his motive for Zorro Ranch is Weinstein's inference.
Weinstein argues that a real crash-retrieval program would need physicists, so the apparent absence of physicists suggests 'a dummy program masking something' — a container whose contents may not match its label. The argument cuts both ways and is not independently testable: the program could be fake/inert, or hold engineering material with no accompanying theory.
Adam Weishaupt, professor at Ingolstadt, founded the Bavarian Illuminati on 1 May 1776. The order took control of Munich's Masonic Lodge of Theodore of Good Counsel and, with Baron Knigge from 1780, grew into a substantial Masonic body; after the 1782 Wilhelmsbad Masonic Convent it recruited the prominent Mason Johann Joachim Christoph Bode. One popular account says Knigge recruited 'most of the delegates' at Wilhelmsbad; the scholarly account does not support that scale.
Investigators found no radar trace for the object that closed Xiaoshan Airport and suggested it may have been a military aircraft rather than a balloon; the anomalous-vs-mundane question is unresolved.
Smith's own later accounts say a Project Magnet instrument at Shirleys Bay (usually described as a gravimeter) showed a sharp deflection on 8 Aug 1954, which he attributed to an object passing overhead; fog prevented photographs. This record grades that Smith reported the deflection, not what caused it. No fetched record yet carries Smith's report itself; the account rests on his later statements and secondary retellings. When the Department of Transport closed the post at the end of August 1954, a Reuters dispatch quoted Smith as saying the post had observed nothing since its construction the previous October.
Wilbert Smith's Department of Transport memo of 21 Nov 1950 (subject: Geo-Magnetics; marked TOP SECRET, downgraded to CONFIDENTIAL 15 Sep 1969) states that he made 'discreet enquiries through the Canadian Embassy staff in Washington' and was told the matter is 'the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb,' that flying saucers exist, and that a small group headed by Vannevar Bush was studying them. The record documents that Smith wrote this down as relayed information. It does not establish that such a program existed. The memo names no individual source; Smith's separate notes naming Robert Sarbacher are graded on another record.
Milton William Cooper's 1991 Behold a Pale Horse is a bestselling conspiracy book; Cooper predicted government violence against him and was shot dead by Apache County, AZ sheriff's deputies in Nov 2001 during an arrest attempt — not a 'government assassination' per se.
William E. MacLure's af.mil biography (current as of August 2019) lists 'August 2019 – present, Director, Security, Special Program Oversight and Information Protection', in the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force. His later dates are not on that page; the Orozco biography shows her in the post from 2022. The source's office symbol 'SAF/AAZ' is not confirmed in the records read here.
In September 1826 William Morgan, who had written an exposé of Masonic ritual, was taken from the Canandaigua jail after a stranger paid his bail, forced into a carriage, and 'never seen again, alive or dead.' At the first trial in Canandaigua four Masonic defendants were convicted only of forcibly moving Morgan against his will and given 'lenient terms, ranging from two years to one month in prison'; later defendants such as Elihu Mather were acquitted. Whether and how Morgan died was never established.
Bosley says Winkler's *The Thousand-Year Conspiracy* was published in 1937, before WWII; the record shows it was published in 1943 (Scribner's). Winkler's bringing Mickey Mouse comics to France in 1930 is not checked here.
Witkowski says the Bell is described in Sporrenberg's interrogation transcripts, but Sporrenberg's real file (a field police commander tried for murdering civilians) contains no mention of the Bell.
A flight crew reported an unidentified object near Xiaoshan Airport, Hangzhou, around 8:40 pm on 7 Jul 2010; outbound flights were grounded and inbound ones diverted to Ningbo and Wuxi, affecting 18 flights, and normal operations resumed an hour later. The video called it 'Zhoushan Airport'.
Yellow Fruit, a covert Army Special Operations Division SAP, was exposed by a 1983 audit; commander Lt. Col. Dale Duncan was convicted and sentenced in Nov 1986 over roughly $90K in missing funds.
An anonymous 4chan poster, first post 24 Apr 2023, claims to have been on a '2nd team' in crash retrieval. Claims: - teams recover element 115 and strip sensors and navigation from downed craft; - most UFOs are unmanned drones built by a mobile underwater 'construction facility' ('Atlantis'; 'burger'-shaped) in the Atlantic, active 100+ years; - surviving occupants were left to die before recovery; - hull alloys can be repurposed but not reproduced; - leadership wants to capture a 'freighter'; - he's talking because of terminal liver cancer. The Area52 host reads it aloud and calls it either real or skilled worldbuilding. Episode 12 closes by pointing to the Wilson–Davis memo.
An Australian intelligence-corps officer on secondment saw infrared/optical 'orbs' moving in formation on US systems at a tactical operations centre in Afghanistan (00:32:27).
ODNI, DoD and the FBI are conducting what Coulthart calls 'UAP summoning and shootdown operations' (White Sands mentioned), and an FBI investigation into breaches of UAP oversight law is active.
At the 9 June 2026 Capitol press conference, Grusch said he had seen photographic and video evidence of non-human craft and bodies (not the objects themselves).
Grusch sued DoD under FOIA (filed 2 Mar 2026, E.D. Va. 1:26-cv-00607) for records on the unauthorized-disclosure complaint against him. DoD moved for summary judgment on 21 Sep 2026; a hearing is set for 20 Nov 2026 before Judge Brinkema. The ruling won't reach the merits of his UAP claims.
A 1h46m narrative history by PhD historian Sean Munger, closely tracking the Tower, congressional and Walsh records. The chain: Lebanon hostages (Dodge, 1982; Hezbollah/Islamic Jihad; the al-Dawa 17) → McFarlane's June 1985 opening via Kimche/Ghorbanifar → Israeli TOW shipments (Aug–Sep 1985; Weir freed) → the botched Hawk shipment via Lisbon (Nov 1985; a retroactive finding Reagan signed, later torn up by Poindexter) → the first $850K diversion → the Jan 17, 1986 finding ('I agreed to sell TOWs to Iran', Reagan diary) → the May 1986 Tehran mission → the April 4 'diversion memo' found Nov 22, 1986 → Hasenfus shootdown (Oct 5) and Ash-Shiraa (Nov 3) exposure → shredding by North and Fawn Hall; PROF backups survived. Munger's own view: Reagan likely didn't know of the diversion.
Steven Spielberg's uncle Irwin was a civil-service aeronautical engineer at the Wright Field Aircraft Laboratory from 1941, deferred as a key employee, until drafted.
After a presidential directive, ODNI issued preliminary guidance (31 Jul 2026) and the Department of War offered 'targeted legal relief' (14 Sep 2026) for UAP disclosures to PURSUE/AARO.
Pax River (NAVAIR HQ, Test Pilot School, NAWCAD) recurs in UAP claims, in three tiers. (1) Documented: Salvatore Pais's Navy-assigned 'inertial mass reduction' and related patents (2016–19); NAWCAD's ~$508K test found the effect 'could not be proven'. (2) Testimony: Elizondo's written answers to post-hearing questions (Nov 2024 Oversight hearing) describe a new PAX hangar built to receive a planned Lockheed→Bigelow materials transfer 'via air and river', which he says the CIA blocked. (3) Anonymous: Liberation Times sources tied to NAVAIR say an 'exotic vehicle of unknown origin' has been held there, possibly since the 1950s, originally under CIA S&T, with a contingency plan to move it. AARO (2024) found no verifiable evidence of retrieval programs.

Jeremy Hultin (Union Theological Seminary, noncanonical Jewish and Christian texts) gives the scholarly baseline. Enoch 'walked with God… and was not' (Gen 5), one of two biblical figures who don't die normally, so multiple texts were pseudonymously attributed to him. 1 Enoch's Watchers (the 'vigilant ones'), led by chiefs who swear an oath on Mount Hermon, take human wives; their offspring the Giants devour the earth and provoke the Flood; the giants' spirits survive as evil spirits. Genesis 6:1–4 is a four-verse compressed version of the same tradition. 1 Enoch and Jubilees were found among the Dead Sea Scrolls (Qumran, pre-Christian); 1 Enoch is quoted in Jude (1:14–15 ≈ 1 Enoch 1:9) but is canonical only in the Ethiopian Orthodox church. Hultin also covers the solar vs. lunar calendar dispute and the Revelation visions.
US unauthorized-disclosure cases side by side. The sentence tracks the leaker's rank and whether the disclosure embarrassed the government more than the content endangered anyone. Senior officials (Petraeus, Cartwright) got probation or a pardon. Low- and mid-level leakers of material exposing government conduct (torture, drones, surveillance, Iran ops) got years. This is the downstream enforcement layer of the Suppression pattern, and the main reason UAP witnesses' lawyers doubt the 2026 NDA waiver.
An index of cases scored not on whether the event happened, but on how officials handled the information: classification, missing or destroyed records, ridicule, discrediting witnesses, contradictory denials, 'neither confirm nor deny,' delayed release, redaction, disinformation. Gaps in the record are logged as findings about the record.
Barr later said (Jan 6 committee; his memoir) that he told President Trump the stolen-election claims were 'bullshit'. Claims of outcome-changing fraud (voting machines, mail ballots, dead voters) were rejected in dozens of court cases and state audits and recounts. This note records the government-record position and the claim; it doesn't adjudicate individual irregularity reports.
A bank founded by Agha Hasan Abedi (1972; Luxembourg-registered, run from Karachi and London), with 400+ branches in 78 countries. It was deliberately structured to avoid consolidated supervision (split auditors, secrecy jurisdictions). It laundered for Noriega, Saddam, the Medellín Cartel and Abu Nidal ('Bank of Crooks and Criminals International'), and secretly controlled Washington's First American Bankshares, chaired by Clark Clifford. The CIA held accounts there (von Raab to the Kerry Committee), the NSC used it for Iran-Contra transfers, and the CIA admitted in 1991 it knew of the drug laundering. It unraveled via Customs' Operation C-Chase (Mazur, Tampa, 1986–88) and PwC's 'Sandstorm' report (Jun 1991), which found fraud making its history nearly impossible to reconstruct and noted MI5 had sources inside. Seven countries shut it on 5 Jul 1991; Morgenthau indicted it; Kerry–Brown report (1992); UK Bingham inquiry (1992). Losses $10–17B.
The night after a Japanese submarine shelled Ellwood near Santa Barbara (23 Feb 1942), LA air defenses fired ~1,400 anti-aircraft shells at reported targets. Five civilians died (accidents and heart attacks) and 'four Japanese aircraft' were falsely reported shot down. Navy Secretary Knox called it a 'false alarm'. The Coast Artillery Association (1949) blamed a weather balloon that 'started all the shooting'; the Office of Air Force History (1983) called it 'war nerves' plus balloon, flares and shell bursts. The famous LA Times photo of searchlights converging on a 'craft' was heavily retouched (white paint defining the searchlight convergence), which ufologists later read as a UFO.
The legend was built in print: a 1950 wire article (five incidents, 1945–50), a 1952 paranormal magazine drawing an arbitrary Florida–Bermuda–Puerto Rico triangle, and Argosy's 1964 'Lost in the Bermuda Triangle' with invented quotes. LEMMiNO's 2017 breakdown of the anchor cases: - Columbus's 'fireball' and compass anomalies happened mid-Atlantic, outside the triangle (a meteor; magnetic declination). - Flight 19 (5 Dec 1945): radio logs show Lt. Charles Taylor, used to the Florida Keys, thought he was over the Keys while over the Bahamas; he flew north and east until fuel ran out. - PBM Mariner BuNo 59225, sent to search: a ship saw a plane explode 23 minutes after it launched; PBMs were known for fuel-vapor fires. - The Star Tiger (1948) and Star Ariel (1949) remain unresolved; Tudor defects include a cabin heater fire risk. - The Carroll A. Deering (1921): mutiny evidence; the bottle message was a hoax by its finder. - Many 'triangle' losses occurred outside it. There's no uniform pattern, and loss rates track heavy traffic, storms and the Gulf Stream; the Coast Guard doesn't recognize it as a special zone.
Retired Marine Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler (two Medals of Honor; later *War Is a Racket*, 1935) testified in Nov 1934 to the McCormack–Dickstein special committee (the first House un-American activities committee). He said bond salesman Gerald C. MacGuire, working with financier Robert Sterling Clark, tried to recruit him to lead a veterans' army (500,000 men) to pressure or displace FDR, with backing tied to Wall Street and interests later visible in the American Liberty League. The committee's final report said the plot 'was discussed, was planned, and might have been placed in execution when and if the financial backers deemed it expedient'. Nobody was prosecuted, prominent names were deleted from the published testimony, and much of the press mocked it (a NYT editorial called it a 'gigantic hoax').
Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, fired from the roof of the American Glass Research building, wounding Trump, killing Corey Comperatore and wounding two others before a Secret Service counter-sniper killed him. Senate reports (HSGAC, Judiciary) and the DHS independent review panel (Oct 17, 2024) documented preventable failures: threat intelligence received 10 days earlier not relayed, denied resource requests, a counter-sniper team with an obstructed view, and Crooks reported as suspicious with a rangefinder ~25 minutes before. The FBI closed without an announced motive (Nov 2025).
COINTELPRO was the FBI's covert counterintelligence program under J. Edgar Hoover. It surveilled, infiltrated, discredited and disrupted domestic political groups: the Communist Party, civil-rights groups (Martin Luther King Jr., including the anonymous 1964 'suicide letter'), the Black Panthers, AIM, the Young Lords, the New Left and antiwar groups. It was exposed only when the Citizens' Commission to Investigate the FBI burgled the Media, PA field office on March 8, 1971 and mailed the files to the press. The Church Committee (1975–76) documented it. The burglars were never caught and identified themselves in 2014.
Charlie Kirk was killed by a single rifle shot at ~12:20 p.m. during an outdoor Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University. The shooter fired from a rooftop and fled. Tyler James Robinson was arrested after a 33-hour manhunt and charged with aggravated murder and related counts; prosecutors seek the death penalty. A judge bound the case over for trial (Sep 2026) and he pleaded not guilty. UVU's independent review (Sep 25, 2026) found no formal security assessment, no written event plan, and no line-of-sight assessment, faulting both UVU and TPUSA, with no evidence of bad faith. The FBI said a plane-transponder gap noted online was not the transponder being turned off but a rural coverage gap.
The CIA and West Germany's BND secretly bought the Swiss cipher-machine maker Crypto AG in 1970 (code name Thesaurus, later Rubicon). They rigged its machines, sold to 120+ governments, so they could read the traffic; a CIA history calls it 'the intelligence coup of the century.' The BND sold out in 1993; the CIA ran it until 2018. It was revealed on Feb 11, 2020 by the Washington Post, ZDF and SRF. The Swiss parliamentary oversight inquiry (Nov 2020) found Swiss intelligence knew of the covert ownership from 1993, benefited from it, and didn't inform the responsible minister.
Freelance writer Danny Casolaro was found dead in room 517 of the Martinsburg, WV Sheraton, wrists cut 10–12 times, while investigating alleged links between the Inslaw/PROMIS software theft, the October Surprise, BCCI and Iran-Contra. Two autopsies ruled suicide (a note, no forced entry, antidepressants and alcohol, 'nothing' incapacitating). His family says he'd warned his brother it wouldn't be an accident; threatening calls were logged by his housekeeper. An FBI task force had questioned the suicide conclusion and recommended more investigation, and **the FBI misled Congress** about investigating; the FBI has said files are 'missing' while its own documents show files withheld. A 2020s FOIA of Martinsburg PD files (Treitz/Hansen; Netflix, *American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders*, 2024) found a witness statement and sketch of an unlisted visitor to room 517.
DIA is 53 sq mi (the largest US airport by area), opened in 1995 about 16 months late and ~$2B over budget ($4.8B total). It has attracted theories: a New World Order HQ (from the 'New World Airport Commission' on the dedication capstone); a swastika runway layout; underground bunkers, runways or tunnels to NORAD; apocalyptic Tanguma murals; 'Blucifer'; Masonic symbols; Au/Ag floor inscriptions. Each has a documented prosaic source; see the table. The real underground space includes the concourse train and the failed automated baggage system, abandoned in Aug 2005. The airport now markets the lore itself.
Florida police investigation (2005). The 2007–08 federal non-prosecution agreement under US Attorney Alex Acosta: a state plea, 13 months with work release, and immunity for four named co-conspirators and any 'potential co-conspirators,' concealed from victims. A 2020 DOJ OPR report found 'poor judgment,' no misconduct, and failure to obtain his computers. He was rearrested in 2019 and died in MCC New York on 10 Aug 2019 (ruled a suicide; guards falsified records; the 2023 DOJ IG report cited 'negligence, misconduct'). Maxwell was convicted in 2021 (20 years). A DOJ/FBI memo (7 Jul 2025) said there was no 'client list' and no credible blackmail evidence. The Epstein Files Transparency Act (19 Nov 2025) led to a redacted release on 19 Dec 2025 (files pulled, broken redactions) and 3M+ pages on 30 Jan 2026; the DOJ IG then opened a review of compliance.
A 19-ft granite monument in Elbert County, Georgia, commissioned in June 1979 by a man using the pseudonym 'Robert C. Christian' for 'a small group of loyal Americans'. It carried ten guidelines in eight languages for rebuilding after a feared catastrophe, including 'maintain humanity under 500,000,000'. The anonymous sponsor and the population line fueled theories of a New World Order/depopulation or Satanic monument. It was bombed by an unidentified vandal on 6 Jul 2022 and demolished by the county the same day; the remains went to the Elberton Granite Association.
On 2 Aug 1964 North Vietnamese torpedo boats attacked USS Maddox on a DESOTO signals-intelligence patrol, as covert OPLAN 34A raids hit the coast nearby. On 4 Aug, Maddox and Turner Joy reported a second attack at night in heavy seas. President Johnson ordered retaliatory strikes the same night, and Congress passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution on 7 Aug (House 416–0, Senate 88–2), authorizing escalation in Vietnam. The NSA's own historian (Hanyok, declassified 2005) concluded the 4 Aug attack did not occur and that NSA's reporting was skewed to support one: 15 of 122 intercepts used.
US diplomats and intelligence officers (Havana from late 2016, then worldwide) reported sudden pressure, sound, vertigo and lasting cognitive symptoms. The March 2023 ICA (7 agencies): foreign-adversary involvement 'very unlikely', with no credible evidence of a weapon (some agencies at low or moderate confidence). The House Intelligence Committee (2024 interim) called a foreign adversary increasingly likely. NIH (Mar 2024): severe symptoms but no MRI-detectable injury. Jan 2026: DHS-HSI covertly bought, for ~$15M (Pentagon-funded), a backpack-sized pulsed-RF device with Russian components from a Russian criminal network; the Pentagon has been testing it for over a year. Jun 2026: DNI Gabbard rescinded two Biden-era AHI assessments for faulty tradecraft; the FY26 NDAA mandates standard AHI reporting.
Senior Reagan officials secretly sold arms to Iran (under embargo) and diverted proceeds to the Nicaraguan Contras despite the Boland Amendment. Independent Counsel Lawrence Walsh charged 14 people. North was convicted in 1989 of obstruction, destroying documents and an illegal gratuity; the conviction was vacated on appeal over immunized-testimony taint. Poindexter's conviction was also reversed. Bush pardoned Weinberger and five others on Dec 24, 1992, before Weinberger's trial. Walsh's final report (1993/94) says officials 'destroyed and withheld' records and that the pardons completed a cover-up.
The Warren Commission (1964) found Oswald acted alone. The House Select Committee on Assassinations (1979) found Kennedy was 'probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy,' based mainly on Dictabelt acoustics (a grassy-knoll shot), which a 1982 National Academy of Sciences panel rejected. The Church Committee (1975) found the CIA never told the Warren Commission about its Castro assassination plots, though commissioner Allen Dulles knew of them. The CIA's HSCA liaison, George Joannides, had run the anti-Castro DRE that dealt with Oswald in 1963 and didn't disclose it. After EO 14176 (Jan 2025), most records were released in March 2025, but the Joannides file (44 documents) remained withheld.
A USSOCOM training exercise (15 Jul–15 Sep 2015; ~1,200 personnel, mainly Army Green Berets, with SEALs and AFSOC) across TX, AZ, FL, LA, MS, NM and UT, run from Eglin AFB, practicing movement among civilian populations. Alex Jones and others framed it as a hostile takeover, FEMA camps or martial law. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott ordered the Texas State Guard to monitor it (28 Apr 2015); ex-CIA/NSA chief Michael Hayden said the theory 'got so much traction that the governor… had to' respond. Three men were arrested (Aug 2015) plotting to 'resist Jade Helm' with bombs. The exercise ended without incident. FBI analyst Clint Watts later said Russian disinformation amplified it (e.g., the Russian-run 'Heart of Texas' page).
Stephen Paddock fired from the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay into the Route 91 Harvest festival for about 11 minutes, killing 58 (60 including later deaths) and injuring hundreds, then killed himself. The official timeline of when security guard Jesus Campos was shot changed repeatedly in the first two weeks, including a public dispute with MGM. ISIS claimed him as a 'soldier'; the FBI found no link. LVMPD's final report (2018) and the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit (Jan 2019) found no single clear motive; the BAU cited a desire for suicide and infamy.
On March 12, 2013, DNI James Clapper told the Senate (answering Wyden) that the NSA did 'not wittingly' collect data on millions of Americans. In June 2013, Edward Snowden's leaks (the Guardian's Verizon Section 215 order, PRISM) showed bulk collection of Americans' phone records. In ACLU v. Clapper (2d Cir., May 2015), a court held that Section 215 didn't authorize the program; the USA Freedom Act (2015) ended bulk call-record collection. Snowden was charged under the Espionage Act and lives in Russia (Putin granted Russian citizenship on 26 Sep 2022; Reuters).
The US interagency Eizenstat Report (1997; 11 agencies, 15M+ pages reviewed, ~1M newly declassified) found that gold looted from occupied states and victims was smelted into bars and converted, mostly through the Swiss National Bank, into currency the Reich used to buy war materiel from neutral countries. Switzerland's own Bergier Commission (1998 gold report), working from Swiss National Bank and private-bank ledgers, estimated the SNB received $440M of Nazi gold. Eizenstat noted there's no evidence the SNB knew some of it came from Holocaust victims. It's one of the few cases where two governments' archives corroborate each other.
Claim: the Croatian Ustasha treasury was moved to Rome after the war, held at or through the Vatican, and used to fund the Draganović ratline (San Girolamo) that got Pavelić and others to South America. Supporting evidence: the Oct 21, 1946 Bigelow (Treasury) memo, reporting 200M Swiss francs 'held in the Vatican for safekeeping'; the 1998 State Dept follow-up chapter on the Ustasha treasury; Jareb's Croatian National Bank records (288 kg of gold removed on 7 May 1945); and CIC agent William Gowen's testimony that Draganović received up to 10 truckloads in 1946. Alperin v. Vatican Bank (filed 1999) was dismissed on political-question, sovereign-immunity and nexus grounds, so it was never tried on the merits. The Vatican's wartime bank records remain closed; the Vatican denies it.
When Tesla died (7 Jan 1943, Hotel New Yorker), the Office of Alien Property seized his papers and effects, despite his US citizenship since 1891, amid wartime concern over his claimed particle-beam 'death ray'. MIT's Dr. John G. Trump (Donald Trump's uncle) reviewed them over several days and reported they were 'primarily of a speculative, philosophical and promotional character' with 'no new sound, workable principles'. The FBI released ~250 pages (2011+) and a further 64-page tranche including a catalog of the seized papers (2018, via MuckRock). Most papers went to Tesla's nephew Sava Kosanović and are now at the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade; theories persist that key papers were withheld.
The allegation investigated: that the Reagan campaign (William Casey) arranged with Iran to hold the 52 US hostages until after the 1980 election; they were released minutes after Reagan's inauguration. Senate special counsel (Nov 1992): probably no deal, but 'the totality of the evidence does suggest' Casey 'conducted informal, clandestine, and potentially dangerous efforts' (full text checked 2026-09-27; 'probably' and 'to monitor' were paraphrase). The House Task Force (Lee Hamilton) report, published 3 Jan 1993 in the Congressional Record: 'virtually no credible evidence'. Rep. Mervyn Dymally refused to sign and filed a dissent on the Madrid meeting ('just because phones ring and planes fly doesn't mean someone is there'), saying Hamilton warned he'd 'come down hard' on him.
Secret 'stay-behind' paramilitary networks (arms caches, recruits, escape lines) prepared by the UK and US with NATO and national services to resist a Soviet occupation. 'Gladio' is the Italian branch, often used for all. Italian PM Giulio Andreotti revealed it to the Chamber of Deputies on **24 Oct 1990**: 622 named civilians and 127 dismantled arms caches; he denied involvement in the 1960s–80s bombings. Neo-fascist Vincenzo Vinciguerra (1972 Peteano car bomb) had already exposed it at his 1984 trial. The European Parliament condemned it (Nov 1990); only Italy, Belgium and Switzerland held parliamentary inquiries; the Bush administration refused comment. A 2000 Italian parliamentary report (center-left group) said the US supported a 'strategy of tension' to keep the PCI from power. Scholars dispute Ganser's thesis that NATO/CIA ran Gladio as terrorism; FM 30-31B, central to that thesis, is widely considered a Soviet forgery.
Documented core: 'Project Mockingbird' was a CIA wiretap on syndicated columnists Robert Allen and Paul Scott (Mar 12–Jun 15, 1963), ordered by DCI McCone in coordination with AG Robert Kennedy, and listed in the 'Family Jewels' (compiled 1973, released 2007). The Church Committee (1976) documented CIA relationships with US and foreign journalists and media outlets. Carl Bernstein (Rolling Stone, 1977) reported 400+ journalists. 'Operation Mockingbird' as one broad program to control the US press comes largely from secondary accounts (e.g., Deborah Davis, 1979) — kept in its own note.
On March 13, 1962, a memo from the Joint Chiefs of Staff, signed by Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer, proposed staged pretexts to justify invading Cuba. The proposals included faked attacks at Guantanamo, a 'Remember the Maine' ship incident, a terror campaign in Miami and Washington, and staging the shootdown of a civilian airliner. McNamara received it; Kennedy rejected it on March 16, 1962, and moved Lemnitzer to Europe that fall. It stayed classified for 35 years until the JFK Assassination Records Review Board released it in 1997.
NIST's official account (NCSTAR 1, Oct 2005; FAQ): WTC 1 (hit 8:46, fell 10:28) and WTC 2 (hit 9:02, fell 9:58) collapsed because the impacts severed columns and stripped fireproofing, and multi-floor fires (up to ~1,000 °C) made floors sag and pull the perimeter columns inward until they buckled. The upper blocks then fell 'essentially in free fall'. 2,735 died at the towers. NIST says it did **not** test steel for explosive or thermite residue, arguing thermite burns too slowly and the evidence didn't call for it. WTC 7 (fell 5:20 pm, not hit by a plane): NIST (Nov 2008) found fire-induced thermal expansion failed column 79; after public challenge (Chandler), the final report acknowledged ~2.25 s of free-fall acceleration. The UAF/Hulsey study (2020, funded via AE911Truth) concluded fire did not cause WTC 7's collapse. The separate, documented handling layer: 'the 28 pages' on Saudi support for hijackers were classified until 15 Jul 2016, and the FBI's Operation Encore (Bayoumi) summary was declassified only in Sept 2021 under EO 14040.
A joint US–Israeli cyber-sabotage operation (NSA with IDF Unit 8200) begun under Bush and accelerated under Obama. It targeted Siemens PLCs running Iran's P-1 centrifuges at Natanz: it made them spin erratically while replaying normal telemetry, and about 1,000 centrifuges were destroyed. An early version was introduced in 2007 via water pumps installed by Dutch engineer Erik van Sabben, recruited by the AIVD at US request; he died in a motorcycle crash in Dubai on 16 Jan 2009 (Volkskrant, 2024). A 2010 coding error spread the worm worldwide; Belarusian firm VirusBlokAda found it in June/July 2010. David Sanger exposed Olympic Games in 2012. Gen. James Cartwright pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about leaking it and was pardoned by Obama (Jan 2017). Kaspersky (2015) linked its zero-days to the 'Equation Group' (NSA TAO); the Shadow Brokers dumped Equation tools (2016–17). The US has never officially acknowledged Stuxnet.
National Security Archive EBB No. 79 (Sajit Gandhi, 2002): 46 declassified documents and tapes. After Pakistan's military (Yahya Khan) annulled the Dec 1970 election won by Mujib's Awami League and launched the 25 Mar 1971 crackdown in East Pakistan (death estimates up to ~3M per Mujib; ~10M refugees to India), the Dacca consulate cabled 'Selective Genocide' (28 Mar). Consul General Archer Blood's dissent telegram (6 Apr) condemned US silence ('the overworked term genocide is applicable'). Nixon ordered 'Don't squeeze Yahya at this time' (28 Apr NSC paper). Yahya was the channel for Kissinger's secret China opening. Publicly the US called India the aggressor and sent USS *Enterprise* to the Bay of Bengal. Despite a formal arms cutoff, Nixon and Kissinger discussed third-party fighter transfers to Pakistan; an Iran embassy cable suggests F-5s held in California (slated for Libya) went via Iran. Kissinger assured India he wouldn't encourage China against it, then (10 Dec 1971) encouraged China's UN ambassador toward military moves; his memoir omits the aircraft transfers.
The US Public Health Service followed 600 Black men in Macon County, Alabama: 399 with syphilis and 201 controls. They were told they had 'bad blood' and weren't told their diagnosis. Penicillin, the standard cure by the mid-1940s, was withheld so the disease could be studied to autopsy. PHS investigator Peter Buxtun raised objections internally from 1966, then gave the story to AP's Jean Heller, published July 25, 1972. The study ended in 1972. A 1974 settlement followed, and Clinton formally apologized on May 16, 1997.
During the Six-Day War, Israeli aircraft and torpedo boats attacked the US signals-intelligence ship USS *Liberty* in international waters off Sinai: 34 Americans killed, 171–173 wounded. Israel called it mistaken identity and paid compensation. The US Navy Court of Inquiry (RADM Isaac Kidd, counsel Capt. Ward Boston) was given about a week and found mistaken identity. In a 2004 sworn declaration, Boston said Kidd told him LBJ and McNamara ordered that conclusion 'despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary'. The Moorer Commission (2003; ex-CJCS Adm. Thomas Moorer), entered into the Congressional Record 7 Oct 2004, found a deliberate attack after ~8 hours of surveillance and an 'official cover-up without precedent in American naval history'. NSA intercept tapes were partially released in 2003. The dispute over intent continues.
On June 17, 1972, operatives of Nixon's re-election committee were arrested in the DNC offices. They were paid with laundered campaign money, including the Ogarrio checks cashed through Mexico City. On the June 23, 1972 'smoking gun' tape, Nixon directs Haldeman to have the CIA tell the FBI to stop the investigation on 'national security' grounds. An 18½-minute gap sits on the June 20 tape. Nixon resigned on August 9, 1974. 69 people were charged, including two cabinet members; most pleaded guilty or were convicted.
WikiLeaks published the 'Collateral Murder' video (April 2010; a 2007 Baghdad Apache strike that killed civilians including two Reuters journalists), the Afghan and Iraq war logs, and the State Department cables, all leaked by Chelsea Manning. Manning was sentenced to 35 years; Obama commuted it (2017). Assange spent 7 years in the Ecuadorian embassy and 5 in Belmarsh, then pleaded guilty on 26 June 2024 to a single Espionage Act conspiracy count, was sentenced to time served (62 months), and returned to Australia.
Psychoanalyst Wilhelm Reich (*The Mass Psychology of Fascism*, *Character Analysis*; coined 'sexual revolution') later claimed a life energy, 'orgone', and built orgone accumulators (modified Faraday cages) he said helped cancer patients, plus 'cloudbusters' for weather. After critical 1947 articles (Brady, *New Republic* and *Harper's*), the FDA won an injunction (1954) against interstate shipment of accumulators and related literature as 'fraud of the first magnitude'. Convicted of contempt (1956) after an associate violated it, Reich got two years; **over six tons of his publications were burned by court order** in 1956 (and more in 1960). He died of heart failure in Lewisburg federal penitentiary on 3 Nov 1957.
Per Edward Ruppelt (Blue Book chief, 1956), Project Sign's 1948 'Estimate of the Situation' concluded the saucers were interplanetary. Gen. Hoyt Vandenberg rejected it and copies were ordered destroyed. No copy has surfaced; the Air Force has not produced one.
Ray Santilli's grainy black-and-white 'Roswell autopsy' aired worldwide (Fox, 28 Aug 1995, hosted by Jonathan Frakes; rebroadcast twice at higher ratings). On Sky's *Eamonn Investigates* (4 Apr 2006), Santilli and Gary Shoefield admitted they filmed it in a flat in Rochester Square, Camden. Sculptor John Humphreys built two dummy bodies (plaster casts filled with sheep brains, chicken entrails, raspberry jam and knuckle joints) and played the chief examiner. The 'original cameraman' was a homeless man hired in LA. Santilli still claims it 'restored' genuine lost footage he saw in 1992. It's cited by the USAF (1997) and Wikipedia as a driver of Roswell autopsy lore.
A 1977 wave of lights on Colares island (Pará) led the Brazilian Air Force to run Operação Prato (1977–78) under Capt. Uyrangê Hollanda: ~130 logged sightings of yellow/amber lights with blue flashes, 2,000+ photos, 16 hours of film. Local physician Dr. Wellaide Cecim Carvalho described burns and puncture wounds in dozens of residents. The files stayed classified for decades; the Air Force report omits injuries; Hollanda went public in 1997 and died weeks later. Records were released from 2004–05 after a civilian FOIA campaign.
'Mexico's Roswell'. Nearly everything rests on the 'Deneb Team' report ('Research Findings on the Chihuahua Disc Crash', signed only 'JS', dated 23 Mar 1992; posted to a BBS in 1992, then mailed anonymously in 1993 from Santa Ana to Elaine Douglass and others). It claims: - Radar tracked an object from the Gulf at 2,200 knots / 75,000 ft, descending in steps to vanish near Coyame. - It collided with a civilian light plane (El Paso → Mexico City). - The Mexican recovery convoy was found dead. - A CIA-directed team from Fort Bliss in unmarked Hueys and a Sea Stallion slung out a 16'5" silver disc (~1,500 lb, a 12" hole), blew up the convoy and bodies, and trucked the disc toward Atlanta, then maybe Wright-Patterson. Stringfield had heard of a covert US cross-border retrieval in Mexico since the late 1970s and said the CIA 'circuitously' warned him in 1978 not to discuss Mexico cases. No trace of the civilian crash exists (FAA, Aviation Safety Network), and a CIA FOIA ('alleged midair collision near Coyame') returned no records.
An Army Reserve UH-1H ('Huey') out of Columbus, commanded by Capt. Lawrence Coyne (19 years flying) with Lt. Arrigo Jezzi and Sgts. Robert Yanacsek and John Healey, was near Charles Mill Lake at ~11 pm when a red light closed on a collision course. Coyne dove; the object stopped above them: a gray, cigar-shaped metallic body ~50–60 ft long with a red nose light, white tail light and a green 'beam' that swept up through the cockpit and bathed it in green. The crew then found the helicopter climbing (from ~1,700 to ~3,500 ft reported) with the collective down, and the radio went silent. Ground witnesses (a family on the road below) later described the same object and the green light. Jennie Zeidman's CUFOS timeline analysis puts the object in view for at least ~5 minutes. Philip Klass proposed an Orionid fireball plus pilot error. The crew won the 1974 National Enquirer 'Blue Ribbon' prize. The user-supplied Wikipedia URL no longer resolves (404).
After Elizondo went public (2017), the Pentagon said he 'had no assigned responsibilities for AATIP' and that AATIP 'was never an official, recognized DoD program.' FOIA'd 2019 emails show his supervisor discussing AATIP with him and a memo on his AATIP duties. The DoD reported that his emails had been destroyed.
J. Allen Hynek, the Air Force's scientific consultant for 20 years, documented how Blue Book handled reports. In his Oct 1968 letter to FTD's Col. Sleeper he called it 'totally inadequate,' its staff 'grossly inadequate,' its outside-scientist communication 'appalling,' and its statistics 'nothing less than a travesty,' passing on the nickname 'Society for the Explanation of the Uninvestigated.' The CIA's 1953 Robertson Panel had recommended debunking; JANAP 146 routed security-relevant reports outside Blue Book; Hynek's own 'swamp gas' press conference (1966) became the public face of dismissal.
A 12-page whistleblower report, delivered by Michael Shellenberger and entered into the record by Rep. Nancy Mace at the 13 Nov 2024 House Oversight UAP hearing, describes 'Immaculate Constellation': an alleged unacknowledged special access program collecting and fusing imagery (IMINT) and signatures (MASINT) of UAP from low-orbit, air and maritime sensors. It lists orbs, discs, triangles and incidents (e.g., orbs forcing an F-22 off patrol; an orange sphere descending over a carrier deck). The author, ex-Pentagon counter-WMD adviser Matthew Brown, came forward in April 2025. DoD said it has 'no record, present or historical'. The NSA answered a FOIA with a Glomar (neither confirm nor deny) and denied the appeal. In Jan 2026 OSW/Joint Staff refused to even search a custodian's email, saying 'the subject matter itself does not exist'.
A JAL 747 cargo flight (Reykjavík → Anchorage, Beaujolais wine) crewed by Capt. Kenju Terauchi (29 years' experience), co-pilot Takanori Tamefuji and engineer Yoshio Tsukuda reported two amber light belts, then 'cylinders wrapped in lateral lines' and a huge walnut-shaped object ~'twice the size of an aircraft carrier', pacing them for ~50 minutes over northeastern Alaska. Anchorage ARTCC and military radar saw intermittent returns near the aircraft. With FAA clearance the crew descended (35,000 → 31,000 ft) and made a 360° turn; the object stayed. A United flight sent to look saw nothing before the light vanished. The FAA's public file (Black Vault FOIA): the crew were 'normal, rational, professional' with no drugs or alcohol, but the agency reached **no conclusion**. Spokesman Paul Steucke said the FAA blip was a coincidental 'split image' of the 747 and military returns were 'clutter'. Earlier, Steucke said 'the military has been unable—or unwilling—to provide any information… They're saying nothing.' Klass (CSICOP) proposed Jupiter and Mars; others proposed village lights on ice crystals.
Private pilot Kenneth Arnold, searching for a crashed Marine C-46 near Mount Rainier, saw nine bright, thin objects in an echelon chain weaving past Rainier toward Mount Adams. He timed them at 1 min 42 s between the peaks, implying ~1,200+ mph (he rounded down to ~1,200), about three times any 1947 aircraft. It was the first nationally covered post-war sighting and gave the press 'flying saucer'/'flying disc' (headline coinage; Arnold used 'saucer-like', 'pie-pan' and 'skipping' motion). AAF intelligence (Hamilton Field, 12 Jul) found him credible, but the public AAF conclusion was 'a mirage'. The secret AAF/FBI best-cases review (from 9 Jul) concluded 'something real' was flying, leading to Twining's Sept 1947 memo and then Project Sign.
Claim: on 13 Jun 1933 a ~10 m bell-shaped craft came down at Magenta (or Vergiate, depending on the version) west of Milan. Mussolini's regime formed a secret 'Gabinetto RS/33' (with Ciano, Balbo, astronomer Gino Cecchini, possibly Marconi); stored the craft at SIAI-Marchetti (Vergiate), possibly later at the Mount Soratte bunker; Pius XII back-channeled it to the US; the OSS took it in 1944–45. Grusch cited it (NewsNation 2023), and Elizondo says he's seen 'validated' Mussolini documents. The paper trail is documents given to ufologist Roberto Pinotti in 1996 by anonymous 'Mr. X': three 13 Jun 1933 Stefani agency telegrams ordering silence and a 'meteor' cover, an RS/33 handling protocol (arrest witnesses, route reports to RS/33, publish meteor stories, exclude other scientific bodies including the Pontifical university), and 1936 notes on a Mestre sighting. Only one document (1936) was forensically tested; there's no independent archival corroboration of RS/33; Italian skeptics (CISU) say the files fail basic authenticity checks.
In Dec 1984 TV producer Jaime Shandera (Bill Moore's partner) received undeveloped 35mm film by mail (NM postmark). It held a 'Truman–Forrestal memo' (24 Sep 1947) creating 'Operation Majestic-12' and an 'Eisenhower Briefing Document' (18 Nov 1952) on Roswell and a 1950 Mexico crash. Anonymous tips then led Moore, Shandera and Friedman to a 'Cutler/Twining memo' (1954) inside the National Archives, widely held to be a planted forgery. The Truman signature is identical to one on a 1 Oct 1947 letter to Vannevar Bush (a photocopy), and the date format matches Moore's own letters. AFOSI told the FBI (30 Nov 1988) that no such committee was ever authorized, and the FBI file is marked 'completely bogus'. The FBI opened no investigation to find the forger. AFOSI's Richard Doty separately pushed MJ-12 material to Linda Moulton Howe.
Harbor patrolman Harold Dahl claimed that six doughnut-shaped craft appeared over Maury Island (Puget Sound), one spewing 'white metal' and lava-like slag that broke a crewman's arm and killed his dog, and that a man in a dark suit later warned him off (the first 'men in black' story). Fred Crisman claimed to hold debris. *Amazing Stories* editor Ray Palmer paid Kenneth Arnold $200 to investigate. Arnold brought in AAF intelligence officers Lt. Frank Brown and Capt. William Davidson, who took fragments and died when their B-25 crashed near Kelso, WA on 1 Aug 1947. The FBI concluded it was a hoax built to sell to a Chicago pulp magazine. Ruppelt called it 'the dirtiest hoax in the UFO history'; the government weighed prosecution and declined.
Two separate events across ~300 mi (NV line → Phoenix → Tucson), 7:30–10:30 pm. (1) ~8:00–8:45 pm: a V or 'carpenter's square' of five lights moving slowly southeast, reported from Henderson, NV to Prescott Valley and Glendale (the Ley family; actor Kurt Russell reported it to ATC). Amateur astronomer Mitch Stanley saw individual airplanes through a telescope; attributed to five A-10s of Operation Snowbird returning to Davis-Monthan. (2) ~10:00 pm: a row of 'hovering' lights over Phoenix, the most-photographed part; LUU-2B/B illumination flares dropped by Maryland ANG A-10s (104th FS) over the Goldwater Range, blinking out behind the Sierra Estrella. Pilot Lt. Col. Ed Jones confirmed in 2007. Gov. Fife Symington mocked it at a press conference with an aide in an alien suit, then in 2007 said he saw a craft 'bigger than anything I've ever seen' and had stayed silent to avoid panic.
A USAF RB-47H electronic-reconnaissance aircraft (six officers, ELINT/ECM gear) on a training flight was paced by an unidentified source for well over 700 miles and ~1.5 hours, from Mississippi through Louisiana and Texas into Oklahoma. It was detected at various times by the crew visually (an intensely luminous light), by ground radar (ADC Duncanville), and on the aircraft's passive ELINT receivers (a ~2800–3000 MHz radar-like signal that appeared airborne and moved with the aircraft). Several times it appeared and vanished **simultaneously on all three channels**, with maneuvers beyond the crew's experience. The Condon Report (1969, Case 5) conceded it unexplained; James McDonald (1971, *Astronautics & Aeronautics*) called it a benchmark multi-sensor case. Klass argued for an airliner plus ground radar signals. The user-supplied Wikipedia URL returns 404; the article appears removed or renamed.
Sen. Harry Reid asked the Deputy Secretary of Defense (24 Jun 2009) to make the AAWSAP study a restricted special access program. DIA later judged there was not 'adequate justification.' The Deputy Secretary's formal reply has never surfaced. Of 38 DIRDs produced for AAWSAP, 37 were released and one remains withheld.
USAF security police at RAF Woodbridge/Bentwaters (Suffolk, UK) reported lights in Rendlesham Forest. On 13 Jan 1981 Deputy Base Commander Lt. Col. Charles Halt sent a one-page memo, 'Unexplained Lights', to the UK MoD. It describes a metallic triangular object (2–3 m, red light on top, blue below) that maneuvered through the trees; three depressions and radiation readings at the site; and on a later night a pulsing red 'sun-like' light that broke into five white objects, plus star-like objects, one of which 'beamed down a stream of light'. Halt says he witnessed the later events and recorded an 18-minute real-time tape. OASD FOIA released the memo (Black Vault FOIA 97-F-1677, 1997). The MoD judged there was no defence significance. Skeptics (Ridpath) cite the Orford Ness lighthouse, a fireball and bright stars. Penniston's 'touched the craft' and 2010 binary-code claims came decades later and are uncorroborated.
Rancher Mac Brazel found debris (foil, rubber, tape, sticks) near Corona, NM, most likely from Project Mogul Flight 4, launched from Alamogordo on 4 Jun 1947. On 8 Jul RAAF (509th Bomb Group, the only nuclear-capable unit) announced a 'flying disc'. Gen. Ramey's Fort Worth press conference recast it as a weather balloon the same day, and the 10 Jul Alamogordo press demo gave a false account to shield Mogul. The USAF admitted the weather-balloon story was a cover in 1994. The 'alien' layer arrived from 1978 (Marcel/Friedman), from sources the Wikipedia article documents as hoaxed or fabricated: the Aztec hoax, Hangar 18, Glenn Dennis's invented nurse names, MJ-12, and the 1995 'Alien Autopsy'. GAO (1995) found RAAF administrative records (Mar 1945–Dec 1949) and outgoing messages (Oct 1946–Dec 1949) destroyed, with no record of who destroyed them or under what authority.
Two 1940s Kodachrome slides from the Ray family collection were promoted (by Jaime Maussan, Adam Dew, Don Schmitt, Tom Carey and others) as showing a Roswell alien body, and unveiled at the paid 'beWITNESS' event in Mexico City. Promoters said the placard beside the body was illegible. Within days, the Roswell Slides Research Group deblurred it (SmartDeblur): 'MUMMIFIED BODY OF TWO YEAR OLD BOY… clothed in a slip-over cotton shirt… three small blankets'. An NPS FOIA (Shepherd Johnson) traced the mummy to Montezuma Castle, Arizona (found 1896, Wetherill), long displayed at Mesa Verde. Some promoters issued public apologies.
At ~11:20 pm at least 11 witnesses saw a low, lit object descend into the water off Shag Harbour, with a whistling 'like a bomb', a whoosh and a bang; Laurie Wickens and friends saw it floating 250–300 m offshore and called the RCMP, believing an airliner had crashed. Two RCMP officers arrived within ~15 minutes; fishing boats and the Coast Guard found only a thick yellowish foam. Earlier that evening: Air Canada Flight 305's crew saw a brilliant rectangular object with trailing lights and silent explosions; the MV *Nickerson*'s captain had four radar blips and lights; Halifax witnesses called in glowing objects. The RCC Halifax and the Canadian Navy took it seriously: a Fleet Diving Unit Atlantic team searched the seafloor for three days and found 'no trace'. Government of Canada documents call it a UFO, and the US Condon Committee inquired.
A 512-acre ranch bordering the Uintah and Ouray Reservation. The Sherman family (owners 1994–96) reported mutilations, orbs, bullet-proof animals and poltergeist activity; Knapp broke it in 1996. Robert Bigelow bought it for $200K (1996) for NIDS, and Kelleher and Knapp say they investigated ~100 incidents (*Hunt for the Skinwalker*, 2005), though NIDS admitted 'difficulty obtaining evidence consistent with scientific publication'. DIA's James Lacatski read the book, visited, had a 'supernatural experience', and via Bigelow → Harry Reid (with Ted Stevens) that led to the $22M AAWSAP appropriation. Sold in 2016 (~$500K) to Brandon Fugal's Adamantium Real Estate, which trademarked 'Skinwalker Ranch' for media and merch; History's *The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch* since 2020. Critics: the prior owners of 60 years (the Myers, 1934–94) reported nothing unusual; Sheaffer thinks the Shermans invented it; Greenwood (JSE 2023) says there's no documentary evidence after decades.
Socorro police officer Lonnie Zamora broke off a speeder chase at ~5:45 pm to check a roar and a blue-orange flame, thinking a dynamite shack had blown. He saw a whitish, aluminum-like oval object ('like an overturned car'), ~20 ft, on two legs in an arroyo, with two small figures in white coveralls beside it; one seemed startled. After two or three loud 'thumps', it rose on a roaring blue/orange flame, then left nearly horizontally and silently over the mountain. It bore a red insignia (~30" × 24"). The FBI was on scene within the hour: SA D. Arthur Byrnes Jr. saw four regular ~16×6-inch depressions in a rectangular pattern ~12 ft apart, burned grass clumps, and three 4-inch circular prints, and vouched that Zamora was 'sober… not given to fantasy'. FBI HQ policy: don't investigate, make sure the Air Force knows. A second report followed (La Madera, 26 Apr, a scorched 30–40 ft circle). Project Blue Book (Hynek) left Socorro 'unidentified'.
Per biographer Paul Schatzkin and Brown's daughter Linda: the Navy first said it had no record of Brown; when shown 20+ letters between Brown and naval labs it denied the request; a family request returned records of a different Townsend Brown, then a thin edited file with hints the work was classified. Tom Valone reports the Naval Research Laboratory's 1952 appraisal 'T. T. Brown electrogravity device' could not be located. A 1943 FBI file described his radar expertise.
CIA historian Gerald Haines (1997) wrote that over half of late-1950s–60s UFO reports were manned reconnaissance flights (U-2, OXCART), and that the Air Force 'made misleading and deceptive statements to the public in order to allay public fears and to protect an extraordinarily sensitive national security project.' The CIA's full U-2/OXCART history was re-released in PURSUE R03.
Around 20 Jan 1996 in Varginha, Minas Gerais, three young women (Liliane, Valquíria and Kátia Xavier) saw a creature with a large head, big eyes and spindly limbs; Kátia says it communicated distress telepathically. Local accounts describe a cigar-shaped craft seen days earlier, military and fire-brigade captures, cordons, and transport to regional hospitals, then Campinas. Filmmaker James Fox (*Moment of Contact*, 2022) says a leading local neurosurgeon, after a heart attack, told him on the record he examined 'a being not of this planet' (small mouth, lilac teardrop eyes, childlike size), and that witnesses say an unauthorized USAF aircraft flew material out of Campinas. Rep. Burlison wrote to CIA and FBI (7 Jul 2026) for flight logs and records. An earlier CIA FOIA response (10 Jan 2025) was a **Glomar**: neither confirm nor deny, citing (b)(1) and (b)(3). Fox says (Fox News, 22 Sep 2026) the CIA told Burlison it would only answer in a SCIF. Brazilian military inquiries attributed the creature to a local man.
The climax of the 1952 wave (717+ reports that year vs. 615 in the prior four). On the nights of 19–20 and 26–27 July, National Airport's ARTC radar, its tower radar and Andrews AFB radar tracked unknowns, at times the same target over a beacon vanishing from all three at once. There were visual correlations from a Capital Airlines pilot (Pierman: 'each sighting coincided with a pip') and Andrews personnel. F-94s scrambled; the targets vanished when the jets arrived and returned when they left; Lt. Patterson chased four 'glows' he couldn't overtake. Blue Book's Ruppelt couldn't get a staff car to investigate. On 29 Jul Gens. Samford and Ramey held the largest Pentagon press conference since WWII: visual reports were stars and meteors, radar blips were temperature inversions, 'not solid material objects'. The CAA analysis backed inversion; Navy radar expert Holcomb and Blue Book's Fournet on scene judged the inversion too weak for the 'good and solid' returns.
CIA career officer: Deputy Director for Plans (covert operations), 1962–65, and Director of Central Intelligence, 1966–73. In January 1973 he ordered MKUltra files destroyed; about 20,000 documents survived only because they were filed as financial records. In 1977 he pleaded nolo contendere to misleading Congress about CIA operations against Allende's Chile: a two-year suspended sentence and a $2,000 fine, the only DCI convicted of it. He ran covert operations while the Castro assassination plots went on and were kept from the Warren Commission.
Reagan 1980 campaign manager, then DCI 1981-87. He is the common node across October Surprise, Iran-Contra, BCCI and the 1982 CIA-DOJ drug MOU. He died 6 May 1987 without being questioned by the Independent Counsel.
70 vault terms searched as exact phrases on search.wikileaks.org (cables/PlusD, Global Intelligence Files, Podesta, DNC, Syria, Sony, Hacking Team, CRS). Most UAP-program terms have zero hits; name hits are mostly namesakes. Five signal documents: the 1978 Grenada UN UFO cables (Hynek, Vallee, Poher, Saunders, Cooper); a 1979 cable listing Puthoff at SRI as a reference for the 'Mobius Group'; a Confidential Nov 1979 London cable showing State arranging Cyrus Hashemi's private trip to meet Iran desk chief Precht; the 1976–78 Nassau cables on Castle Bank; and the Podesta–DeLonge emails. Raw results: Leaks/wikileaks_results.json.
The same 70 terms were searched via the Library of Leaks (DDoSecrets Aleph) API. It adds collections WikiLeaks lacks: Cryptome (2024), the Douglas Valentine collection, the Bahamas Registry, the Epstein files, the Hunter Biden/Clinton emails, BlueLeaks and regional leaks. New signal: a Bahamas Registry filing listing World Commerce Corporation (Bermuda office); a CIA-reading-room clipping calling Helliwell 'paymaster for the ill-fated Bay of Pigs'; State's 1978 summary of Vallee's UN talk; a DoD release naming Christopher Mellon acting DASD for Security and Information Operations. Still zero: Immaculate Constellation, AAWSAP, Skinwalker, Grusch, TTSA, electrogravitics. Raw: Leaks/libraryofleaks_results.json.
92 terms (list revised per claude.ai review: bare high-noise words dropped; single-word surname forms and variants added; corpus self-terms excluded) run against the Library of Leaks 'Hillary Clinton emails' collection (the State FOIA release). Positive controls (delonge, mccasland) pass on WikiLeaks Podesta, so the pipeline works. Result: no vault-relevant hits. 78 of 92 terms had zero hits; every nonzero hit was a namesake, an office code or unrelated news. The null result is the finding.
The 22 single-word/variant terms were rerun on WikiLeaks, and 'UFO' was searched inside the Podesta set (~110 emails, none previously in the vault). Most are fan mail and press clips. Nine read in full. New: a 2008 transition-period thread ('UFO questions coming up'; Podesta: 'The American people can handle the truth'); a 2015 exchange where Podesta replies 'More to come' to a report that the CIA had 'frozen' out the Clinton administration on UFOs; Leslie Kean messages (Podesta: 'ongoing relationship with Leslie Kean'); and two 2015 tips from a cleared contractor alleging DSP-satellite 'Fastwalker' tracking and RC-135 UFO diversions. Each claim is graded separately below.
The injury-data cluster (FOIA rows #1–3 and #43) as one argument. The records establish three things: (1) real, physician-documented injuries in named people (Cash-Landrum; the D128 benchmark; Havana/AHI); (2) that the government's own analysts in 2010 judged the UAP injury pattern to match radio-frequency/microwave near-field injury, and wrote that 'some advanced systems are already deployed'; (3) a consistent handling pattern: ownership denied, investigator opinion redacted, source data never surfaced, assessments reversed. The records don't establish that any injury was caused by a non-human craft. The strongest attribution-neutral finding is that the symptom profile is an energy-weapon profile, and the government has now bought, and is testing, a human-made device suspected of producing it.
Casey is the one person named in October Surprise, Iran-Contra and BCCI. Two official inquiries (Senate 1992, Walsh 1993) found no proof of the core allegations, and both said so while listing the Casey evidence they never got: passport, calendar pages, diary, un-reviewed tapes, and Casey himself (seizure the day before testifying, dead before questioning). The findings are 'not established', not 'disproven'.
Rests on lost or poorly documented 19th-century finds and Vedic-derived premises. Genetics and 30 years of new excavation show no sign of Miocene or Eocene humans. See the deep dive for the full breakdown.
The book documents real double standards (Java fossils from paid surface collectors accepted, Castenedolo rejected on theory) and circular 'dating by morphology' (Tongzi, Maba, Changyang). Several of its pressure points have since given way.
The company is real: formed 1945 by Stephenson (British intelligence in the Americas) and Donovan (head of the OSS), profiled by Time in 1947, backed by intelligence veterans and big money. The UFO, Nazi-asset and Dulles/Skorzeny links are unproven. Worksheet of 11 Samosa claims inside.
On record: Gillibrand told Matt Laslo she has a pending AARO briefing after the UFO file release. Also: Schumer's UAP Disclosure Act made the House NDAA for the first time. The headline's named meeting with Jon T. Kosloski isn't backed up in the article body, and her public schedule showed no AARO meeting yet.
Jesse Michels (JRE #2545, Aug 2026, clipped by Raw Cast) repeats Harald Malmgren's deathbed account. Malmgren said that during the Cuban Missile Crisis a high-altitude test (Bluegill Triple Prime, Oct 1962) brought down a non-human object, that the AEC recovered it, and that he handled the pieces at Los Alamos. Michels says DeLonge's Sekret Machines hinted at it first. The test is real. The UFO rests on Malmgren alone, and a records check of his 1962 résumé undercuts his claimed role.
Barber submits his novel Sentinels of Ether to the Pentagon's prepublication review (DOPSR) in 20-page chunks. He treats the redacted pages (8 of the first 20) as confirming the content is real. The redactions are documented. What they prove is not.
Ex-Marine Michael Herrera (Shawn Ryan Show #66, July 2023) says that during 2009 earthquake relief near Padang, his 6-man team came upon a ~300 ft octagonal craft hovering over a clearing. Eight American-speaking operators in black gear disarmed and threatened them while four matte-black F-350s drove Pelican weapon cases and half-size containers onto a rising platform. The craft then left silently at extreme speed. He says his camera footage was confiscated by a nameless officer in Air Force dress blues. An unnamed contact at Greer's 2023 event later told him the containers held trafficked humans. The deployment is real. The encounter is single-witness with no corroborating Marines on record.
Real site, real tools, and USGS dates that point to about 250,000 years. The main objection is that the tools look too modern for that age. The dig leader never published, and the geologist who pushed the old date lost her career.
Matt Laslo (Ask a Pol) asked Rounds whether China was behind a 17-day Langley AFB disruption in 2023 that, per Laslo's source, forced the F-22s to relocate. Rounds: "I can't talk about that right now." Drone incursions over Langley in Dec 2023 were widely reported; China being behind them is an unconfirmed tip. A non-answer is not a confirmation.
About 11 people tied to sensitive research died or vanished 2022–2026. The FBI and House Oversight (Comer, Burlison) opened inquiries in April 2026. Case by case: several have ordinary, solved explanations; two or three remain genuinely unexplained. No official link has been found between any of them.
Several witnesses describe glowing orbs. Some sort them by color and danger, and Elizondo links them to injuries. That these people report this is documented. The orbs' nature, and the color-danger pattern, are unproven: there's no instrument data and no medical records in public.
An alleged UAP special access program that holds a craft, reportedly with a pyramid-shaped power source. The claim comes via Jeremy Corbell, citing ODNI agents. Borland has neither confirmed nor denied it. No document is public.
Marzinsky's arc: first mothers were blamed, then genes, now an unmeasured 'chemical imbalance.' The first step is solid history. The rest is partly right: 'chemical imbalance' is a popular simplification, and there's no lab test for it. But genetics wasn't replaced (heritability is estimated around 80%, spread across many genes), and the dopamine hypothesis has real support (brain-imaging and drug evidence). His entity explanation has no evidence behind it.
One low-resolution video by one person (Azadegan Expressway, 7:30pm): a curved line of RGB lights hovering or drifting for about 10 minutes. It shows no signs of AI or editing, so the footage is probably real. But real footage doesn't mean an unexplained object, and the lights look like LED drones or kites. A second clip passed around as more evidence is 1994 footage from Nevada. Iran has said nothing. The hologram idea has no evidence behind it: a projected image needs a surface such as smoke or cloud.
From the podcast The Telepathy Tapes (Ky Dickens). Critics say facilitated or supported communication, where a helper holds the letter board, explains the results. The standard test is controlled trials where the helper can't see the answer.
A 2010 DIA/AAWSAP reference paper argues that injuries after close encounters match known radio-frequency and microwave injuries, and that 'some advanced systems are already deployed, and opaque to full US understanding.' Its benchmark case is three antenna engineers injured by an ordinary RF accident, not a UAP. The UAP cases are compared to that benchmark; none are presented in the paper itself.
Circulates in fringe UAP circles, often linked to Pasulka's 2017 Vatican visit. What's documented: she and Taylor were at the Vatican, and she searched the archives for material on extraterrestrial life. What she found there isn't documented. Her own work treats historic apparitions and miracles as comparable to UAP reports, which may be where the claim comes from.
Question (E, 2026-09-26): why did 18th-century Freemasons portray themselves as heirs of crusader orders? Answer from sources: Ramsay's Paris oration (Dec 1736 / Mar 1737) swapped the artisan-guild origin for a chivalric one, naming crusaders and the **Hospitallers of St John**, not the Templars, in order to make Masonry attractive to French nobles. Later inventors used his story to justify new 'high degrees.' Von Hund's Strict Observance (c. 1751–56) made it explicitly Templar. Scholars (Introvigne, Gould) treat it as a created legend with no historical support. The Jacobite-intrigue motive is disputed.
Quantum field theory says empty space has a nonzero ground-state energy. Its effects are measured: the Casimir force (precisely measured by Lamoreaux, 1997), the Lamb shift and spontaneous emission. What is NOT established is that anyone can extract net usable energy, or thrust, from it in a repeating cycle. That gap is where Puthoff's 'vacuum engineering,' the AAWSAP DIRDs, the Navy's Pais patents and the 'suppressed free energy' claims all live.
Four art students on a canoe trip (twins Jim and Jack Weiner, Charlie Foltz, Chuck Rak) saw a bright light over Eagle Lake, and their fire burned down unusually fast. That sighting was told contemporaneously. The abduction, with a medical exam and specimen taking, emerged only after 1988 through MUFON hypnosis, in Raymond Fowler's 1993 book. All four passed polygraphs (1989–90). In 2016 Chuck Rak said the abduction part was invented and that they had been using hashish. The other three dispute him.
The template for modern abduction accounts. What's solid: the Hills reported a light following their car on US-3 near Lincoln, NH, reached home about two hours later than expected, and filed a report that went to Project Blue Book within days. Everything about being taken aboard came later: Betty's dreams (weeks later) and hypnosis with Dr. Benjamin Simon (Jan–June 1964). Simon himself concluded the abduction was most likely a fantasy (Barney absorbing Betty's dreams), not a memory.
10-page 'legislative interrogatory' from Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO, House Oversight) to MITRE CEO Mark Peters and SVP Christopher Land. It demands every UAP/UFO/USO-related record from 1930 onward, a preservation hold, a records-location index, and a classified briefing. MITRE says it is reviewing its archives to comply.
Announced May 2021 by Assistant IG Randolph Stone. Preceded by classified meetings with OSI (Mar 4, 2021; Terry Phillips attended, Bullard didn't) and NCIS Director Chris McMahon, which followed the SASC FY21 NDAA language on UAP. Phillips's input added methodology steps; those are redacted (b)(5). The POC list names Maj Gen J. Daniel Caine as DoD SAPCO director.
A one-page FBI office memo from Guy Hottel (SAC, Washington) to Director Hoover, relaying thirdhand hearsay: an 'investigator for the Air Forces' told a DC police investigator that three 50-ft saucers with three 3-ft bodies each had been recovered in New Mexico, downed by 'high-powered radar.' It's the FBI Vault's most-viewed document. The complete 62-HQ-83894 file (PURSUE Release 01) shows the same story circulating via Denver oilman Silas Newton and George Koehler, the source of Scully's 1950 book and the Aztec hoax. Newton and Leo GeBauer were later convicted of fraud (1953).
Eleven or twelve people (Sutton and Taylor families; five adults, seven children) fled their farmhouse to the Hopkinsville police at about 11 p.m. They said small glowing creatures with large ears and eyes had besieged them for hours while the men shot at them. Police found a frightened family, bullet holes and spent shells, but no creatures or craft. The fear and the gunfire are well documented. The creatures aren't. Joe Nickell's great-horned-owl explanation fits much of the description (a 'floating' approach, glowing eyes, ear tufts) but not everything.
A proposed ('prospective') special access program pitched to DHS leadership to receive UAP-related material and research after the DIA program AAWSAP. AARO (2024) confirms the proposal existed, traces it to AAWSAP/AATIP, and says it was never approved, funded, or given any material. Whistleblower accounts say it was meant as the 'catcher's mitt' for material Lockheed wanted to hand over.
Budd Hopkins's showcase case (Witnessed, 1996). A Lower Manhattan woman said she was floated out of her 12th-floor window into a craft over the East River around 3 a.m. Hopkins claimed about two dozen witnesses, including two 'security agents' and a 'third man' later identified as UN Secretary-General Pérez de Cuéllar. None of the key witnesses was ever independently identified. Pérez de Cuéllar denied it. No one among the building complex's residents or night guards reported anything. Revived by Netflix's The Manhattan Alien Abduction (2024), which Napolitano sued.
CIA program of behavior-modification and interrogation research: drugs (especially LSD), hypnosis, sensory deprivation, electroshock, often on people who didn't know or consent. 149+ subprojects at about 80 institutions, including 44 universities, hospitals and prisons. Most records were destroyed in 1973; about 20,000 financial documents survived and surfaced in 1977.
An Allied intelligence report (SHAEF EW-Pa 128, the 'Red House Report', 27 Nov 1944) says SS officials and German industrialists met at the Hôtel Maison Rouge to plan moving money abroad and financing an underground Nazi party after defeat. The report is authentic and in the National Archives. Whether the meeting happened as described rests on one French informant. NARA calls it routine Safehaven reporting, 'not a singular smoking gun.'
US program that brought about 1,600 German scientists, engineers and technicians to the US after WWII, many of them former Nazi Party or SS members, to keep their expertise from the Soviets. Run by the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA). Began as Operation Overcast (1945), renamed Paperclip (1946). Officials rewrote dossiers to hide Nazi pasts.
The first tranche of war.gov/UFO: 158 records. They include the complete FBI 62-HQ-83894 'flying disc' file (1947–68, with newly declassified pages), 1940s Air Materiel Command / AAF flying-disc files, SHAEF 'foo fighter' messages (1944–45), a 1952 Samford memo, a 1963 National Aeronautics and Space Council memo on 'the space alien race question,' five State Dept cables, NASA transcripts, and 2020–25 military mission reports, plus recent FBI 302s. Among them: the 2023 'Western US Event' (federal agents saw 'orbs launching orbs') and a 2025 senior-intelligence-official orb chase near a test site. Most historical items were already public in part. The value is completeness and fresh pages.
41 records (22 PDFs, 16 videos, 3 images). New: eight FBI FD-302 first-hand interviews (triangles at Bagram 2002 and Colorado Springs 2011/2023; a 2026 'Multiple Red Lights' cluster in the western US with thermal video and a 25-minute watch discrepancy). Also 15 more AARO 'unresolved' IR videos, including an AC-130 exercise over the Gulf of Oman (2021). Historical: the 1947 'ghost rocket' intelligence review, the 1947–48 AMC Project Sign file (245 pp), the 1953 Tremonton/Great Falls film analysis, CIA notes on 1964 Puerto Rico radar/pilot reports, and the 1963 Bahia (Brazil) 'crater and dead crewman' story, which the State Dept's own follow-up called fabricated.
Three tranches (~176 records). Highlights for our threads: - the 1949 Los Alamos green-fireball conference transcript (Teller, Bradbury, Reines, LaPaz); - 116 pages of AFSWP/USAF files on 209 Sandia Base sightings (1948–50) with copper-dust sampling; - the Turner memo (resolved); - the USAF Scientific Advisory Board's Avro Project Y2 report (1954); - a CIA report on the Sary Shagan ABM range including a UAP (1973); - Sen. Richard Russell's 1955 USSR sighting debrief; - the O'Brien committee that led to the Condon study (1966–67); - a Pantex nuclear-weapons plant intrusion report (2015); - the full 2023 Western US Event file (AARO update, FBI renderings); - a first-hand account by a serving senior intelligence official of late-2025 'glowing orbs' at a sensitive military facility.
Charles Hickson (42) and Calvin Parker (19), shipyard workers fishing on the Pascagoula River, told the Jackson County sheriff that three wrinkled, clawed beings floated them into a craft and examined them. Its strongest feature: Sheriff Fred Diamond left them alone in a room with a hidden recorder, and they stayed terrified and consistent, with no hint of a hoax. Weak points: no other witnesses to the craft (some later claims were unconfirmed), contested polygraphs, and Parker's later embellished accounts.
About 20 WikiLeaks Podesta emails show DeLonge courting Clinton's campaign chairman and arranging a 25 Jan 2016 video call. Invitees: Podesta, retired Maj. Gen. Neil McCasland, Lockheed Skunk Works' Rob Weiss, and a 'Michael Carey'. DKIM-verified campaign emails and calendar acceptances show the call was set up. What was said on it is not in the record.
The Soviet ballistic-missile submarine K-129 sank in 1968 about 1,560 miles northwest of Hawaii, ~16,500 ft down. The CIA built the Hughes Glomar Explorer, with Howard Hughes's 'deep-sea manganese mining' as the cover story, and on Aug 1, 1974 began lifting the wreck with a giant claw. The claw failed and only a ~38-ft forward section came up, with six Soviet crew (buried at sea). Press exposure (1975) killed the follow-up (Operation Matador). A FOIA suit (Phillippi v. CIA) produced the 'neither confirm nor deny' **Glomar response**. The CIA declassified its internal history in 2010.
About 23 years of US government research and operations on 'remote viewing' (psychic information-gathering). Started as CIA-funded research at SRI (Puthoff and Targ, 1972), ran operationally under the Army and DIA at Fort Meade under a series of code names, and closed in 1995 after an outside review. About $20M total. Thousands of pages released by the CIA.
The strongest multi-witness abduction case. Seven loggers said a glowing object struck Walton with a beam. The other six fled, and Walton was missing for five days, with a sheriff's search and suspicion of murder. Six crewmen passed a police polygraph (one inconclusive). Walton reappeared Nov 10 describing an abduction. Solid: the disappearance, the search, and the crew's shared account. Contested: Walton's first polygraph ('gross deception'), the timing (contract deadline), the National Enquirer's role, and the family's UFO interest.
Navy photographer Delbert Newhouse filmed about a dozen bright objects moving in formation. Navy analysts favored 'unidentified light sources'; later reviews considered balloons, birds, insects and mirage; a 1956 study was inconclusive; an Air Force memo settled on seagulls. Release 06 published the full Blue Book file and his personnel record.
O. H. Turner, head of the Nuclear Branch of Australia's Joint Intelligence Organisation, sent his director a signed minute dated 27 May 1971 ('Scientific and Intelligence Aspects of the UFO Problem') covering two attached papers: one on the US attitude to UFOs, one on 'weapon systems used by UFO's' drawn from Vallee and Hynek's records. The US paper argues that UFOs were real and that the US ran a 'crash programme into anti-gravity power', funding six universities and agencies on gravity control in the 1950s–60s. The same day Director R. W. Furlonger minuted Deputy Secretary B recommending that the Department of Supply investigate about six selected reports a year. The papers are on NAA file 3092/2/000; the US paper's text was re-released as PURSUE CIA-UAP-019 and is cited by Grusch and Weinstein. Its claims about US programs are one analyst's interpretation of open literature. Researchers give Turner's first name as Harry; the file says only 'O.H. Turner'. Earlier dating to 25 May 1971 is not supported by the file.
Schumer–Rounds amendment (64 pp.) modeled on the JFK Records Act. It passed in the Senate NDAA in July 2023 with an independent Review Board and federal eminent domain over 'recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence.' In conference the House stripped both. The FY24 NDAA was signed Dec 22, 2023 (Secs. 1841–1843) with only a National Archives records collection and agency review.
A horror novelist reported a night encounter at his cabin, then recovered further memories through hypnosis, arranged via Budd Hopkins with psychiatrist Donald Klein. The result was Communion (1987, #1 bestseller), whose Ted Seth Jacobs cover defined the grey alien's face. Documented: his medical and neurological testing (EEG/MRI 1986–87, no temporal-lobe epilepsy found) and a polygraph. The encounters themselves are single-witness, and Strieber openly frames them as ambiguous: 'the visitors.'
The Pentagon's UAP office, created July 2022 (successor to the UAP Task Force and AOIMSG) under USD(I&S). Directors: Sean Kirkpatrick (2022–Dec 2023), Tim Phillips (acting), Jon Kosloski (NSA Research, 2024–). Its Historical Record Report Vol. 1 (March 2024) found no evidence of USG recovery or reverse-engineering and called the claims 'circular reporting.' It also judged the Bi/Mg 'Art's Parts' and the Army–TTSA sample terrestrial. Kosloski later told Congress (Nov 2024) 'we do have some very anomalous objects.'
OSI unit that provides security and counterintelligence for all Air Force/Space Force SAPs. OSI's own history: an agent was on Tacit Blue in June 1979; agents worked undercover inside Northrop on the B-2; the 'Guardian Angel' program (late 1979) briefed about 8 LA FBI agents into AF SAPs; the Cavanaugh espionage case in 1984.
DoD-sponsored FFRDC (think tank) in the Alexandria/Crystal City area. Employed Harald Malmgren 1962–64 and Lawrence Delaney 1961–62. Gerb calls Malmgren's job there a CIA cover; no record supports that.
Defense and intelligence IT contractor. It is the legal continuation of the original SAIC: in 2013 SAIC renamed itself Leidos and spun off a smaller company under the SAIC name. In 2016 it absorbed Lockheed Martin's IT sector (IS&GS) and became the largest defense IT services provider. Terry Phillips was its SVP/CSO from Jan 2022.
Prime defense contractor (Northrop and Grumman merged in 1994). Builder of Tacit Blue, the B-2 and the B-21 (the last managed by the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office). OSI's own history says PJ agents worked undercover inside Northrop's stealth programs from 1979. Terry Phillips, the former head of Air Force SAP security, is now its VP Security. In UAP lore Northrop recurs through Edgar Fouché's TR-3B claims and the Tejon radar range.
The Air Force's public UFO investigation, run from Wright-Patterson AFB (ATIC). About 12,600 reports; 701 left 'unidentified.' Closed Dec 1969 after the Condon report. A 1969 Air Force memo (Bolender) says reports affecting national security were never part of Blue Book; they went through other channels.
An Italian Masonic lodge turned covert political network under Licio Gelli (a former fascist). A 1981 police raid on Gelli's villa (Castiglion Fibocchi) found a list of **962** names (March 1981), including military and intelligence chiefs, MPs, and Silvio Berlusconi. The resulting scandal forced PM Forlani to resign (May 1981). The lodge was tied to Banco Ambrosiano (Roberto Calvi, found hanged under Blackfriars Bridge in June 1982) and the Vatican Bank losses, and to the 'strategy of tension' era. Dissolved by Italian law in 1982.
Physician and inventor (1918–1995). Director of research at the Round Table Foundation (Glen Cove, Maine, 1948–58), which studied ESP. Army Medical Corps captain at the Army Chemical Center, Edgewood (1953–55); lectured the Army and Air Force on ESP biology. Brought Peter Hurkos and Uri Geller to the US. Claimed contact with 'The Nine' from the 1950s. Later campaigned on Soviet 'ELF warfare' and sold an 8 Hz 'Teslar' protective watch. The biography is documented; the ELF and Nine claims are not.
Says he worked at 'S-4' near Area 51 in 1988–89 reverse-engineering alien craft powered by element 115. His claimed degrees (MIT, Caltech) have no records. But traces confirm he worked at Los Alamos, though as a contract technician, not a physicist.
Says he was a microbiologist at Area 51/S-4 who worked with an extraterrestrial called 'J-Rod', and on 'Project Looking Glass' (viewing timelines). Verified: a UNLV biology BS (1986). Stony Brook denies his PhD. Knapp's I-Team found he was a Las Vegas parole officer in the early 1990s.
Gen. John Daniel 'Razin' Caine. F-16 pilot from the Air National Guard; assistant commanding general of JSOC (2016–18). Director of the DoD Special Access Program Central Office under USD(A&S), 2019–2021, succeeding Dawn Dunlop after she was fired. CIA associate director for military affairs (Nov 2021–Dec 2024). Chairman of the Joint Chiefs since April 2025. Named as SAPCO director on the DoD IG's 2021 UAP-evaluation contact list. No public UAP statements found.
Harvard-trained public-interest lawyer. He was lead counsel in Karen Silkwood's estate suit and founded the Christic Institute, which brought the 1986 Iran-Contra RICO suit (Avirgan v. Hull). The court dismissed that suit and sanctioned Sheehan and Christic about $1M under Rule 11 (upheld on appeal). He represented John Mack during Harvard's 1994–95 inquiry, was counsel to Greer's Disclosure Project, and now runs the New Paradigm Institute, which lobbied for the UAP Disclosure Act.
Major General, test pilot. 412th Test Wing vice commander and then commander, 2009–2012. DoD SAPCO director Aug 2018 until Ellen Lord fired her in May 2019; the IG found a toxic work environment. Gerb says witness 'Ed' holds commendations she signed.
Austrian-born Air Force protective-structures engineer (1906–1960). Wright Air Development Center special studies, then the AF Special Weapons Center research directorate at Kirtland; honored by a 1970 DTIC symposium. Stansel (Kingman) and Steinman (Aztec) name him as a saucer reverse-engineering lead; unproven.
Ohio State / Northwestern astronomer. Air Force scientific consultant to Project Sign, Grudge and Blue Book (1948–1969). Started as a debunker ('utterly ridiculous,' 1948). He became notorious for the March 1966 Michigan 'swamp gas' press conference, where he said it explained only part of the Dexter/Hillsdale reports. He grew critical of Blue Book, coined the 'close encounters' scale (The UFO Experience, 1972), founded CUFOS (1973), and was science adviser (and cameo) on Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977). Died 1986.
French-born (1939) astronomer, computer scientist and venture capitalist. Built early computerized UFO case files for Hynek during Project Blue Book. Worked at SRI on ARPANET (1971) and led early online-conferencing work (FORUM/PLANET). Author of Passport to Magonia (1969: UFO encounters parallel fairy folklore) and The Invisible College (1975: the 'control system' idea). Real-life model for Lacombe in Close Encounters. Co-authored a 2022 materials-analysis paper with Garry Nolan.
Harvard psychiatrist (founder of the psychiatry department at Cambridge Hospital), Pulitzer Prize 1977 for his T.E. Lawrence biography. Wrote Abduction (1994). Harvard Medical School's ad-hoc committee chaired by Arnold Relman investigated him for 15 months (1994–95) and took no adverse action. Founded PEER (Program for Extraordinary Experience Research). Died 2004.
Army intelligence officer (Vietnam, Germany) recruited in 1978 as 'Remote Viewer #001' in the Army program (Gondola Wish / Grill Flame → Star Gate). Retired in 1984, then worked with SRI/SAIC. Trained in out-of-body work with Robert Monroe; teaches at the Monroe Institute.
Tufts developmental biologist: bioelectricity, xenobots, anthrobots, and intelligence at the level of cells and tissues (the TAME framework). Proposes SUTI (search for unconventional terrestrial intelligence) and a non-physical 'Platonic space' from which minds ingress. The lab work is peer-reviewed; the Platonic space is his openly stated hypothesis.
Air Force flight test engineer (Edwards, Pax River, Nellis). Commanded a classified test squadron and headed the Special Studies Division. Director/PEO of the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (B-21), then advised LaPlante. Aerospace Corp trustee since 2023.
Former AFOSI special agent (Kirtland AFB, 1979–80s). **Documented disinformation agent**: AFOSI FOIA records confirm the Bennewitz operation, and Doty admits on camera (Mirage Men) that he planted fabricated alien material with UFO researchers (Bennewitz; Linda Moulton Howe's Kirtland 'documents'). He has since made new first-hand-sounding claims (a 1979 'Yankee Black' SAP read-in; a 2019 offer to work disinformation with Elizondo at Space Force). **Vault rule: nothing Doty says counts as corroboration; treat his claims as possible continued disinformation.**
University of Southampton professor of AI and theoretical evolutionary biology; author of Compositional Evolution (MIT Press, 2006). Argues evolution and learning share one mathematics (evolutionary connectionism). With Levin he co-authored 'Natural Induction' (Entropy 2024), which argues that networks whose connections give way under stress learn to solve problems without natural selection. Coined 'mutual vulnerable knowing' (Levin quotes it).
DISES. Director of the Sensitive Activities Office (SAF/AAH), 2009–Nov 2024, then Director of Plans and Effects, Competitive Activities. 36 years Army, joint special operations. Katz and Gerb propose him as Mellon's redacted 'SES-2 gatekeeper'; unproven.
Former emergency-room physician. Founded CSETI (1990), which teaches 'CE-5' meditation to contact ETs, and the Disclosure Project (1993). He staged the May 2001 National Press Club event with ~20 military, government and corporate witnesses, and made the films Sirius (2013) and Unacknowledged (2017). He has brought whistleblowers to Congress (2023), including Michael Herrera. His biggest checkable claim failed: Sirius presented the 6-inch Atacama ('Ata') skeleton as possibly non-human, and Garry Nolan's genome study (2018) showed it was a human fetus with bone-growth mutations.
Executive Director of AFOSI Special Projects (PJ) and AF/Space Force SAP Security Director, 2017–2021; first PJ head at SES-1. Then Leidos SVP/CSO (Jan 2022), now Northrop Grumman VP Security. Gerb calls him the chief UFO-program gatekeeper; that part is unproven.
Ohio-born inventor (1905 – Oct 27, 1985, Avalon, Catalina Island) of the asymmetric-capacitor 'gravitator' and the 'Biefeld-Brown effect.' Navy radar/sonar work (WWII); Townsend Brown Foundation; Project Winterhaven (1952–53) proposal for a joint-services electrogravitic disc program; Paris vacuum tests with Sud-Ouest (Project Montgolfier, 1955–56); worked with Agnew Bahnsen's Institute of Field Physics circle. The mainstream verdict: thrust in air is electrohydrodynamic (ion drift / corona wind), and vacuum tests (Talley, USAF, 1988–91) found none. Advocates cite the Montgolfier vacuum report.
SES. Director of Security, Special Program Oversight and Information Protection (SAF/AAZ, the Air Force SAP central office) around 2019–2021. Gerb spells it McClure. He is Gerb's alternate SES-2 gatekeeper candidate.
Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum and her grandson Colby reported a fiery diamond-shaped object over the road near Huffman, Texas, escorted by many helicopters. All three reported burns, nausea, hair loss and eye damage afterward. Their lawsuit against the US government was dismissed in 1986 because no government ownership could be shown.
Alleged notes by Eric Davis of a 2002 conversation (reportedly at EG&G's parking lot) in which Vice Adm. Thomas Wilson describes being refused access to a contractor-run legacy UAP program. Leaked 2019; authenticity disputed; Wilson denies it.
