- AAP Person numbers are not consistent across records (Person 9 is the Nimitz pilot here, a BAASS manager in D169-D171). Don't link records by Person number.
- Who wrote the Nimitz report ('personnel assigned to DIA') is an open fork for E (d175-authorship-tag): DIA staff or BAASS/AAWSAP staff working for DIA.
- Shannon's read: compared with the publicly circulated version of the Nimitz report, the excerpt leaves out the E-2C section and the CVIC 'tin-foil caps' passage. Not graded here; the public version hasn't been fetched and hashed.
- D175 dates the contract 'Between 2008 and 2010'; AARO is reported (secondhand) to give 2012 as the end. The AARO primary page hasn't been fetched.
