Documented Handling What these labels mean →70 vault terms searched as exact phrases on search.wikileaks.org (cables/PlusD, Global Intelligence Files, Podesta, DNC, Syria, Sony, Hacking Team, CRS). Most UAP-program terms have zero hits; name hits are mostly namesakes. Five signal documents: the 1978 Grenada UN UFO cables (Hynek, Vallee, Poher, Saunders, Cooper); a 1979 cable listing Puthoff at SRI as a reference for the 'Mobius Group'; a Confidential Nov 1979 London cable showing State arranging Cyrus Hashemi's private trip to meet Iran desk chief Precht; the 1976–78 Nassau cables on Castle Bank; and the Podesta–DeLonge emails.
