Leak pass 05: ICIJ Offshore Leaks (2026-10-03)
Documented What these labels mean →All 93 vault terms were run through the ICIJ Offshore Leaks reconcile API, which covers the Panama, Paradise and Pandora Papers, Offshore Leaks and Bahamas Leaks. The database indexes entity names (people, companies, addresses), so topic terms can't match. Two real hits: Jeffrey Epstein as a director of Liquid Funding, Ltd. (Appleby data, St. Thomas USVI address) and Banco Ambrosiano Overseas Limited (Bahamas registry, incorporated 23 Mar 1971). Everything else was a namesake or a substring match.

Leak pass 05: ICIJ Offshore Leaks
Method: Leaks/icij_search.py (POST https://offshoreleaks.icij.org/api/v1/reconcile, 2 s sleep), all 93 terms in Leaks/terms.txt. Raw output is in Leaks/icij_results.json, with 0 errors. Kept: any result scored ≥80, or one whose name contains every token of the term. Each kept node was then read on its ICIJ page.
Scope limit: ICIJ indexes officers, entities, intermediaries and addresses, not document text. A zero here means no offshore entity or officer by that name. It says nothing about whether the term appears in the underlying leaked documents. {{concept}}
Atomic claims (each graded on its own; the ICIJ node is the source)
| # | Claim | Source (ICIJ node) | Grade |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | The Appleby (Paradise Papers) data lists "Epstein - Jeffrey E" as a Director of Liquid Funding, Ltd. Dates on the node: 19 Oct 2000, 9 Nov 2001, 30 Mar 2007 | 80063035 | registry record |
| 2 | The same officer node gives the address 6100 Red Hook Quarter, Suite B3, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, so this is the financier and not a namesake | 80063035 | registry record |
| 3 | Banco Ambrosiano Overseas Limited appears in the Bahamas corporate registry, incorporated 23 Mar 1971; the listed intermediary is The Alexander Corporate Group | 30018092 | registry record |
| 4 | Liquid Funding Ltd was a Bermuda company that Epstein chaired from at least 2000 to 2007; it was partially owned by Bear Stearns, where he had worked | ICIJ, 18 Jul 2019 | ICIJ reporting on its own data |
Noise (not hits)
- David Grusch → "RUSH, DAVID" (Panama intermediary): a substring match.
- William Casey → "Casey - Gordon William Patrick" (Appleby officer): a namesake.
- Eric Davis → Davis Road addresses. Skunk Works → Malta Skunk Works Limited. Iran-Contra → a Santiago street address. All namesakes.
Reading {{concept}}
"Named in a registry" is not wrongdoing. These are only entity facts: who held a corporate role, where, and when. The zero for every UAP/aerospace person is expected, since none of them was ever reported to hold offshore vehicles, and it is data about this collection only.
Next
- Liquid Funding: ~$6.7B liabilities and the JPMorgan liquidity facility are reported only by Wall Street on Parade so far; keep them out until a stronger source turns up.
- Remaining leak order: Epstein (DOJ/court) → Snowden subset.
