Documented What these labels mean →Former emergency-room physician. Founded CSETI (1990), which teaches 'CE-5' meditation to contact ETs, and the Disclosure Project (1993). He staged the May 2001 National Press Club event with ~20 military, government and corporate witnesses, and made the films Sirius (2013) and Unacknowledged (2017). He has brought whistleblowers to Congress (2023), including Michael Herrera. His biggest checkable claim failed: Sirius presented the 6-inch Atacama ('Ata') skeleton as possibly non-human, and Garry Nolan's genome study (2018) showed it was a human fetus with bone-growth mutations.
