Notes
- Black Vault FOIA emails: Pentagon line (Susan Gough): Elizondo 'had no assigned responsibilities for AATIP'; and 'AATIP was never an official, recognized DoD program.' But the 2019 emails show his supervisor Neill Tipton discussing AATIP with him and reviewing a memo about him taking on AATIP duties. And DoD destroyed his emails. (Black Vault) Another institutional records gap; see Credential erasure test.
- AAWSAP (the DIA contract, 2008–10) is now documented by Release 06. His role is still disputed.
- E has read Imminent. The part that interests him most is the orbs.
- Color scheme: blue has negative health effects (E's recollection of Imminent, matches secondary summaries). Green seems benign; red unknown (secondary sources only).
