UAP Disclosure Act (2023) and what survived in the FY24 NDAA

Documented · occurred Handling What these labels mean →

Schumer–Rounds amendment (64 pp.) modeled on the JFK Records Act. It passed in the Senate NDAA in July 2023 with an independent Review Board and federal eminent domain over 'recovered technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence.' In conference the House stripped both. The FY24 NDAA was signed Dec 22, 2023 (Secs. 1841–1843) with only a National Archives records collection and agency review.
