A UFO knocked out of the Bluegill Triple Prime nuclear plume (1962)
Unproven What these labels mean →Jesse Michels (JRE #2545, Aug 2026, clipped by Raw Cast) repeats Harald Malmgren's deathbed account. Malmgren said that during the Cuban Missile Crisis a high-altitude test (Bluegill Triple Prime, Oct 1962) brought down a non-human object, that the AEC recovered it, and that he handled the pieces at Los Alamos. Michels says DeLonge's Sekret Machines hinted at it first. The test is real. The UFO rests on Malmgren alone, and a records check of his 1962 résumé undercuts his claimed role.

| Claim | Record | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| Bluegill Triple Prime was a high-altitude test during the Cuban Missile Crisis, 'Oct 25' | Operation Fishbowl/Dominic. 400 kt W50 at ~48 km over Johnston Island. 26 Oct UTC = 25 Oct local, so both dates are right | test |
| 'Marshall Islands' | Wrong. Johnston Atoll is a separate US atoll ~1,300 km from the Marshalls | location slip |
| Malmgren was a presidential adviser to JFK–Ford | Deputy USTR 1972–75 is solid. For 1962–64 records show him as an economics analyst at IDA, not McNamara's NSC liaison (Johnson, from Malmgren's own 1971 SF-86) | 1962 role inflated |
| Malmgren held an AEC 'Q' clearance, ran the test's cost assessment, handled debris at Los Alamos | His 1971 SF-86 lists only a 1962 Navy Top Secret. No Q. No record of the recovery | recovery |
| Plume footage shows an object falling out | The 'white triangle' is superimposed on the footage. Debunkers read it as debris/reentry vehicle/fireball artifact | footage |
| UFOs show up around nuclear sites | Reports exist; interpretation contested (see Nolan - can they be here (Endgame 209)) | pattern |
| Grusch brought ~40 witnesses to the ICIG; 'eidetic memory' | Grusch testified to 40+ interviews. The memory claim is his own | 40 verified |
Soft-synthesis flags
- Blurry evidence is 'a design feature' (Vallee's intermittent reinforcement). It is unfalsifiable as a frame, and it is the third instance this week of absence becoming evidence (Watson, Nolan, now Michels).
- 'DeLonge was fed a narrative' vs. 'DeLonge was right': Michels holds both. Neither has a record behind it.
- Interesting side-note: Gerb (Hidden Wing) called Malmgren's IDA job a CIA cover; Johnson's records show IDA as his real job. Cover or not, IDA 1962–64 is the documented fact.
