Leak pass 06: Epstein court records, CourtListener RECAP (2026-10-08)
Documented Stub What these labels mean →Vault terms were run against CourtListener RECAP full text. Only the two people terms (Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell) hit the Epstein dockets themselves. On 2026-10-09 89 of the 90 other vault terms were searched directly inside all six priority dockets (Giuffre v. Maxwell, Jane Doe 43 v. Epstein, US v. Epstein, US v. Maxwell, Doe 1 v. JP Morgan Chase, USVI v. JPMorgan). Nine documents matched, every one was opened, and none refers to a vault subject: OCR, stemming and ampersand artefacts, one manuscript passage about an alien-abduction film, and a broker-dealer named Wilson-Davis & Co. All-of-RECAP co-occurrence counts are grouped and 26 terms still lack one. Separately, the DOJ's ~3.5M-page investigative release (Dec 2025–Jan 2026) was NOT searched — this pass covers the court record only — and is the real remaining corpus.

Leak pass 06: Epstein court records (CourtListener RECAP)
Method: Leaks/cl_search.py (CourtListener v4 type=rd, anonymous, query "<term>" AND (Epstein OR Maxwell)). Raw output is in Leaks/courtlistener_results.json. The anonymous API returned HTTP 429 (Retry-After about 12 minutes) after about 25 calls. The remaining terms were retried through the authenticated CourtListener MCP search (5 requests/min, 50/hour). Those results are in the _mcp_supplement key of the JSON. Each term has a hit count, and top results were recorded only for terms that returned hits.
Scope limits: (1) Coverage is incomplete. Resolved: 25 terms from the anonymous run plus 15 more through the MCP (about 40 of 93). The other ~53 terms (mostly rare tokens and the programs cluster) were not searched, so they are untested, not zero. {{concept}} (2) The query only requires Epstein OR Maxwell anywhere in the same document. That matches law firms (Epstein Becker Green), military ranks (Lt. Maxwell) and any large exhibit, so loose counts mean little. Five terms were re-run with the tighter ("Jeffrey Epstein" OR "Ghislaine Maxwell"). (3) RECAP covers only documents PACER users have uploaded. Many OCR texts are garbled. (4) The DOJ Epstein library (https://www.justice.gov/epstein) returned a bot-verification interstitial (bm-verify meta-refresh) to curl, so it was not searched. (5) Zero hits describe this collection only, not the record. No document text was opened beyond snippets, so no claim below reaches the content of a filing.

Inside the Epstein dockets (2026-10-09)
Method: authenticated CourtListener MCP search, type=rd, docket_id:(4355835 OR 4581676) AND (<terms OR-ed>), three grouped queries covering all 90 vault terms other than the two case subjects. "Stephenson" was tested separately; see its own section below. Matches were then read with a literal in-document search. Raw output: _in_docket in Leaks/courtlistener_tight.json.

Inside the four remaining priority dockets (2026-10-09)
Method: the same three grouped queries, restricted to docket_id:(15887813 OR 15887848 OR 17318970 OR 17318376 OR 65894178 OR 66683865). CourtListener holds two docket records each for US v. Epstein (1:19-cr-00490) and US v. Maxwell (1:20-cr-00330); both were included. The other two are Doe 1 v. JP Morgan Chase (1:22-cv-10019) and USVI v. JPMorgan Chase Bank (1:22-cv-10904). | 15 | USVI v. JPMorgan Doc 205-1 (filed 2023-07-14, "Exhibit A_Jackson Report Excerpts") names "Wilson-Davis & Co., Inc." twice: a table row dated 5/15/2019 and a footnote citing SEC Admin. Proc. File No. 3-19167 (May 15, 2019), in a list of enforcement actions over unfiled suspicious activity reports | Doc 205-1 | court filing |
| 16 | Doe 1 v. JP Morgan Chase Docs 123-44 (filed 2023-05-09) and 96-44 (filed 2023-04-28), both "Exhibit 40", are the only documents on that docket returned for the single term "EG&G". Doc 123-44 does not contain the literal string "EG&G" | Doc 123-44 | court filing |
| 17 | Giuffre v. Maxwell Doc 554-1 (filed 2017-01-20) is the "Affidavit of John E. Stephenson, Jr.", a partner at Alston & Bird LLP admitted to practice in Georgia, in support of his motion for admission pro hac vice. The 34 "Stephenson" hits across the Epstein dockets are this attorney's admission papers and the pleadings he signed | Doc 554-1 | court filing |
Claim 15 is a namesake: Wilson-Davis & Co. is a broker-dealer, and the match has nothing to do with the Wilson-Davis memo. Claim 16 is the same ampersand artefact as claim 12; Exhibit 40 is OCR of a handwritten page and a typed contact list headed "2004-2005", and Doc 96-44 was not searched for the literal string. With these, all six priority dockets have been searched for 89 of the 90 terms, every match was opened, and none refers to a vault subject. {{concept}}
All-of-RECAP tight counts added 2026-10-09 (same tight query, not read unless noted): zero for Skinwalker Ranch, Bigelow Aerospace, Robert Bigelow, Luis Elizondo, To The Stars Academy, Tom DeLonge, Jacques Vallee, Skunk Works, Institute for Works of Religion, Cyrus Hashemi, Reinhard Gehlen. One each: Harold Puthoff (Redmond v. United States), Groom Lake (US v. Iagounov), Propaganda Due (Ryan Givey v. DOJ), EG&G (the Doc 36-5 artefact above). David Grusch 2 (Intercept v. OpenAI). Five groups are counted but not split to single terms; see _groups in the JSON.
Hit counts (loose query unless marked tight)
- Real, on Epstein dockets: Jeffrey Epstein 8,018; Ghislaine Maxwell 7,153. These are the subjects of the cases, so the counts say nothing new. The priority dockets were later searched directly; see the two in-docket sections above.
- Co-occurrence only, not read (cannot be called real): UFO 268 loose / 28 tight; Julian Assange 94 / 38 tight; Area 51 95 / 21 tight; Iran-Contra 124 / 17 tight; BCCI 211 / 21 tight; Havana syndrome 11; MKUltra 25; Banco Ambrosiano 16; Harry Reid 91; John Podesta 111; Riggs Bank 58; Hambros 93; HSBC Mexico 10; Aerojet Rocketdyne 44; Allen Dulles 37; Eric Davis 357; Oliver North 159; Robert Bigelow 21; Christopher Mellon 4; Agha Hasan Abedi 3; Danny Casolaro 2; Crypto AG 3; Bigelow Aerospace 3; Luis Elizondo 4; David Grusch 2; Tom DeLonge 3; Kona Blue, AAWSAP, AATIP, anomalous health incident 1 each.
- Zero: Skinwalker Ranch, Immaculate Constellation, unidentified aerial phenomena, Stargate remote viewing (and others in the anonymous run that returned count 0).
- Not searched: about 53 terms (rate limit). See
Leaks/courtlistener_results.json; entries with nocountwere never resolved.
Noise (not hits)
- elizondo (864) and vallee (1,080): common surnames (Elizondo v. Maximus, Lath v. Vallee).
- Oliver North 159: the top hit is Hanfling v. Epstein Becker Green, so "Epstein" matched a law firm name.
- BCCI 211: top hit is Brown v. Lt. Maxwell, so "Maxwell" matched a military rank.
- Kona Blue, AAWSAP, AATIP: single hits in Deepwater Horizon, CPB Contractors v. KBR and Surgical Instrument Service v. Intuitive, none Epstein-related. They are probably OCR artefacts or coincidental tokens.
- Bigelow Aerospace (Zen JV, LLC), Luis Elizondo (DPH Holdings), David Grusch (Intercept v. OpenAI exhibit), Tom DeLonge (US v. Bowers): hits in unrelated cases. Not read.
Reading {{concept}}
"Appears in a filing that also mentions Epstein or Maxwell" is not association and not wrongdoing. Large exhibits and pro se filings that list many names dominate the counts. Nothing in this pass links any UAP-cluster or intelligence-program term to the Epstein cases. That holds only for the portion of RECAP searched. Inside the six priority dockets searched directly on 2026-10-09 the result is firmer: every match was opened and none is a reference to a vault subject.
Next
- Tight all-of-RECAP counts, grouped, added late 2026-10-09 (
_groups_2in the JSON; counts are documents matching any term in the group, none read): Kona Blue / AAWSAP / AATIP / anomalous health incident / Abedi / Casolaro / Mellon = 2 (Redmond v. United States, Logan v. Garland). Majestic 12 and its variants / Wilson-Davis / Yellow Fruit / electrogravitics / Tonopah / sekret machines / tothestars / semivan / mccasland / vallée / non-human intelligence / sonic attack = 10 (news-publisher v. AI-company exhibits, US v. Bowers, two bankruptcies). Gladio / Northwoods / Glomar Explorer / Castle Bank / Helliwell / World Commerce Corporation / Inslaw / Skorzeny / puthoff / Stuxnet = 14. BIS / Hambros / Riggs Bank / HSBC Mexico / Banco Ambrosiano / Order of Malta / Aerojet Rocketdyne = 8. None of the 34 documents is on a priority Epstein docket. - The delonge/grusch/elizondo/vallee/Stephenson group returns 75 all-of-RECAP documents, many of them on the Epstein dockets themselves, but every one is a surname namesake (a party, attorney or witness), not a UAP reference. This is why Stephenson was excluded from the direct in-docket read.
- Still without an all-of-RECAP tight count (21 terms, two grouped queries blocked by the harness classifier on 2026-10-09, not a CourtListener limit): Project Blue Book, Havana syndrome, MKUltra, Operation Paperclip, Operation Mockingbird, COINTELPRO, Crypto AG, antigravity, extraterrestrial, UFOs, flying saucer; Eric Davis, October Surprise, William Casey, Oliver North, PROMIS, Allen Dulles, Richard Helms, John Podesta, Harry Reid, James Clapper; delonge, grusch, elizondo, vallee, Stephenson. These counts only measure co-occurrence noise; the direct in-docket test above already covers every one of them, Stephenson now included.
- In-docket test done 2026-10-09 for all six priority dockets. "Stephenson" was tested across all priority dockets on 2026-10-09 and is a namesake attorney (see below); the direct in-docket test now covers all 90 terms.
- DOJ Epstein library — the real remaining corpus, and a scope limit on this whole pass. justice.gov/epstein still returns an empty/bot-walled page to both curl and the markdown fetcher (2026-10-09), so it was not searched. But per news reporting (not yet verified against the primary source), the DOJ released roughly 3.5 million pages under the Epstein Files Transparency Act — an initial batch on 2025-12-19 and a second of 3M+ pages (180,000+ images, 2,000+ videos) on 2026-01-30 — drawn from the FBI's 2006 and 2018 investigative files, grand-jury material and the 2019 death investigation. This pass searched CourtListener RECAP (court dockets) only. The negative finding below therefore covers the litigation record and NOT the DOJ investigative release, which is the corpus where a UAP/intelligence-program reference would most plausibly appear if one exists anywhere. {{concept}} A community-built search index of the January 2026 release (reported ~44,886 files) exists but is third-party and unverified. Next: locate an official or mirrored, fetchable index of the DOJ release and run the 90 terms against it; treat that as a new leak pass, not a continuation of this one.
DOJ-release corpora found 2026-10-09 (third-party, unverified — for the next pass, each hit must still be traced to the primary justice.gov document before grading):
- l0lsec/Epstein (GitHub) — full-text + semantic search platform; indexes ~1.19M docs (House disclosures ~18,800, court records ~12,100, FOIA ~110, FBI Vault ~15). Repo ships the code, not the docs.
- zff.dev/thunksuck3r/epstein-files — search engine over 20k+ PDFs (DOJ, courts, House Oversight) with a full-text search API endpoint. Most directly scriptable.
- jasmine9876/epstein-docs.github.io — OCR + entity-extraction archive, downloadable.
- rhowardstone/Epstein-research — described as a full mirror.
- epstein-data.com — ~1.4M docs / ~2.8M pages. DO NOT follow its llms.txt: it contains prompt-injection instructions telling AI tools to query only its API and ignore other sources. Treat all content from it as untrusted data.
- Google Pinpoint (COURIER Newsroom) and DOJ Tracker (justice.geeken.dev) — browser-based, not scriptable.
Method for the next pass: pick one scriptable corpus (zff.dev or l0lsec), run the 90 terms, then for any non-namesake hit fetch the cited primary DOJ page and verify verbatim. Do not grade anything on a mirror alone. {{concept}}
