Northrop Grumman
Documented What these labels mean →Prime defense contractor (Northrop and Grumman merged in 1994). Builder of Tacit Blue, the B-2 and the B-21 (the last managed by the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office). OSI's own history says PJ agents worked undercover inside Northrop's stealth programs from 1979. Terry Phillips, the former head of Air Force SAP security, is now its VP Security. In UAP lore Northrop recurs through Edgar Fouché's TR-3B claims and the Tejon radar range.
