Why it matters for the vault

  1. AAWSAP now has a paper trail. The contract and objectives are official. Earlier, AAWSAP and AATIP were mostly described by participants.
  2. D128 is the government's own paper on injuries from 'anomalous fields'. It reviews reported injuries and microwave-exposure literature, and it "does not establish that any anomalous system, field, or UAP caused the reported injuries." That's the documented root of the injury theme Elizondo describes.
  3. A third orb report, and it's official: Colorado police, 2023. No health effect is mentioned.
  4. Modern military reports stay modest: estimates, unknown altitude, no claims of exotic performance.
