Leidos
Documented What these labels mean →Defense and intelligence IT contractor. It is the legal continuation of the original SAIC: in 2013 SAIC renamed itself Leidos and spun off a smaller company under the SAIC name. In 2016 it absorbed Lockheed Martin's IT sector (IS&GS) and became the largest defense IT services provider. Terry Phillips was its SVP/CSO from Jan 2022.

Notes
- Correction to Gerb: Leidos didn't 'spin out of' SAIC. Leidos is the old SAIC renamed; the new SAIC was the spinoff. So SAIC-era history (the psychic-research contracts, 'NSA West') belongs to Leidos's corporate lineage.
